The technical scheme adopted by the invention for realizing the purpose is as follows: an integrated steam trap comprises a valve body, an auxiliary valve seat, a valve core frame, an auxiliary valve clack, a main valve clack, a valve cover, an exhaust device, a floating ball, a bracket, a connecting chain, an auxiliary valve rod, a main valve seat, a main valve rod, a piston, a sight glass, a front stop valve, a rear stop valve and a bypass stop valve, the valve cover is connected with the valve body through a body cover bolt, the auxiliary valve seat, the valve core frame, the exhaust device, the bracket and the main valve seat are respectively arranged on the valve body, the auxiliary valve clack is arranged on an auxiliary valve rod, one end of the auxiliary valve rod is connected with the valve core frame, the other end of the auxiliary valve rod is connected with the lower end of the connecting chain, the upper end of the connecting chain is connected with the floating ball, the floating ball falls on the bracket when being placed in a normal position, the upper end of the main valve rod is connected with the main valve flap, the lower end of the main valve rod is connected with the piston, the sight glass, the front stop valve, the rear stop valve and the bypass stop valve are respectively arranged on the valve body.

When the integrated steam trap works normally, the bypass stop valve is closed, the front stop valve and the rear stop valve are opened, and condensed water flows through the front stop valve, the steam trap, the sight glass and the rear stop valve from the inlet and then enters the valve cover cavity.

When the integrated steam trap works and is abnormally overhauled, the front stop valve and the rear stop valve are closed, the bypass stop valve is opened, and condensed water flows through the bypass stop valve from the inlet to the outlet.

The integrated steam trap provided by the invention has the advantages that the occupied space is small, the processing difficulty and the processing time of a complex piping are reduced, and the integrated steam trap has the function of a steam trap group.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the integrated steam trap includes a valve body 1, a sub valve seat 2, a valve core frame 4, a sub valve flap 5, a main valve flap 6, a bonnet 7, an exhauster 8, a floating ball 9, a bracket 10, a connecting chain 11, a sub valve stem 12, a main valve seat 13, a main valve stem 14, a piston 15, a sight glass 16, a front stop valve 17, a rear stop valve 18 and a bypass stop valve 19, the bonnet 7 is connected to the valve body 1 by a bonnet bolt 3, the sub valve seat 2, the valve core frame 4, the exhauster 8, the bracket 10 and the main valve seat 13 are respectively installed on the valve body 1, the sub valve flap 2 is installed on the sub valve stem 12, one end of the sub valve stem 12 is connected to the valve core frame 4 through a small shaft, the other end of the sub valve stem 12 is connected to a lower end of the connecting chain 11, an upper end of the connecting chain 11 is connected to the floating ball 9, the floating ball 9 falls on the bracket 10 when the main valve seat is swung upright, the sight glass 16, the front stop valve 17, the rear stop valve 18 and the bypass stop valve 19 are respectively arranged on the valve body 1, and the integrated steam trap of the invention plays a role of a set of steam trap valve group and is realized by the following operation steps: when the integrated steam trap normally works, the water trapping function is firstly realized, and the specific process is as follows: closing a bypass stop valve 19, opening a front stop valve 17 and a rear stop valve 18, wherein all media entering a valve must flow through the front stop valve 17 and then enter a valve cover cavity, non-condensed gas is discharged by an exhaust device 8, condensed water can float a floating ball 9, after the floating ball 9 floats, the free end of an auxiliary valve rod 12 is lifted through a connecting chain 11, the free end of the auxiliary valve rod 12 is lifted to cause an auxiliary valve clack 5 to leave an auxiliary valve seat 2, the auxiliary valve is opened, pressurized water flows into the bottom of a piston 15 from the auxiliary valve seat 2, the piston 15 moves upwards, so that a main valve clack 6 is separated from a main valve seat 13, the main valve is opened, and a large amount of condensed water flows through a sight glass 16 from the main valve seat 13 and then flows to the rear stop valve 18 and then is discharged outside an integrated; secondly, the function of steam resistance is realized, and the specific process is as follows: when condensed water in the valve cover cavity is close to exhaust, the floating ball 9 falls onto the bracket 10, the connecting chain 11 and the auxiliary valve rod 12 fall along with the floating ball 9, the auxiliary valve clack 5 falls onto the auxiliary valve seat 2, the auxiliary valve is closed, the water pressure at the bottom of the piston 15 disappears, the piston 15 falls, the main valve rod 14 and the main valve clack 6 connected with the piston 15 fall along with the falling until the main valve is closed, the main valve and the auxiliary valve are both closed, steam hardly enters the valve, and the steam blocking function of the steam trap is realized; when the integrated steam trap works abnormally and the valve cover 7 needs to be opened for inspection or repair, the front stop valve 17 and the rear stop valve 18 are closed, the bypass stop valve 19 is opened, when the temperature of the integrated steam trap is lowered to be low, the valve cover 7 can be opened for inspection or repair, condensed water and steam can flow away from the valve due to the opening of the bypass stop valve 19, and therefore the normal operation of the heat exchanger is not affected.
