Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. The components of embodiments of the present invention generally described and illustrated in the figures herein may be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations.

Thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention, presented in the figures, is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it need not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures.

In the description of the embodiments of the present invention, it should be noted that if the terms "left", "right", "horizontal", "inner", etc. are used for indicating the orientation or positional relationship based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the drawings or the orientation or positional relationship which is usually arranged when the product of the present invention is used, the description is only for convenience and simplicity, but the indication or suggestion that the referred device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.

The invention provides a packing box without adhesive tapes, which comprises a box body at the periphery, an upper seal, an outer paperboard and an inner paperboard of a lower seal, wherein each seal comprises two outer paperboards and two inner paperboards 7, one or two of the upper and lower seals is/are provided with a gap block 3, the other outer paperboard opposite to the outer paperboard and in the same upper seal or lower seal is/are provided with a protruding part 2 opposite to the gap block 3 and capable of being completely inserted into the gap block 3, and the length of the edge of the protruding part 2 parallel to the long edge of a rectangular top view of the box body is less than that of the gap block 3, so that the gap block 3 can be conveniently, easily and completely inserted.

In some embodiments of the invention, the void block 3 is rectangular.

In the above embodiment, the long sides of the spacer 3 are parallel to the two long sides of the rectangular top view of the case.

In some embodiments of the invention, the protruding parts of the outer paper boards are arranged in three ways, the first way is that both sides of one outer paper board in the same layer are provided with gap blocks 3, the gap blocks 3 are provided with protruding parts 1 towards the direction opposite to the direction of the side of the outer paper board connected with the box body, and both sides of the other outer paper board in the same layer are provided with protruding parts 2 which can penetrate into the gap blocks 3; the second is that both sides of any outer paper board at the sealing position of any layer are respectively provided with a projecting part 2 inserted into a gap block 3 of the other outer paper board at the same layer with the outer paper board, namely, the opposite outer paper board and a projecting part 1 connected with the gap block 3, the other outer paper board on the same layer is provided with a projecting part facing the gap block and a projecting part inserted into the gap block of the opposite outer paper board, the two sides of any outer paper board at the sealing position of any layer are respectively provided with a projecting part 2 inserted into the gap block 3 of the other outer paper board on the same layer, namely facing the outer paper board, and a projecting part 1 connected with the gap block 3, arranging a protruding part 1 connected with a gap block 3 and a protruding part 2 inserted into the gap block 3 opposite to the outer side paper board on the other outer side paper board on the same layer with the outer side paper board; and thirdly, one outer paperboard of the same layer is provided with a gap block 3, but the gap block 3 is not provided with a protruding part towards the direction opposite to the direction of the edge of the outer paperboard connected with the box body, and the outer paperboard of the other layer is provided with a protruding part 2 which can be inserted into the gap block 3.

In the above embodiment, any one of the three designs may be disposed at the upper sealing part and the lower sealing part of any one of the packing cases.

In some embodiments of the invention, the boundary line between all the protruding parts and the non-protruding parts connected with the protruding parts is in the same vertical plane with the width center line of the rectangular cross section of the box body in the top view, so that after the protruding parts 2 penetrate into the gap blocks 3, the protruding blocks 4 just fix the protruding blocks 4 and the protruding parts 2 and the gap blocks 3, namely the outer paper plates on which the protruding blocks 4 are arranged.

In some embodiments of the invention, the protruding block 4 is semicircular, and the length of the protruding block 4 ranges from the following criteria: the protruding block 4 is semicircular, and the edge of the protruding block 4 is arranged outside the width edge of the gap block 3 after the protruding part 2 without the gap block where the protruding block 4 is arranged is inserted into the gap block 3, so that the protruding block 4 just fixes the protruding part 2 where the protruding block is arranged and the gap block 3, and the protruding part 2 cannot directly extend out of the box body in the direction perpendicular to the length direction of the gap block 3; the length of the distance between the outer edge of the protruding block 4 far away from the protruding part 2 and the edge of the protruding part 2 farthest away from the protruding block 4 is not more than the length of the opposite gap block 3, so that the protruding block 4, namely the protruding part 2 connected with the protruding block into a whole, can extend into and out of the gap block 4 after the box body is twisted.

In the above embodiment, the position arrangement of the semicircular protruding blocks 4 of the two outer paperboards at the upper layer sealing part or the lower layer sealing part of the box body follows the following rules: when any layer of sealing part of the box body and the box body connected with the sealing part are twisted, the two semicircular protruding blocks 4 can enter the length range of the gap block 3.

Under the fixation of the protruding block 4, the sealed outer paperboard is fixed by the protruding block 4, and the protruding part 2 without the gap block is fixed by the protruding block 4, so that the outer paperboard where the protruding part 2 is located can be prevented from extending out of the gap block 3, and the fixing effect is ensured.

In the above embodiment, the second arrangement of the protruding portion of the outer cardboard includes 4 arrangements of the protruding blocks, one of which is that the two protruding blocks 4 are both disposed at the side closest to the center of the box body, and the other is that the two protruding blocks 4 are both disposed at the side farthest from the center of the box body.

In the above embodiment, the first and third arrangements of the protruding portions of the outer cardboard include two arrangements of the protruding blocks, one of which is that two protruding blocks 4 are both disposed on the left side of the protruding portion 2, and the other is that two protruding blocks 4 are both disposed on the right side of the protruding portion 2.

In some embodiments of the invention, the extent of the sides of the rectangle of the protruding portion 2 excluding the protruding block 4 portion in a direction parallel to the long side of the void block 3 faces the length of the void block 3 and is in the central portion of the length of the void block 3.

Meanwhile, after the sealing position of the box body is sealed, the shape of the part of the sealing position of the box body can be distorted, the protruding block 4 can enter the length range of the gap block 3, the protruding part 2 with the protruding block 4 can extend out of the gap block 3 to separate two outer side paperboards at the sealing position, and then the box body is opened, meanwhile, the protruding part 2 with the protruding block 4 penetrates into the gap block 3, the shape of the part of the sealing position of the box body is distorted, the protruding block 4 can enter the range of the gap block 3, the protruding part 2 with the protruding block 4 can extend out of the gap block 3, and then the original shape of the box body is restored, and the sealing position of the box body is fixed through the fixing of the protruding block 4 outside the gap block 3.

When the protruding part 2 with the protruding block 4 penetrates into the gap block 3, the protruding part can penetrate into the gap block 3 from the lower part and penetrate out from the upper part of the gap block 3, and the outer paperboard is firmly fixed through the fixing of the protruding block 4.

In some embodiments of the present invention, any outer cardboard is divided into three parts, the middle part is a part 5 where two outer cardboards in the same layer can be connected, and the left side and the right side are the left side and the right side of the connected part respectively.

In some embodiments of the invention, the outer paperboard with the gap blocks 3 has no protruding blocks in one of the three parts of the length range and the outer paperboard, but the edge of the gap block 3 has a shortest distance of 1cm-5cm from the edge of the outer paperboard, the other outer paperboard has a protruding part 1 opposite to the gap block 3, in the design, the gap blocks 3 are arranged on two sides of one outer paperboard, the protruding parts 2 opposite to the gap blocks 3 are arranged on the other outer paperboard, and the outer paperboard also has protruding blocks 4 with the same rule, wherein the total length of the connecting parts 5 of the two outer paperboards in the width direction of the rectangular top view of the packing box is equal to the total width of the top view.

In some embodiments of the invention, the inner paperboard is rectangular.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the protruding portions with the void blocks and the protruding portions without the void blocks in the packaging box are respectively the same in size and shape, so that the packaging box can be placed in balance under the condition that the protruding portions at the opposite corners are the same in size and shape for the case that the protruding portions at the two sides of any outer paperboard are different.

In the above embodiment, the side of the inner paper board 7 at the upper seal and the lower seal of the packing box on the wide side parallel to the rectangular plan view of the packing box is equal to the length of the space in the box body in the wide side direction.

In the embodiment, the supporting pressure degree of the sealing position is improved through the support between the inner side paperboard and the long edge of the box body, and the stability of the sealing position is better ensured.

In conclusion, the protruding part 2 with the protruding block 4 can realize the sealing of the box body by penetrating into the gap block 3 and fixing the protruding block 4, and the upper sealing part and the lower sealing part of the box body are designed in such a way, so that the upper sealing part and the lower sealing part of the box body can be sealed without using adhesive tapes, the complete adhesive tape removing and the adhesive tape removing are realized, and the environment-friendly function realized by the adhesive tape removing is realized.

In addition, after the adhesive tape is thoroughly removed, the packaging box can be easily reopened, the surface damage of the packaging box caused by tearing the adhesive tape of the traditional packaging box is avoided, the packaging box can be reused, and the packaging box has the advantage of being reusable.

In addition, the packing box can be separated at the upper sealing part and the lower sealing part, the packing box can be stacked by separating the sealing parts, and then the packing box is transported to a required place by transportation to realize the recycling of the packing box, so that the transportation cost is greatly reduced.

The total length of the connecting part 5 of the two outer paperboards on the same layer in the width direction of the rectangular top view of the box body is equal to the length of the width of the rectangular top view of the box body, so that when the two outer paperboards are closed, the middle connecting part 5 is basically on the same plane, and the express packing box is convenient to be covered with a veneer.

In some embodiments of the invention, the connecting parts 6 of the two outer side paperboards at the lower sealing position of the packing box have different side lengths, namely different areas, in the direction parallel to the wide side of the rectangular top view of the packing box, so that two surfaces are conveniently and singly pasted at different positions of the sealing position, and the connecting parts 5 at the upper sealing position have the same area. The dough sheet at the upper and lower sealing positions of the packing box can be conveniently identified through the position.

In some embodiments of the invention, the portion of the protruding portion 2 without the void block other than the protruding block 4 faces the void block 3 and is located at a central position in the length direction of the void block 3.

In some embodiments of the invention, the lengths of the connecting parts of the two outer paperboards at the bottom of the packing box on the wide sides parallel to the rectangular top view of the packing box are different, so that the connecting parts at the top of the packing box can be distinguished conveniently

In some embodiments of the invention, the protruding parts are respectively positioned within the edges of the box body when the outer side paper boards are horizontally placed, so that the aesthetic effect is realized, and the centralized stacking is convenient.
