Background

The following is a solution volume measuring device and method for dyeing and finishing engineering experiments.

Example 1:

C. small-bore solution volumetric flask (8) internal diameter 100mm, body cylinder height 200mm, effective volume is in its cylinder height: (100/2)2X π × 200, i.e. 1570.80ml, with a measurement scale (5) spacing of 200/1570.80 ═ 0.1273mm, i.e. expressed as 1ml solutionLiquid;

D. small-mouth solution volumetric flask (8) internal diameter 150mm, body cylinder height 300mm, effective volume is in its cylinder height: (150/2)2X pi × 300, i.e. 5301.43ml, with measurement scale lines (5) spaced 300/5301.43-0.0566 mm apart, i.e. expressed as 1ml of solution;

when the above steps are performed, the measurement scale lines (5) may be combined with the pitch lines of the measurement scale lines (5) according to the precision requirement, for example, in step D, 10 pitch lines may be combined into 1 pitch line, that is, the pitch of the measurement scale lines (5) is 0.0566 × 10 to 0.566mm, and each division represents 10ml of the solution.

The plastic transparent measuring tube (4) adopts a thin-wall structure, and the influence on the reading result can be ignored after the large-diameter container is inserted into the liquid level; for containers with higher height and smaller diameter, the correction can be calculated.

Example 2:

J. the tube bottom (7) of the acrylic transparent measuring tube is firmly contacted with the bottle bottom of the small-mouth solution volumetric flask (8), and the reading of the measuring scale mark (5) of the contact point is zero;

K. opening a measuring sleeve valve (6), adding the solution by using an experimental solution funnel (1), and allowing the solution to flow in through an inclined opening at the bottom (7) of the transparent plastic pipe;
