The vibrator 20 is arranged on the bin wall of the slag bin 1, so that dry slag can fall from the slag bin 1, and accumulation and blockage are avoided.

The steel framework is provided with a bag-type dust remover 17 close to the slag crusher 24 and used for removing dust generated when dry slag is crushed by the slag crusher 24 and falls into the slag bin 1.

The steel framework is provided with a control chamber 23, a controller is arranged in the control chamber 23, the discharge holes of the slag bin 1 and the pebble coal bin 3 are provided with pneumatic spile doors 6, and the pneumatic spile doors 6, the slag crusher 24, the slag drying machine 15, the bucket elevator 10 and the negative pressure dust collection equipment 2 are all connected with the controller, so that the unified control of operators is facilitated.

Dry slag produced in the pulverized coal furnace is conveyed into a slag crusher 24 through a slag drier 15 to be crushed, the crushed dry slag is stored in a slag bin 1, stone coal is conveyed to a stone coal bin 3 through a bucket elevator 10, and a controller controls blanking of the slag bin 1 and the stone coal bin 3 through a pneumatic inserting plate door 6;

the slag loading vehicle 16 enters the loading workshop 7, when dry slag discharging and discharging are needed, the controller controls the pneumatic inserting plate door 6 on the slag bin 1 to be opened, dry slag in the slag bin 1 is humidified and stirred by the double-shaft stirrer 4, and then falls onto the slag loading vehicle 16 from the outlet of the bulk loader 5; when pebble coal is required to be unloaded, the controller controls the pneumatic inserting plate door 6 on the pebble coal bin 3 to be opened, and the pebble coal falls onto the slag car 16 from the outlet of the pebble coal bin 3; meanwhile, the controller controls the negative pressure dust collection device 2 to be started, and dust in the loading room 7 and the pebble coal unloading room 9 enters a dust collection opening of the negative pressure dust collection device 2 through the dust collection cover 14.
