The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

A driving cylinder is arranged outside a box body 10 of the invention, and a telescopic rod of the driving cylinder is connected with the box body 10. During the cutting process, the box 10 can be moved by the driving cylinder to move the metal band 20 relative to the hose.

The invention also comprises a bearing table and a clamp, wherein the clamp and the driving cylinder are both arranged on the bearing table, the clamp is arranged opposite to the box body 10, and the output end of the clamp is positioned between the limiting left electrode 11 and the limiting right electrode 12 of the box body 10.

Preferably, the metal band 20 is one of an iron-chromium-aluminum series electric heating alloy band, a nickel-chromium-iron series electric heating alloy band, or a nickel-chromium series electric heating alloy band. Furthermore, the invention can also arrange a temperature sensor on the metal belt 20 between the limit left electrode 11 and the limit right electrode 12, the temperature on the metal belt 20 can be obtained through the temperature sensor, the temperature obtained by the temperature sensor is fed back to the controller, and the controller compares the temperature with a set temperature value to feed back and adjust the input current or voltage of the limit left electrode 11 and the limit right electrode 12, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the temperature on the metal belt 20.
