The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal determining that mobility management of the first subscriber identity card and the second subscriber identity card can be jointly processed comprises:

the terminal determines whether the first user identification card and the second user identification card have an association relationship;

and if the first user identification card and the second user identification card have a relationship, the terminal determines that the mobility management of the first user identification card and the second user identification card can be processed jointly.

The method of claim 2, wherein the first and second subscriber identity cards have an association relationship comprising:

the card number corresponding to the first user identification card and the card number corresponding to the second user identification card belong to the same operator; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the core network registered by the first user identification card and the core network registered by the second user identification card belong to the same core network.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the terminal sends first indication information to a network side, and the method comprises the following steps:

the terminal receives third indication information sent by a base station, wherein the third indication information is used for indicating that the terminal simultaneously switches a main card and an auxiliary card to the same target cell, and the main card and the auxiliary card correspond to the same wireless resource configuration.

The method according to claim 8 or 10, wherein the method further comprises:

and under the condition that the terminal is in a connected state, the terminal receives first configuration information sent by a base station, wherein the first configuration information is used for determining the mobility measurement configuration corresponding to the main card.

if the priority of the first event is higher than that of the second event, the terminal executes the RNAU after responding to the first paging message; and if the priority of the second event is higher than that of the first event, the terminal responds to the first paging message after executing the RNAU.

The method of claim 8, wherein the joint processing of mobility management of the first subscriber identity card and the second subscriber identity card by the terminal comprises:

under the condition that the first user identification card and the second user identification card need to be accessed to the network side at the same time:

if the service priority corresponding to the first user identification card is higher than the service priority corresponding to the second user identification card, executing access control operation corresponding to the second user identification card after the access control operation corresponding to the first user identification card is executed;

if the service priority corresponding to the second user identification card is higher than the service priority corresponding to the first user identification card, executing access control operation corresponding to the first user identification card after the access control operation corresponding to the second user identification card is executed;

The apparatus of claim 26, wherein the first subscriber identity card and the second subscriber identity card are associated, comprising:

the card number corresponding to the first user identification card and the card number corresponding to the second user identification card belong to the same operator; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the core network registered by the first user identification card and the core network registered by the second user identification card belong to the same core network.

The apparatus according to any of claims 25 to 27, wherein the transmitting unit is configured to transmit first indication information to the AMF; and after the first subscriber identity module card and the second subscriber identity module card enter a connected state, the first indication information is sent to a base station by the AMF.

The apparatus of claim 28, wherein the first indication information is carried in a registration message or a location update message.

The apparatus according to claim 28 or 29, wherein the sending unit is further configured to send, to the AMF, second indication information for indicating that mobility management of the first subscriber identity card and the second subscriber identity card is to be handled independently or canceling joint handling of mobility management of the first subscriber identity card and the second subscriber identity card, in case that it is detected that the first subscriber identity card or the second subscriber identity card is removed from the terminal.

The apparatus according to any one of claims 25 to 27, wherein the sending unit is configured to send first indication information to a base station after the first subscriber identity card and the second subscriber identity card enter a connected state.

The apparatus of any one of claims 25 to 31, wherein the apparatus further comprises:

and the processing unit is used for carrying out combined processing on the mobility management of the first user identification card and the second user identification card.

The apparatus of claim 32, wherein the processing unit is configured to ignore or turn off a mobility measurement operation and a cell selection reselection evaluation operation corresponding to a secondary card when the terminal is in an idle state or an inactive state, where a cell where the secondary card resides is determined based on a cell where the primary card resides.

The apparatus of claim 32, wherein the processing unit is configured to ignore or turn off a mobility measurement configuration corresponding to the secondary card when the terminal is in the connected state; and receiving third indication information sent by a base station, wherein the third indication information is used for indicating the terminal to simultaneously switch a main card and an auxiliary card to the same target cell, and the main card and the auxiliary card correspond to the same wireless resource configuration.

The apparatus of claim 32 or 34, wherein the apparatus further comprises:

a receiving unit, configured to receive first configuration information sent by a base station when a terminal is in a connected state, where the first configuration information is used to determine a mobility measurement configuration corresponding to a master card.

The apparatus according to any one of claims 32, 34, and 35, wherein the sending unit is configured to send, to the base station, fourth indication information for requesting that the handover of the primary card and the secondary card is performed simultaneously and/or that the same radio resource configuration is configured for the primary card and the secondary card, when the terminal is in the connected state.

The apparatus of claim 36, wherein the fourth indication information is carried in a measurement report message or a terminal assistance information message.

The apparatus according to any one of claims 34 to 37, wherein the determining unit is configured to determine a primary card and a secondary card from the first subscriber identity card and the second subscriber identity card.

The apparatus of claim 38, wherein the determining unit is configured to determine a subscriber identity card having dedicated mobility control parameters from the first subscriber identity card and the second subscriber identity card, and use the subscriber identity card as a master card; or receiving second configuration information sent by a network side, and determining whether the main card is the first subscriber identity module card or the second subscriber identity module card based on the second configuration information; or determining that the main card is the first subscriber identity module card or the second subscriber identity module card based on the implementation of the terminal.

The apparatus of claim 32, wherein the apparatus further comprises: a receiving unit, configured to receive, when a terminal is in an inactive state, an RRC release message sent by a base station, where the RRC release message carries third configuration information and fifth indication information, the third configuration information is used to determine an inactive state configuration parameter, and the fifth indication information is used to indicate that the inactive state configuration parameter is applicable to the first subscriber identity module card and the second subscriber identity module card;

the processing unit is configured to execute location update of the first subscriber identity module card and the second subscriber identity module card based on the RRC release message.

The apparatus of claim 40, wherein the inactive state configuration parameters comprise at least one of: redirection configuration parameters and mobility control parameters.

The apparatus according to claim 40 or 41, wherein the processing unit is configured to perform a periodic TAU and/or a cross-border TAU of the first subscriber identity card and the second subscriber identity card.

The apparatus according to any one of claims 40 to 42, wherein the sending unit is configured to send an RRC recovery request message to the base station, where the RRC recovery request message carries sixth indication information, and the sixth indication information is used to indicate that the terminal supports joint processing on mobility management of the first subscriber identity card and the second subscriber identity card.

The apparatus of claim 32, wherein when a terminal is in an inactive state, a first event and a second event occur simultaneously, the first event means that the terminal receives a first paging message for the first subscriber identity card, and the first paging message is triggered by an access network; the second event is an RNAU event;

the sending unit is configured to send an RRC recovery request message to the base station, where the RRC recovery request message carries seventh indication information, and the seventh indication information is used to indicate that the RNAU is executed while responding to the first paging message.

The apparatus of claim 44, wherein the RRC recovery request message further carries fourth configuration information, and the fourth configuration information is used for determining the inactive configuration information of the second SIM card.

The apparatus of claim 32, wherein when a terminal is in an inactive state, a first event and a second event occur simultaneously, the first event means that the terminal receives a first paging message for the first subscriber identity card, and the first paging message is triggered by an access network; the second event is an RNAU event;

the processing unit is configured to execute the RNAU after responding to the first paging message if the priority of the first event is higher than the priority of the second event; and if the priority of the second event is higher than that of the first event, responding to the first paging message after executing the RNAU.

The apparatus of claim 32, wherein, in case that the first subscriber identity card and the second subscriber identity card simultaneously require access to a network side:

the processing unit is configured to execute an access control operation corresponding to the second subscriber identity card after the access control operation corresponding to the first subscriber identity card is executed if the service priority corresponding to the first subscriber identity card is higher than the service priority corresponding to the second subscriber identity card; if the service priority corresponding to the second user identification card is higher than the service priority corresponding to the first user identification card, executing access control operation corresponding to the first user identification card after the access control operation corresponding to the second user identification card is executed; and the access result corresponding to the first user identification card is independent of the access result corresponding to the second user identification card.

The apparatus of claim 32, wherein in case of a third event and a fourth event occurring simultaneously, the third event is that the terminal receives a first paging message for the first subscriber identity card, and the first paging message is triggered by a core network; the fourth event is that the terminal receives a second paging message aiming at the second subscriber identity module card, and the second paging message is triggered by an access network:

the processing unit is configured to determine that the first paging message corresponds to a service priority higher than a service priority corresponding to the second paging message; responding to the second paging message if the service priority corresponding to the second paging message is higher than the service priority corresponding to the first paging message; or, responding to the first paging message; or, responding to the second paging message.

A terminal, comprising: a processor and a memory for storing a computer program, the processor being configured to invoke and execute the computer program stored in the memory to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 24.

A chip, comprising: a processor for calling and running a computer program from a memory so that a device on which the chip is installed performs the method of any one of claims 1 to 24.
