1. An abnormality detection device that detects an abnormality of a target device, the abnormality detection device comprising:

a first acquisition unit that acquires a drive-side temperature of the target device;

a second acquisition unit that acquires a reverse drive side temperature of the target device;

a correlation storage unit that stores a correlation between the drive-side temperature and the reverse drive-side temperature based on the drive-side temperature and the reverse drive-side temperature when the target device is normal;

a detection unit that detects a deviation of the correlation stored in the correlation storage unit based on the drive-side temperature acquired by the first acquisition unit and the reverse drive-side temperature acquired by the second acquisition unit; and

and an output unit configured to output the deviation from the correlation detected by the detection unit as an abnormality or a sign of the abnormality of the target device.

2. The abnormality detection device according to claim 1,

the abnormality detection device further includes:

a third acquisition unit configured to acquire two or more driving-side temperatures and two or more reverse-driving-side temperatures when the target device is normal; and

a calculation unit that obtains the correlation based on the two or more driving-side temperatures and the two or more reverse-driving-side temperatures obtained by the third obtaining unit,

the correlation storage unit stores the correlation obtained by the calculation unit.

3. The abnormality detection device according to claim 2,

the calculation unit obtains at least one of a reverse drive-side regression value of the reverse drive-side temperature obtained by a single regression analysis of the drive-side temperature and a drive-side regression value of the drive-side temperature obtained by a single regression analysis of the reverse drive-side temperature,

the correlation storage unit stores at least one of the back drive-side regression value and the drive-side regression value obtained by the calculation unit,

the detecting unit detects at least one of deviation from the correlation based on a result of comparison between the back drive side regression value stored in the correlation storage unit and a back drive side actual measurement value that is the back drive side temperature acquired by the second acquiring unit and deviation from the correlation based on a result of comparison between the drive side regression value stored in the correlation storage unit and a drive side actual measurement value that is the drive side temperature acquired by the first acquiring unit.

4. The abnormality detection device according to claim 2 or 3,

the abnormality detection device further includes:

a fourth acquisition unit configured to acquire a drive-side vibration value of the target device; and

a fifth acquiring unit that acquires a value of the vibration on the anti-drive side of the target device,

the detection unit detects a deviation from the correlation based on at least one of the drive-side vibration value acquired by the fourth acquisition unit and the counter-drive-side vibration value acquired by the fifth acquisition unit.

5. The abnormality detection device according to claim 4,

the abnormality detection device further includes a determination unit that determines that the target device has stopped operating when the drive-side vibration value acquired by the fourth acquisition unit and the counter-drive-side vibration value acquired by the fifth acquisition unit have decreased by a predetermined value or more, and that determines that the target device has restarted operating when the drive-side vibration value acquired by the fourth acquisition unit and the counter-drive-side vibration value acquired by the fifth acquisition unit have increased by a predetermined value or more while the target device is stopped operating,

the calculation unit excludes the driving-side temperature and the reverse driving-side temperature, which are obtained during a period from when the determination unit determines that the target device has stopped operating until when the determination unit determines that the operation has restarted, from the driving-side temperature and the reverse driving-side temperature in a normal state.

6. The abnormality detection device according to claim 5,

the calculation unit excludes the drive-side temperature and the reverse-drive-side temperature, which are acquired during a predetermined period after the determination unit determines that the operation of the target device has been resumed, from the drive-side temperature and the reverse-drive-side temperature in a normal state.

7. The abnormality detection device according to claim 5 or 6,

the determination unit determines at least one of the stop and restart of the operation of the target device based on the drive-side temperature acquired by the first acquisition unit and the reverse-drive-side temperature acquired by the second acquisition unit.

8. An abnormality detection method for detecting an abnormality of a target device by an abnormality detection apparatus that detects the abnormality of the target device, the abnormality detection method characterized by comprising:

a first acquisition step of acquiring a drive-side temperature of the target device by the abnormality detection device;

a second acquisition step of acquiring a reverse drive side temperature of the target device by the abnormality detection device;

a detection step in which the abnormality detection device detects a deviation from a correlation between the drive-side temperature and the reverse-drive-side temperature based on the drive-side temperature and the reverse-drive-side temperature when the target equipment is normal, based on the drive-side temperature acquired in the first acquisition step and the reverse-drive-side temperature acquired in the second acquisition step; and

and an output step in which the abnormality detection device outputs the deviation from the correlation as an abnormality or a sign of the abnormality of the target equipment.

9. The abnormality detection method according to claim 8,

the abnormality detection method further includes:

a third acquisition step of acquiring two or more of the drive-side temperatures and two or more of the reverse drive-side temperatures when the target device is normal;

a calculation step of obtaining the correlation based on the two or more driving side temperatures and the two or more reverse driving side temperatures obtained in the third obtaining step; and

and a correlation storage step of storing the correlation obtained in the calculation step.

10. The abnormality detection method according to claim 9,

in the calculation step, at least one of a reverse drive-side regression value of the reverse drive-side temperature obtained by a single regression analysis of the drive-side temperature and a drive-side regression value of the drive-side temperature obtained by a single regression analysis of the reverse drive-side temperature is obtained,

in the detecting step, at least one of deviation from the correlation based on a result of comparison between the back drive side regression value and a back drive side actual measurement value as the back drive side temperature and deviation from the correlation based on a result of comparison between the drive side regression value and a drive side actual measurement value as the drive side temperature is detected.

11. The abnormality detection method according to claim 9 or 10,

the abnormality detection method further includes:

a fourth acquisition step of acquiring a drive-side vibration value of the target device; and

a fifth acquiring step of acquiring a counter-drive-side vibration value of the target device,

in the detecting step, a deviation from the correlation is detected based on at least one of the drive-side vibration value and the counter-drive-side vibration value.

12. The abnormality detection method according to claim 11, further comprising:

a determination step of determining that the target equipment has stopped operating when the drive-side vibration value and the counter-drive-side vibration value have decreased by a predetermined value or more, and determining that the target equipment has restarted operating when the drive-side vibration value and the counter-drive-side vibration value have increased by the predetermined value or more while the target equipment has stopped operating,

in the calculation step, the drive-side temperature and the reverse-drive-side temperature acquired during a period from when the determination step determines that the target device has stopped operating until when the determination step determines that the target device has restarted operating are excluded from the drive-side temperature and the reverse-drive-side temperature in a normal state.

13. The abnormality detection method according to claim 12,

in the calculation step, the drive-side temperature and the reverse drive-side temperature acquired during a predetermined period after the determination step determines that the target device has restarted operation are removed from the drive-side temperature and the reverse drive-side temperature in a normal state.

14. The abnormality detection method according to claim 12 or 13,

in the determining step, at least one of the stop and the restart of the operation of the target device is determined based on the drive-side temperature and the reverse drive-side temperature.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to an abnormality detection device for detecting an abnormality of a target device such as a bearing, and an abnormality detection method for detecting an abnormality of the target device using the abnormality detection device.

Background

There is a method of periodically measuring the state of a target device such as a motor or a bearing and diagnosing an abnormal phenomenon of the target device (for example, patent document 1). In the method for diagnosing the cause of an abnormal phenomenon described in patent document 1, when the target equipment is a rotating equipment, vibration or the like, which is a state variable of the target equipment, is periodically measured, and the abnormal phenomenon of the target equipment is diagnosed based on the state variable and a cause variable indicating a deterioration state.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

In order to detect an abnormality in a large number of target devices located at remote places (factories and the like), acceleration sensors are mounted on the target devices, and the accelerations (vibration values) of all the target devices are measured periodically. Here, in order to find an abnormality of the target device in advance, it is desirable to constantly monitor trend data of the acceleration sensor and grasp that the vibration value gradually increases, but this method is not suitable as a method of managing a large number of target devices. Therefore, as a method of managing a large number of target devices, a management method is adopted in which a threshold value is set in advance and an operator checks a target device exceeding the threshold value.

However, since the vibration value largely fluctuates due to a change in ambient temperature or process load (for example, a change in the rotational speed of the rotary machine), the false alarm increases when the threshold value is strictly set. On the other hand, when the threshold is set loosely, the degree of damage to the target device at the stage of receiving the alarm is severe, and it is often too late. That is, when many target apparatuses are monitored using many acceleration sensors, it is difficult to detect an abnormality of the target apparatuses in advance.

The invention aims to provide an abnormality detection device and an abnormality detection method which can detect abnormality of each object device in advance even in the case of managing a plurality of object devices.

Means for solving the problems

An abnormality detection device according to the present invention is an abnormality detection device that detects an abnormality of a target device, the abnormality detection device including: a first acquisition unit that acquires a drive-side temperature of the target device; a second acquisition unit that acquires a reverse drive side temperature of the target device; a correlation storage unit that stores a correlation between the drive-side temperature and the reverse drive-side temperature based on the drive-side temperature and the reverse drive-side temperature when the target device is normal; a detection unit that detects a deviation of the correlation stored in the correlation storage unit based on the drive-side temperature acquired by the first acquisition unit and the reverse drive-side temperature acquired by the second acquisition unit; and an output unit configured to output the deviation from the correlation detected by the detection unit as an abnormality or a sign of the abnormality of the target device.

Further, the abnormality detection device of the present invention is characterized by further comprising: a third acquisition unit configured to acquire two or more driving-side temperatures and two or more reverse-driving-side temperatures when the target device is normal; and a calculation unit that obtains the correlation based on the two or more driving side temperatures and the two or more reverse driving side temperatures obtained by the third obtaining unit, wherein the correlation storage unit stores the correlation obtained by the calculation unit.

In the abnormality detection device according to the present invention, the operation unit obtains at least one of a back drive-side regression value of the back drive-side temperature obtained by a single regression analysis of the drive-side temperature and a drive-side regression value of the drive-side temperature obtained by a single regression analysis of the back drive-side temperature, the correlation storage unit stores the back drive-side regression value and the drive-side regression value obtained by the operation unit, and the detection unit detects a deviation from the correlation based on a result of comparison between the back drive-side regression value stored in the correlation storage unit and a back drive-side actual measurement value of the back drive-side temperature obtained by the second obtaining unit and a result of comparison between the drive-side regression value stored in the correlation storage unit and a drive-side actual measurement value of the drive-side temperature obtained by the first obtaining unit At least one of disengagement from said interrelationship.

In the abnormality detection device according to the present invention, the calculation unit may exclude the driving-side temperature and the reverse driving-side temperature, which are obtained during a predetermined period after the determination unit determines that the target device has restarted operation, from the driving-side temperature and the reverse driving-side temperature in a normal state.

In the abnormality detection device according to the present invention, the determination unit determines at least one of stop and restart of operation of the target equipment based on the drive-side temperature acquired by the first acquisition unit and the reverse drive-side temperature acquired by the second acquisition unit.

An abnormality detection method according to the present invention is an abnormality detection method for detecting an abnormality of a target device by an abnormality detection device for detecting an abnormality of the target device, the abnormality detection method including: a first acquisition step of acquiring a drive-side temperature of the target device by the abnormality detection device; a second acquisition step of acquiring a reverse drive side temperature of the target device by the abnormality detection device; a detection step in which the abnormality detection device detects a deviation from a correlation between the drive-side temperature and the reverse-drive-side temperature based on the drive-side temperature and the reverse-drive-side temperature when the target equipment is normal, based on the drive-side temperature acquired in the first acquisition step and the reverse-drive-side temperature acquired in the second acquisition step; and an output step in which the abnormality detection device outputs the deviation from the correlation as an abnormality or a sign of abnormality of the target equipment.

Further, an abnormality detection method according to the present invention is characterized by further comprising: a third acquisition step of acquiring two or more of the drive-side temperatures and two or more of the reverse drive-side temperatures when the target device is normal; a calculation step of obtaining the correlation based on the two or more driving side temperatures and the two or more reverse driving side temperatures obtained in the third obtaining step; and a correlation storage step of storing the correlation obtained in the calculation step.

In the abnormality detection method according to the present invention, in the calculation step, the driving-side temperature and the reverse driving-side temperature acquired during a predetermined period after the determination step determines that the target device has restarted operation are excluded from the driving-side temperature and the reverse driving-side temperature in a normal state.

In the abnormality detection method according to the present invention, in the determination step, at least one of the stop of the operation and the restart of the operation of the target equipment is determined based on the drive-side temperature and the reverse drive-side temperature.

Effects of the invention

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an abnormality detection device and an abnormality detection method capable of detecting an abnormality of each target device in advance even when a large number of target devices are managed.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, an abnormality detection system according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a block diagram for explaining the configuration of the abnormality detection system according to the present embodiment. The abnormality detection system 2 of the present embodiment is a system for detecting an abnormality of a target device such as a motor or a fan, and includes a plurality of wireless slave units 4a to 4d, a wireless master 6, a data server 7, an abnormality detection device 10, and a monitoring terminal 12 as shown in fig. 1. Here, the slave radios 4a to 4d are disposed in a communication area under the jurisdiction of the master radio set 6. The wireless host 6 and the data server 7 are connected to each other via a network 78.

In fig. 1, for convenience of explanation, four slave radios 4a to 4d are illustrated as an example of being connected to the master radio set 6 by radio, but many slave radios, for example, several hundred or more, are connected to the master radio set 6 by radio. In fig. 1, the wireless extensions 4a to 4d and the wireless master 6 are illustrated as an example in which the wireless extensions 4a to 4d and the wireless master 6 are directly connected by wireless, but the wireless extensions 4a to 4d and the wireless master 6 may be connected by wireless via a repeater or the like. In fig. 1, although a case where 1 wireless host 6 is connected to 1 data server 7 via the network 78 is illustrated as an example, actually, 2 or more wireless hosts (wireless hosts having different communication areas under jurisdiction) 6 are connected to 1 data server 7 via the network 78. The slave radios 4a to 4d are attached to predetermined positions of the target devices. Fig. 2 is a diagram showing an example of the mounting positions of the wireless extensions 4a to 4 d. As shown in fig. 2, wireless unit 4a is attached to a drive-side bearing of motor 3, wireless unit 4b is attached to an anti-drive-side bearing of motor 3, wireless unit 4c is attached to a motor-side bearing of fan 5, and wireless unit 4d is attached to a fan-side bearing of fan 5. Wireless unit 4a measures the temperature and vibration values of the drive-side bearing of motor 3, wireless unit 4b measures the temperature and vibration values of the anti-drive-side bearing of motor 3, wireless unit 4c measures the temperature and vibration values of the motor-side bearing of fan 5, and wireless unit 4d measures the temperature and vibration values of the fan-side bearing of fan 5. The target devices are, for example, the motor 3 and the fan 5 shown in fig. 2, but may be other devices (for example, devices provided in plant equipment (plant) or the like) capable of monitoring the operating state by performing measurement using a temperature sensor, an acceleration sensor, or the like.

Fig. 3 is a block diagram for explaining the configuration of the wireless slave unit 4 a. As shown in fig. 3, the slave wireless unit 4a includes a sensor 14, a microcomputer 16, a transmission/reception unit 18, and a power supply control unit 19. The sensor 14 includes a temperature sensor 20 and an acceleration sensor 22. The temperature sensor 20 measures the temperature of the target device (drive side bearing of the motor 3), and the acceleration sensor 22 measures the vibration value of the target device (drive side bearing of the motor 3).

The microcomputer 16 comprehensively controls each part of the slave wireless unit 4a, and includes an a/D conversion section 34, a memory 36, an arithmetic processing section 38, and an RTC section 40 as shown in fig. 3. The a/D converter 34 converts the measurement values measured by the temperature sensor 20 and the acceleration sensor 22 from analog signals to digital signals, and outputs the measurement values converted to digital signals to the memory 36. The memory 36 stores measurement values for performing arithmetic processing by the arithmetic processing unit 38 and an arithmetic program 42 for performing arithmetic processing by the arithmetic processing unit 38.

The arithmetic processing unit 38 reads the measurement values and the arithmetic program 42 stored in the memory 36, and performs sampling of the measurement values from the temperature sensor 20 and the acceleration sensor 22 and arithmetic processing with respect to the measurement values. As the arithmetic processing, the arithmetic processing unit 38 calculates an arithmetic value such as an average value from the measurement values from the temperature sensor 20 and the acceleration sensor 22, for example. The RTC section 40 is a real-time clock for timing the time. The transmission/reception unit 18 receives various information from the wireless host 6, and transmits the calculation values (temperature and vibration values) calculated by the calculation processing unit 38 to the wireless host 6. The power supply control unit 19 includes a battery (not shown) and controls power supply to the slave wireless unit 4 a.

The configuration of each of the slave radios 4b to 4d is the same as that of the slave radio 4 a. Therefore, the same reference numerals as those used in the description of the slave wireless unit 4a are used for the configurations of the slave wireless units 4b to 4d and the configuration identical to that of the slave wireless unit 4a, and the description thereof is omitted.

Next, the configuration of the wireless host 6 will be described. Fig. 4 is a block diagram for explaining the structure of the wireless host 6. The wireless master unit 6 manages a predetermined communication area, and includes a control unit 44 that comprehensively controls each unit of the wireless master unit 6 as shown in fig. 4. The control unit 44 is connected to a management unit 46, an RF communication unit 48, a communication unit 50, and a clock unit 52 for counting time.

As shown in fig. 4, the management unit 46 includes a wireless slave unit management table 54 and a database 56, and manages the wireless slave unit management table 54 and the database 56. The wireless slave unit management table 54 stores identification numbers and the like of the wireless slave units 4a to 4 d. The database 56 temporarily stores the calculated values (temperature and vibration values) acquired from the slave radios 4a to 4c via the RF communication unit 48. The RF communication unit 48 controls communication between the wireless master unit 6 and the wireless slave units 4a to 4 d.

The RF communication unit 48 transmits various information managed by the management unit 46 to the slave radios 4a to 4 d. The RF communication unit 48 receives the calculated values (temperature and vibration values) transmitted from the slave wireless units 4a to 4d, respectively. Communication unit 50 outputs various information stored in wireless extension management table 54 to data server 7. Then, the communication unit 50 outputs the calculated values (temperature and vibration values) from the slave wireless units 4a to 4d stored in the database 56 to the data server 7.

Next, the configuration of the data server 7 will be described. Fig. 5 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the data server 7. As shown in fig. 5, the data server 7 includes a server control unit 57 that comprehensively controls each unit of the data server 7. The server control unit 57 is connected to the wireless master management table 59, the wireless slave management table 61, the temperature/vibration value storage unit 81, the communication unit 65, and the data communication unit 66. The wireless host management table 59 stores an identification number, an IP address, a name, an installation place, a communication group ID, a wireless communication channel, and the like of the wireless host 6. The slave wireless unit management table 61 stores the identification numbers and the like of the slave wireless units 4a to 4 d.

The temperature/vibration value storage unit 81 stores drive-side bearing temperature (hereinafter referred to as drive-side temperature) and reverse drive-side bearing temperature (hereinafter referred to as reverse drive-side temperature) of the motor 3, motor-side bearing temperature (hereinafter referred to as motor-side temperature) and fan-side bearing temperature (hereinafter referred to as fan-side temperature) of the fan 5, which have been obtained from the wireless master unit 6 in the past, in time series. The temperature/vibration value storage unit 81 stores, in time series, a drive-side bearing vibration value (hereinafter, referred to as a drive-side vibration value) and an anti-drive-side bearing vibration value (hereinafter, referred to as an anti-drive-side vibration value) of the motor 3, a motor-side bearing vibration value (hereinafter, referred to as a motor-side vibration value) and a fan-side bearing vibration value (hereinafter, referred to as a fan-side vibration value) of the fan 5, which have been acquired from the wireless master unit 6 in the past.

The communication unit 65 is connected to a network 78, and communicates with the wireless host 6 via the network 78. The communication unit 65 transmits a measurement data transmission request to the wireless master unit 6 at a predetermined cycle, for example, and receives the calculated values (temperature and vibration values) of the wireless slave units 4a to 4d from the wireless master unit 6. The data communication unit 66 is connected to the data communication unit 68 of the abnormality detection device 10, and communicates with the abnormality detection device 10. The data communication unit 66 transmits the calculated values (temperature and vibration values) of the slave wireless units 4a to 4d acquired from the master wireless unit 6 to the abnormality detection device 10.

Next, the structure of the abnormality detection device 10 will be described. As shown in fig. 1, the abnormality detection device 10 is connected to the data server 7 and the monitoring terminal 12 by wireless or wired connection. Fig. 6 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the abnormality detection device 10. The abnormality detection device 10 is a device for detecting an abnormality of a target device, and includes a control unit 58 that comprehensively controls each unit of the abnormality detection device 10 as shown in fig. 6. The control unit 58 is connected to the correlation storage unit 80, the alarm database 62, and the data communication unit 68.

The correlation storage unit 80 stores a correlation between the drive-side temperature and the reverse drive-side temperature of the motor 3 (hereinafter, referred to as a correlation of the motor 3) based on the drive-side temperature and the reverse drive-side temperature of the motor 3 when the target device is normal, and a correlation between the motor-side temperature and the fan-side temperature of the fan 5 (hereinafter, referred to as a correlation of the fan 5) based on the motor-side temperature and the fan-side temperature of the fan 5. That is, the correlation storage unit 80 stores the correlation of the motor 3 and the correlation of the fan 5, which are obtained by the calculation unit 84. The correlation will be described later.

The alarm database 62 stores the deviation of the correlation from the motor 3 detected by the detection unit 85 as information on abnormality or a sign of abnormality of the motor 3, and stores the deviation of the correlation from the fan 5 detected by the detection unit 85 as information on abnormality or a sign of abnormality of the fan 5.

The data communication unit 68 is connected to the data communication unit 66 of the data server 7 and the data communication unit 72 of the monitoring terminal 12, and communicates with the data server 7 and the monitoring terminal 12. The data communication unit 68 receives information on the temperature and vibration value of the motor 3 and the temperature and vibration value of the fan 5 from the data server 7. Then, the data communication unit 68 receives information on the wireless slave unit management table 61 and an information acquisition request on abnormality or sign of abnormality of the target device from the monitoring terminal 12, and transmits information on abnormality or sign of abnormality of the target device to the monitoring terminal 12.

The control unit 58 includes a temperature acquisition unit 82, a vibration value acquisition unit 83, a calculation unit 84, a detection unit 85, a determination unit 86, and an output unit 87. The temperature acquisition unit 82 acquires the drive-side temperature and the reverse drive-side temperature of the motor 3 and the motor-side temperature and the fan-side temperature of the fan 5 (temperatures measured by the slave radios 4a to 4 d) output from the communication unit 50 of the wireless master 6 via the data communication unit 68. The vibration value acquisition unit 83 acquires the drive-side vibration value and the counter-drive-side vibration value of the motor 3 and the motor-side vibration value and the fan-side vibration value of the fan 5 (vibration values measured by the wireless slave units 4a to 4 d) output from the communication unit 50 of the wireless master unit 6 via the data communication unit 68.

The calculation unit 84 obtains the correlation of the motor 3 based on the drive-side temperature and the reverse drive-side temperature of the motor 3 when the target device is normal, which are acquired from the data server 7. The calculation unit 84 obtains the correlation between the fans 5 based on the motor-side temperature and the fan-side temperature of the fan 5 when the target device is normal, which are acquired from the data server 7.

Hereinafter, a specific process of the control unit 58 (the temperature acquisition unit 82, the calculation unit 84, and the detection unit 85) will be described by taking a case where the motor 3 and the fan 5 show the tendency of the vibration value as shown in fig. 7 as an example. In the vibration value trend shown in fig. 7, the vibration value is stable in the period a (the motor 3 is normally operated), the vibration value starts to gradually increase from the period B, the vibration value continues to gradually increase in the period C, it is determined that the vibration value exceeds the threshold value indicating the abnormality of the motor 3 at the time D, and the vibration value shows the highest value (the motor 3 is failed) at the time E.

The temperature acquisition unit 82 acquires data of the drive-side temperature and the reverse drive-side temperature of the motor 3 at a normal time (time a shown in fig. 7) of the target device stored in the temperature/vibration value storage unit 81 of the data server 7, that is, two or more drive-side temperatures and reverse drive-side temperatures measured in the period a shown in fig. 7. Similarly, the temperature acquisition unit 82 acquires the motor side temperature and the fan side temperature of the fan 5 at the time when the target device stored in the temperature/vibration value storage unit 81 of the data server 7 is normal (at the time a shown in fig. 7), that is, the data of two or more motor side temperatures and fan side temperatures measured in the period a shown in fig. 7.

The calculation unit 84 creates a graph in which the horizontal axis is the back drive side temperature of the motor 3 and the vertical axis is the drive side temperature of the motor 3 as shown in fig. 8 based on the data of the drive side temperature and the back drive side temperature of the motor 3 at the time when the target device is normal (the time period a shown in fig. 7) acquired by the temperature acquisition unit 82, that is, two or more drive side temperatures and back drive side temperatures measured in the period a shown in fig. 7, and thereby obtains the correlation (dotted line shown in fig. 8) in which a single regression exists between the back drive side temperature and the drive side temperature when the motor 3 is normal. The correlation of the motor 3 obtained by the calculation unit 84 is stored in the correlation storage unit 80.

The calculation unit 84 excludes the driving side temperature and the reverse driving side temperature from the normal driving side temperature and the reverse driving side temperature, which are acquired in a period from when the determination unit 86 determines that the operation of the motor 3 is stopped to when the determination unit 86 determines that the operation is restarted, and in a predetermined period from when the determination unit 86 determines that the operation of the motor 3 is restarted. That is, the calculation unit 84 excludes data of all the driving side temperatures and the reverse driving side temperatures measured during a period until a predetermined period elapses after the operation of the motor 3 is restarted after the operation stop from the data for obtaining the correlation of the motor 3.

Similarly, the calculation unit 84 obtains a correlation that has a single regression between the fan-side temperature and the motor-side temperature when the fan 5 is normal by creating a graph in which the horizontal axis represents the fan-side temperature of the fan 5 and the vertical axis represents the motor-side temperature of the fan 5. The correlation of the fans 5 obtained by the calculation unit 84 is stored in the correlation storage unit 80. The calculation unit 84 removes the motor-side temperature and the fan-side temperature from the motor-side temperature and the fan-side temperature in the normal state, which are obtained during a period from when the determination unit 86 determines that the operation of the fan 5 is stopped to when the operation is resumed to when the determination unit 86 determines that the operation of the fan 5 is resumed for a predetermined period. That is, the calculation unit 84 excludes all the data of the motor side temperature and the fan side temperature measured during a period until the predetermined period elapses after the operation of the fan 5 is restarted after the operation stop from the data for obtaining the correlation of the fan 5. The determination of the operation stop and the operation resumption of the target equipment by the determination unit 86 will be described later.

The detection unit 85 detects a deviation from the correlation of the motor 3 calculated by the calculation unit 84 and stored in the correlation storage unit 80 based on the drive-side temperature and the reverse drive-side temperature of the motor 3 acquired by the temperature acquisition unit 82. For example, the detection unit 85 creates a graph in which the horizontal axis represents the temperature on the reverse drive side of the motor 3 and the vertical axis represents the temperature on the drive side of the motor 3, as shown in fig. 9, based on the temperature on the drive side and the temperature on the reverse drive side of the motor 3 in the period B shown in fig. 7, and compares the graph with the correlation (dotted line shown in fig. 9) of the motor 3 stored in the correlation storage unit 80. As shown in fig. 9, since the graph is greatly deviated from the dotted line, the detection unit 85 determines that the correlation of the motor 3 is deviated in the time B shown in fig. 7.

Then, for example, the detection unit 85 creates a graph in which the horizontal axis represents the reverse drive side temperature of the motor 3 and the vertical axis represents the drive side temperature of the motor 3 as shown in fig. 10 based on the drive side temperature and the reverse drive side temperature of the motor 3 in the period C shown in fig. 7, and compares the graph with the correlation (dotted line shown in fig. 10) of the motor 3 stored in the correlation storage unit 80. As shown in fig. 10, since a part of the graph is greatly deviated from the dotted line, the detection unit 85 determines that the mutual relationship of the motors 3 is deviated in the time point C shown in fig. 7.

Similarly, the detection unit 85 detects a deviation from the correlation of the fan 5 calculated by the calculation unit 84 and stored in the correlation storage unit 80 based on the motor-side temperature and the fan-side temperature of the fan 5 acquired by the temperature acquisition unit 82.

The detection unit 85 may detect the deviation from the correlation of the motor 3 based on at least one of the drive-side vibration value and the counter-drive-side vibration value of the motor 3 in addition to the drive-side temperature and the counter-drive-side temperature of the motor 3. For example, when determining that the correlation between the motors 3 is deviated based on the driving side temperature and the reverse driving side temperature of the motor 3, the detection unit 85 further refers to the driving side vibration value and the reverse driving side vibration value of the motor 3, and determines whether or not the deviation from the correlation between the motors 3 corresponds to an abnormality or a sign of the abnormality based on an increase or decrease in at least one of the driving side vibration value and the reverse driving side vibration value of the motor 3.

Similarly, the detection unit 85 detects the deviation from the correlation of the fan 5 based on at least one of the motor-side vibration value and the fan-side vibration value of the fan 5 acquired by the vibration value acquisition unit 83. That is, the detection unit 85 detects the deviation from the correlation of the fan 5 based on the motor side temperature and the fan side temperature of the fan 5 and the motor side vibration value and the fan side vibration value of the fan 5.

The determination unit 86 determines that the motor 3 has stopped operating when the drive-side vibration value and the counter-drive-side vibration value of the motor 3 acquired by the vibration value acquisition unit 83 have decreased by a predetermined value or more, and determines that the motor 3 has restarted operating when the drive-side vibration value and the counter-drive-side vibration value of the motor 3 acquired by the vibration value acquisition unit 83 have increased by a predetermined value or more while the operation of the motor 3 has stopped. That is, when the drive-side vibration value and the reverse drive-side vibration value of the motor 3 decrease at the limit at approximately the same time (at the same timing) (when the vibration value is approximately 0), the determination unit 86 determines that this is caused by the stop of the operation of the motor 3. When the drive-side vibration value and the counter-drive-side vibration value of the motor 3 rise at substantially the same (the same timing) limit (when vibration starts) while the operation of the motor 3 is stopped (when vibration starts), the determination unit 86 determines that this is caused by the restart of the operation of the motor 3.

Similarly, the determination unit 86 determines that the fan 5 has stopped operating when the motor-side vibration value and the fan-side vibration value of the fan 5 acquired by the vibration value acquisition unit 83 have decreased by a predetermined value or more, and determines that the fan 5 has restarted operating when the motor-side vibration value and the fan-side vibration value of the fan 5 acquired by the vibration value acquisition unit 83 have increased by a predetermined value or more after the operation has stopped. As described above, the calculation unit 84 obtains the determination result of the determination unit 86, and removes the drive-side temperature or the motor-side temperature and the reverse drive-side temperature or the fan-side temperature obtained during the period from the time when the operation of the motor 3 or the fan 5 is stopped to the time when the predetermined period elapses after the operation is restarted, from the drive-side temperature or the motor-side temperature and the reverse drive-side temperature or the fan-side temperature in the normal state.

When receiving a request for acquiring information on abnormality or sign of abnormality of the target equipment from the monitoring terminal 12 via the data communication unit 68, the output unit 87 outputs the deviation of the correlation detected by the detection unit 85 and stored in the alarm database 62 to the data communication unit 68 as information on abnormality or sign of abnormality of the target equipment.

Next, the configuration of the monitoring terminal 12 will be explained. The monitoring terminal 12 is connected to the abnormality detection device 10 by wireless or wired connection as shown in fig. 1. Fig. 11 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the monitoring terminal 12. As shown in fig. 11, the monitoring terminal 12 includes a monitoring terminal control unit 70 that comprehensively controls each unit of the monitoring terminal 12. The monitoring terminal control unit 70 is connected to a data communication unit 72, an input unit 74, and a display unit 76.

The data communication unit 72 communicates with the data communication unit 68 of the abnormality detection apparatus 10. The data communication unit 72 transmits information on the wireless slave unit management table 61, the temperature and vibration value of the target device, and an information acquisition request on an abnormality or an abnormality sign to the abnormality detection apparatus 10, and receives the temperature and vibration value of the target device, the information on the abnormality or the abnormality sign, and the like from the abnormality detection apparatus 10.

The input unit 74 is an input device such as a keyboard or a mouse, for example, and the display unit 76 is a display device such as a liquid crystal panel. When the liquid crystal panel is formed of a touch panel, the input device and the display device are integrally formed. The input unit 74 outputs the input result input by the user of the monitoring terminal 12 to the monitoring terminal control unit 70.

The display unit 76 displays information on the wireless master 6 stored in the wireless master management table 59 of the data server 7, information on the wireless slave units 4a to 4d stored in the wireless slave unit management table 61 of the data server 7, information on the correlation stored in the correlation storage unit 80 of the abnormality detection device 10, information on the temperature/vibration value stored in the temperature/vibration value storage unit 81 of the data server 7, and information on an abnormality or an abnormality sign stored in the alarm database 62 of the abnormality detection device 10. Specifically, the display unit 76 displays a graph based on the correlation (for example, the graphs shown in fig. 8 to 10), a table, a graph based on the temperature/vibration value (for example, the graph shown in fig. 7), a table, an alarm message based on information on an abnormality or a sign of an abnormality, and the like.

Next, an abnormality detection method for detecting an abnormality or a sign of an abnormality in a target device by the abnormality detection apparatus 10 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 12 is a flowchart for explaining a process executed by the control unit 58 of the abnormality detection device 10 to detect a sign of an abnormality of the target equipment (motor 3).

The control unit 58 obtains the drive side temperature and the reverse drive side temperature of the motor 3. Specifically, the temperature acquisition unit 82 of the control unit 58 acquires the drive-side temperature of the motor 3 measured by the temperature sensor 20 of the slave wireless unit 4a and transmitted via the master wireless unit 6 from the data server 7 via the data communication unit 68 (step S1). Similarly, the temperature acquisition unit 82 acquires the reverse drive side temperature of the motor 3 measured by the temperature sensor 20 of the slave wireless unit 4b and transmitted via the master wireless unit 6 from the data server 7 via the data communication unit 68 (step S2).

Next, the control unit 58 detects the deviation from the correlation between the driving side temperature and the reverse driving side temperature based on the driving side temperature obtained in step S1 and the reverse driving side temperature obtained in step S2 when the motor 3 is normal. Specifically, the detection unit 85 of the control unit 58 reads the correlation of the motor 3 stored in the correlation storage unit 80, for example, the correlation indicated by the dotted line in fig. 8 (step S3), and when the temperature acquisition unit 82 acquires the drive-side temperature and the reverse drive-side temperature at the time B shown in fig. 7, for example, a graph shown in fig. 9 is created and compared with the correlation of the motor 3, thereby detecting the deviation from the correlation of the motor 3.

If the detector 85 does not detect the deviation from the correlation of the motor 3 (no in step S4), the controller 58 returns to the process of step S1 and repeats the processes from step S1. When the detector 85 detects the deviation from the correlation of the motor 3 (yes in step S4), the controller 58 stores the detection result of the detector 85 in the alarm database 62 as information on the warning of the abnormality of the motor 3 (step S5), and repeats the processing of steps S1 to S5.

When receiving a request for acquiring information on abnormality or sign of abnormality of the target equipment from the monitoring terminal 12 via the data communication unit 68, the output unit 87 of the control unit 58 outputs the deviation from the correlation detected by the detection unit 85 and stored in the alarm database 62 to the data communication unit 68 as information on sign of abnormality of the motor 3.

In the above-described embodiment, the abnormality of the motor 3 is predicted based on only the drive-side temperature and the counter-drive-side temperature, but the abnormality of the motor 3 may be predicted based on at least one of the drive-side vibration value and the counter-drive-side vibration value in addition to the drive-side temperature and the counter-drive-side temperature. In the above-described embodiment, the case where the sign of abnormality of the motor 3 is detected is described as an example, but the same processing is performed when the sign of abnormality of the fan 5 is detected.

Next, a correlation calculation method for obtaining the correlation of the target devices by the abnormality detection device 10 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 13 is a flowchart for explaining processing executed by the control unit 58 of the abnormality detection device 10 to obtain the correlation between the target devices (motors 3).

The control unit 58 obtains the correlation of the motor 3 based on the drive-side temperature acquired in the past and the reverse drive-side temperature acquired in the past, which are stored in the temperature/vibration value storage unit 81 of the data server 7. Specifically, the temperature acquisition unit 82 of the control unit 58 acquires two or more driving-side temperatures and counter-driving-side temperatures measured at normal times (for example, at the time a shown in fig. 7) from the driving-side temperature and counter-driving-side temperature acquired in the past and stored in the temperature/vibration value storage unit 81 of the data server 7 (step S11). The calculation unit 84 determines whether or not the drive-side temperature and the reverse drive-side temperature acquired in step S11 include the drive-side temperature and the reverse drive-side temperature measured during a period from when the determination unit 86 determines that the operation of the motor 3 has stopped to when the determination unit determines that the operation has been resumed to when the determination unit 86 determines that the operation of the motor 3 has been resumed for a predetermined period.

When the vibration value acquisition unit 83 acquires the drive-side vibration value and the counter-drive-side vibration value, the control unit 58 determines that the motor 3 has stopped operating when the drive-side vibration value and the counter-drive-side vibration value have dropped by a predetermined value or more in the determination unit 86, and determines that the motor 3 has restarted operating when the drive-side vibration value and the counter-drive-side vibration value have risen by a predetermined value or more during the operation stop of the motor 3, and stores the operation stop period of the motor 3 in the correlation storage unit 80 or the like in advance, for example.

The arithmetic unit 84 reads the operation stop period of the motor 3 stored in the correlation storage unit 80, etc., and determines that the period is not to be eliminated if the drive side temperature and the reverse drive side temperature measured during the operation stop period of the motor 3 and the predetermined period after the operation stop period have elapsed, out of the drive side temperature and the reverse drive side temperature acquired in step S11 (no in step S12), the process proceeds to step S14. On the other hand, if the drive-side temperature and the reverse-drive-side temperature obtained in step S11 include the drive-side temperature and the reverse-drive-side temperature measured during the operation stop period and the predetermined period after the operation stop period of the motor 3 has elapsed, the arithmetic unit 84 determines that the removal period is present (step S12: yes), and removes the drive-side temperature and the reverse-drive-side temperature measured during the removal period from the normal drive-side temperature and the reverse-drive-side temperature (step S13). That is, the calculation unit 84 excludes data of all the driving side temperatures and the reverse driving side temperatures measured during a period until a predetermined period elapses after the operation of the motor 3 is restarted after the operation stop from the data for obtaining the correlation of the motor 3.

The arithmetic unit 84 obtains the correlation of the motor 3 based on the drive side temperature and the reverse drive side temperature acquired in step S11 (step S14). That is, the calculation unit 84 obtains the correlation (indicated by the dotted line in fig. 8) in which the reverse drive side temperature and the drive side temperature are single-regressed when the motor 3 is normal, by creating a graph in which the horizontal axis is the reverse drive side temperature of the motor 3 and the vertical axis is the drive side temperature of the motor 3, as shown in fig. 8, based on two or more data measured when the motor 3 is normal (at the time a shown in fig. 7, although the data measured during the removal period is excluded).

The controller 58 stores the correlation of the motor 3 obtained by the calculation unit 84 in the step S14 in the correlation storage unit 80 (step S15). In the above-described embodiment, the case where the mutual relationship between the motors 3 is obtained is described as an example, but the same processing is performed when the mutual relationship between the fans 5 is obtained.

According to the abnormality detection device and the abnormality detection method of the present embodiment, it is possible to detect an abnormality or a sign of an abnormality of a target device in advance by detecting a deviation from the correlation between the drive-side temperature and the counter-drive-side temperature of the target device. Conventionally, an operator checks a target device after receiving an alarm indicating that a vibration value exceeds a threshold value (time D shown in fig. 7), but before 30 to 40 hours from the time when the target device fails (time E shown in fig. 7), damage to a bearing such as a rotary machine is already serious at the time of alarm generation, and an effect of a life prolonging measure by oil application is poor, and the time is late in many cases. However, in the abnormality detection device of the present embodiment, since the deviation from the correlation between the drive-side temperature and the reverse drive-side temperature of the target equipment is detected, it is possible to detect the abnormality of the target equipment, for example, damage to the bearing, exhaustion of grease, adhesion of grease, generation of rust, and the like, at a time B or C before the time D shown in fig. 7. In addition, even when many target devices installed in a remote place or the like are managed, it is possible to detect an abnormality of the target device in advance by detecting a deviation from a correlation between a driving-side temperature and a reverse-driving-side temperature of the target device, and therefore it is not necessary to constantly monitor trend data of each target device.

Further, according to the abnormality detection device and the abnormality detection method of the present embodiment, it is possible to determine when the operation of the target device is stopped or when the operation is restarted, based on the fluctuation of the drive-side vibration value and the counter-drive-side vibration value of the target device. Therefore, it is possible to grasp the operation stop time and the operation restart time of the target equipment without separately providing a device or a system for managing the operation stop time and the operation restart time of the target equipment. Further, although there is a case where the state of the target equipment suddenly changes, such as adhesion of grease due to stoppage of operation of the target equipment or generation of rust due to water intrusion into a deteriorated bearing, since data of the drive side temperature and the reverse drive side temperature measured during a period from when the operation of the target equipment is stopped to when a predetermined period elapses after the operation is restarted is excluded from data for obtaining the correlation, the correlation of the target equipment can be obtained without being affected by the sudden change of the state.

In the above-described embodiment, the arithmetic unit 84 calculates the correlation between the target devices, and the detection unit 85 detects the deviation from the correlation based on the drive-side temperature and the reverse-drive-side temperature acquired by the temperature acquisition unit 82, but the arithmetic unit 84 may calculate a regression value of the reverse-drive-side temperature (hereinafter, referred to as a reverse-drive-side regression value) obtained by a single regression analysis of the drive-side temperature, and the detection unit 85 may detect the deviation from the correlation between the target devices based on a result of comparison between the reverse-drive-side regression value and a reverse-drive-side actual measurement value as the reverse-drive-side temperature acquired by the temperature acquisition unit 82. The calculation unit 84 may obtain a regression value of the driving side temperature (hereinafter, referred to as a driving side regression value) obtained by a single regression analysis of the reverse driving side temperature, and the detection unit 85 may detect a deviation from the correlation of the target device based on a result of comparison between the driving side regression value and a driving side actual measurement value of the driving side temperature obtained by the temperature obtaining unit 82.

Specifically, the calculation unit 84 obtains at least one of the back drive-side regression value and the drive-side regression value based on the drive-side temperature and the back drive-side temperature of the motor 3 when the target device is normal (at the time a shown in fig. 7). The back drive-side regression value and the drive-side regression value obtained by the calculation unit 84 are stored in the correlation storage unit 80.
