Composite panel (6) with at least one integrated electrical component (7), comprising at least an outer panel (1) with an outer surface (I) and an inner surface (II), an inner panel (2) with an outer surface (IV) and an inner surface (III), wherein the inner surface (II) of the outer panel (1) and the inner surface (III) of the inner panel (2) are joined by a thermoplastic intermediate layer (3),

wherein the electrical component (7) is integrated between the inner surface (II) of the outer plate (1) and the inner surface (III) of the inner plate (2) and is electrically connected by at least one electrically conductive track (8),

wherein at least a portion of the exposed surface of the electrical component (7) and optionally also at least a portion of the exposed surface of the electrically conductive track (8) is continuously covered by a polymeric protective coating (9).

Composite panel (6) according to claim 1, wherein said polymeric protective coating (9) comprises amorphous fluoropolymers, fluorinated parylene, non-fluorinated parylene, polyurethanes, polyimides, acrylics, epoxies and/or mixtures or copolymers thereof, preferably acrylics, polyurethanes, epoxies and/or mixtures or copolymers thereof.

3. The composite panel (6) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the thickness of the polymeric protective coating (9) is between 25 μm and 250 μm, preferably between 25 μm and 100 μm, most preferably between 40 μm and 70 μm.

4. A composite plate (6) according to one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the polymeric protective coating (9) is applied in the form of a wet paint.

5. Composite panel according to one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the at least one electrical component (7) and/or the at least one electrically conductive track (8) is applied on the inner surface (II) of the outer panel (1) or on the inner surface (III) of the inner panel (2).

6. Composite board according to one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the thermoplastic intermediate layer (3) comprises at least one laminate film (4), on which laminate film (4) the at least one electrical component (7) and/or the at least one electrically conductive track (8) is applied.

Composite panel according to one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the thermoplastic intermediate layer (3) comprises at least one laminate film (4) and at least one carrier foil (10), wherein the at least one electrical component (7) and/or the at least one electrically conductive track (8) is applied on the carrier foil (10).

8. The composite board (6) according to one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the electrical component (7) has a thickness of 70 μm to 700 μm, preferably of 100 μm to 500 μm.

The composite plate (6) according to one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the at least one electrical component (7) is selected from the group consisting of LEDs, diodes, resistors, capacitors, transistors, integrated circuits, optoelectronic devices, inductors, sensors, displays, LCD devices, PDLC devices, antennas, piezoelectric elements and crystal elements.

10. Composite plate according to one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the electrically conductive tracks (8) are realized in the form of a paste, a solid tape, a bus bar, a wire and/or a thin electrically conductive coating.

11. Composite plate according to one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the electrically conductive tracks (8) contain copper, silver, graphite, graphene, gold, aluminium, tungsten, tin, zinc and/or mixtures or alloys thereof.

12. Method for producing a composite panel according to one of claims 1 to 11, comprising at least the steps of

a) Providing an outer sheet (1), an inner sheet (2), at least one laminated film (4) and optionally a carrier foil (10), wherein at least one electrically conductive track (8) and at least one electrical component (7) are applied on the outer sheet (1), the inner sheet (2), the laminated film (4) or the carrier foil (10),

b) coating at least a portion of the at least one electrical component (7) and optionally at least a portion of the at least one electrically conductive track (8) with a polymeric protective coating (9),

c) arranging a stack comprising at least said outer sheet (1), said laminate film (4), optionally said carrier foil (10) and said inner sheet (2), wherein said at least one laminate film (4) and said carrier foil (10) may be arranged in any order,

d) joining the outer sheet (1) and the inner sheet (2) by lamination, wherein a thermoplastic intermediate layer (3) is formed between the outer sheet (1) and the inner sheet (2).

13. The method according to claim 12, wherein the polymeric protective coating (9) is applied by brushing, selective coating with a machine, dispensing, screen printing, ink-jet printing, spraying or gluing of a tape, preferably spraying.

14. Method according to claim 12 or 13, wherein the at least one electrical component (7) and the at least one electrically conductive track (7) are applied on the laminate film (4) or on the carrier foil (10), and wherein step b) is carried out before or during step a).

15. Use of a composite panel according to one of claims 1 to 11 as a vehicle glazing, preferably as a vehicle windscreen.
