Technical Field

The invention belongs to a railway track bed, and particularly relates to a track structure of a railway, which can be a track bed of a railway, a subway, an urban railway, an overhead light rail, a high-speed railway and the like.

Background

Along with social development and technological progress, the importance of rail transit is increasingly highlighted. The problems of vibration and noise generated during the operation of vehicles must be solved in the construction of rail transit, otherwise, the quality of life of surrounding residents is seriously influenced, the safety of surrounding buildings is endangered, and meanwhile, the stability, the safety and the service life of the rail transit are also influenced.

A large number of engineering practices in the field of rail transit prove that the floating slab track bed technology is one of the most effective track vibration and noise reduction technologies in the prior art, and particularly in subways and urban light rails, the technology is widely applied. In the existing floating track bed structure, the shear hinges are important components of the structure for transferring shear force between adjacent floating slabs, and can share the shear force borne by the steel rail at the slab joint crossing position, so that the slabs are coordinately deformed. At present, the floating slab shear hinge used in large quantity at home and abroad is divided into a central type and an overhead type. The existing middle-mounted shear hinge comprises a shear resistant core rod and a guide contact sleeve, when the middle-mounted shear hinge is used, the middle-mounted shear hinge is located in the center of the section of a plate, the shear resistant core rod and the guide contact sleeve are respectively fixed in adjacent floating plates, and one end of the shear resistant core rod is inserted into the guide contact sleeve. The shear hinge is low in cost, the shear hinge and the steel bar framework of the floating slab are bound together during construction, the shear hinge and the floating slab are fixedly connected into a whole after concrete is poured, the stress is reasonable, and a fixing structure is not required to be additionally arranged. However, such shear hinges cannot be replaced after concrete pouring, and the working state, damage and corrosion of the material of the floating slab cannot be observed from the upper part of the floating slab after the line is operated, so that the maintenance and replacement are very difficult. Although the overhead shear hinge can be installed on the surface of the floating slab, is convenient to construct and easy to adjust and replace, the overhead shear hinge is complex in structure and high in cost due to the fact that a fixing device is required to be specially arranged, and in addition, the concrete structure of the relevant connecting part of the floating slab is easy to damage in the using process.

In summary, there is an urgent need in the market for a new floating slab track bed that not only can be reliably connected to adjacent floating slabs, smoothly transmit shear forces and improve the stress of the floating slab, but also is easy to maintain and replace shear components.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a floating track bed with a central shear hinge, which adopts a central shear hinge structure and is easy to repair and replace shearing resistant components.

The number and the positions of the abdicating notches on the floating plate can be designed according to requirements, for example, one abdicating notch can be arranged at the end part of the floating plate, and the abdicating notch is specifically positioned in the middle of the plate end of the floating plate; the two abdicating notches can also be arranged on two sides of the plate end of the floating plate, and the like. (1) the shear-resistant bearing piece is arranged in the middle of the end of the floating slab, so that reliable connection between the shear-resistant bearing piece and an adjacent floating slab can be conveniently realized, the shear force can be smoothly transmitted, the stress of the floating slab body during working can be effectively improved, and the service life of the floating slab can be prolonged;

(2) the shear-resistant bearing piece can be conveniently installed in the assembly groove or taken out of the assembly groove through the abdication opening on the floating plate, so that the maintenance and replacement operation of the shear-resistant bearing piece is very quick and convenient, and the industrial problem that a middle-mounted shear hinge in the traditional technology cannot be replaced is solved;

(3) in the central shear hinge adopted by the invention, the plate-shaped part in the shear-resistant bearing part is used as an effective shear-resistant element to be matched with the assembly groove to transfer shear force between the adjacent floating plates, and compared with a cylindrical shear-resistant core rod adopted by the traditional central shear hinge, the thickness of the plate-shaped part is very small, so that the corresponding assembly groove occupies very small space inside the floating plates, the vertical or transverse arrangement of ribs of the floating plates is basically not influenced, the influence on the plate body strength of the floating plates is very small, and the service life of the floating plates is favorably prolonged.

In conclusion, the floating track bed with the central shear hinges has high construction efficiency, the central shear hinges are convenient to maintain at a later stage, the floating plates in the floating track bed structure are more reasonably stressed, the service life is longer, and the floating track bed can be widely applied to various track traffic modes such as subways, urban railways, overhead light rails and high-speed rails.

Example one

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the floating track bed provided with a central shear hinge of the invention comprises a floating slab 1 and an elastic vibration isolation device 2, wherein the elastic vibration isolation device 2 is arranged in a built-in structure in the floating track bed, the floating slab 1 is elastically supported by the elastic vibration isolation device 2 and is separated from the surface of a foundation 7, adjacent floating slabs 1 are connected through the central shear hinge, a track structure 8 is arranged on the floating slab 1, the central shear hinge comprises a slab-shaped shear-resistant bearing member 3, an assembly groove 4 correspondingly arranged at the end part of the floating slab 1 and a limiting device arranged on the floating slab 1, the assembly groove 4 is arranged in the middle of the slab end of the floating slab 1 in the plate thickness direction and is communicated with the outside at the end surface B of the floating slab and is opened, the shear-resistant bearing members 3 are respectively embedded in the assembly grooves 4 correspondingly arranged on the adjacent floating slabs 1, the adjacent floating slabs 1 are connected, the shear-resistant bearing member 3 is locked in the assembly groove 4 by the limiting device, the limiting device comprises a limiting hole 6 and a limiting column 5 which are arranged on the plate body of the floating plate 1 corresponding to the assembling groove 4, and the shearing-resistant bearing part 3 is locked in the assembling groove 4 by matching the limiting column 5 with the limiting hole 6; the middle of the end part of the floating plate 1 is provided with a yielding notch 9 for installing a shear-resistant bearing piece, and the assembly groove 4 is communicated with the outside at the side C of the yielding notch 9 and is arranged in an open mode.

Compared with the prior art, the floating track bed provided with the centrally-mounted shear hinges has the following advantages:

(1) the shear-resistant bearing piece is arranged in the middle of the end of the floating slab, so that reliable connection between the shear-resistant bearing piece and an adjacent floating slab can be conveniently realized, the shear force can be smoothly transmitted, the stress of the floating slab body during working can be effectively improved, and the service life of the floating slab can be prolonged;

(2) the shear-resistant bearing piece can be conveniently installed in the assembly groove or taken out of the assembly groove through the abdication opening on the floating plate, so that the maintenance and replacement operation of the shear-resistant bearing piece is very quick and convenient, and the industrial problem that a middle-mounted shear hinge in the traditional technology cannot be replaced is solved;

(3) in the central shear hinge adopted by the invention, the plate-shaped part in the shear-resistant bearing part is used as an effective shear-resistant element to be matched with the assembly groove to transfer shear force between the adjacent floating plates, and compared with a cylindrical shear-resistant core rod adopted by the traditional central shear hinge, the thickness of the plate-shaped part is very small, so that the corresponding assembly groove occupies very small space inside the floating plates, the vertical or transverse arrangement of ribs of the floating plates is basically not influenced, the influence on the plate body strength of the floating plates is very small, and the service life of the floating plates is favorably prolonged.

In conclusion, the floating track bed with the central shear hinges has high construction efficiency, the central shear hinges are convenient to maintain at a later stage, the floating plates in the floating track bed structure are more reasonably stressed, the service life is longer, and the floating track bed can be widely applied to various track traffic modes such as subways, urban railways, overhead light rails and high-speed rails.

It should be noted that, based on the technical principle described in fig. 2, as shown in fig. 3, in practical application, a yielding through hole may be further formed in the shear-resistant bearing member 3 corresponding to the limiting device, and the limiting post 5 is inserted into the limiting hole 6 and the yielding through hole to lock the shear-resistant bearing member 3 in the assembly groove 4, so that a good limiting effect is achieved, and the space of the assembly groove 4 can be more effectively utilized; in addition, the limiting hole 6 can also penetrate through the floating plate 1, and the same technical effects can be achieved, and the limiting hole is simple change based on the technical principle of the invention, is not illustrated in any drawing, and is also within the protection scope required by the invention.

Example two

Compared with the first embodiment, in the technical scheme of the embodiment, because the frame 16 is additionally arranged on the side wall of the assembly groove 4, the accidental damage of the floating plate body structure caused by the mutual direct contact and collision of the assembly groove and the shear-resistant bearing part in the assembly process or the use process can be effectively prevented, the service life of the floating plate can be prolonged, and the frame can be made of stainless steel, engineering plastics and other materials besides the steel plate, and can be selected according to engineering requirements in practical application. In addition, the limiting device adopts the matching connection of the limiting stop 11 and the anchoring connecting piece 12 through the fastener 13 so as to lock the shear-resistant bearing piece 3 in the assembly groove 4, the structure does not need to arrange a limiting hole on the floating plate body, does not damage the floating plate, is simpler and more convenient in operation in the process of processing, manufacturing, installing and maintaining the shear-resistant bearing piece, and is beneficial to improving the operation efficiency; certainly, based on the technical principle, as shown in fig. 6, a detachable limit pin 14 may also be disposed on the anchor connecting member 12 corresponding to the assembly groove 4, specifically, the limit pin 14 is specifically a long bolt, and also can effectively shield an opening of the assembly groove 4 at the side face C, so as to achieve the technical effect of locking the shear-resistant force-bearing member 3 in the assembly groove 4.

Compared with the embodiment, in the technical scheme of the embodiment, the anchoring connecting piece 12 and the frame 16 are integrally arranged, and the shear core plate 17 and the connecting plate 15 are integrally arranged, so that the number of parts related to the system is less, the integrity is better, and the application is more convenient.
