According to the invention, the base 1, the spiral pile 5, the first fixing rod 6, the second fixing rod 7 and the third fixing rod 8 can be assembled and installed into the electric pole foundation, the electric pole foundation can be timely disassembled when not needed, and can be assembled and installed when needed, so that the installation is convenient and fast, the efficiency of electric pole setting operation is improved, when the position of the electric pole needs to be adjusted, the movable electric pole foundation assembly can be disassembled, and each foundation splicing piece can be conveniently stored, moved and assembled through manpower.
