at least one guide sleeve comprising a through hole; and

when the at least one nail is inserted into the through hole of the at least one guide sleeve, the tip of the at least one nail is exposed, and the at least one nail and the at least one guide sleeve are pressed to puncture a shoe, so that at least one mounting hole is formed on the shoe.

The mounting hole forming mechanism of claim 1, further comprising:

a limiting component, which is detachably coupled with a tongue of the shoe piece;

wherein, the puncture component penetrates into the limit component to form the at least one mounting hole on the tongue.
