Detailed Description

Embodiments of a suspension device according to the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 7. The suspension device of the present embodiment is installed in a vertical wall of a room (living room, dining room, kitchen, washing room, toilet, entrance, corridor, staircase, or the like) such as a house or a hotel, or in fixed furniture, and can suspend and hold a variety of articles. In addition, the suspension device of the present embodiment is not only compactly foldable, but also thinks of a countermeasure to prevent the atmosphere in the room from being damaged when in use and when not in use.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the suspension device 11 includes a base 12 having a square thick plate shape, a cover member 13 having a square thin plate shape provided to cover the base 12, a coupling portion 14 coupling the base 12 and the cover member 13, and a rotation preventing portion 15 provided adjacent to the coupling portion 14.

When the base 12 and the cover member 13 are viewed from the distal point a on a straight line along the thickness direction T1 of the base 12 shown in fig. 2, that is, from the front, as shown in fig. 1, the cover member 13 has a shape overlapping with the base 12 or substantially overlapping with the base 12. The cover member 13 is rotatable by the coupling portion 14 between a 1 st position P1 covering the base portion 12 as shown in fig. 2 and a 2 nd position P2 exposing the base portion 12 as shown in fig. 3, 4, and 6. The 2 nd position P2 includes the intermediate state P2A shown in FIG. 3 and the fully open state P2B shown in FIG. 4.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the base 12 is formed in a square shape (rectangular shape) that is short in the height direction H and elongated in the lateral direction L1. The base 12 is formed thick in the thickness direction T1.

The base 12 includes a base body 21 having a square flat plate shape (a square thick plate shape), 1 or more 1 st hooks 22 provided on the base body 21 at intervals, and a plurality of fixing portions 23 for fixing the base body 21 to a vertical wall of a room, fixed furniture, or the like. In the present embodiment, two 1 st hooks 22 are provided, but the number of 1 st hooks 22 is not limited thereto. The number of the 1 st hooks 22 may be 1 or 3 or more. The base main body 21 and the 1 st hook 22 are formed of, for example, a metal material.

One of the 1 st hooks 22 is disposed in the vicinity of the end portion of the base body 21 on the side opposite to the end portion adjacent to the connection portion 14. The other 1 st hook 22 is disposed in the vicinity of an intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction (lateral direction L1) of the base 12. The 1 st hook 22 is formed to be elongated in the height direction H of the base 12. The 1 st hook 22 has a height substantially the same as the height of the base main body 21 in the height direction H of the base main body 21.

The 1 st hook 22 may have a 1 st abutment surface 22A at a position opposite to the cover member 13. The 1 st contact surface 22A is formed to be relatively flat. A rubber washer 29 having a disk shape may be provided on the 1 st contact surface 22A. When the rubber washer 29 is provided, the 1 st hook 22 can abut against the covering member main body 25 of the covering member 13 located at the 1 st position P1 via the 1 st abutting surface 22A (the rubber washer 29). More than 1 item 24 can be hung relative to the 1 st hook 22. In the present embodiment, the washer 29 is omitted from the 1 st hook 22, and the washer 29 is provided only in the 2 nd hook 26 described later.

Each of the fixing portions 23 includes a bolt not shown and a shielding cover 23A shielding a head portion of the bolt. The bolt penetrates a through hole (not shown) formed to penetrate the base body 21, and is fixed to a vertical wall of a room, fixed furniture, or the like. The plurality of fixing portions 23 are disposed in the vicinity of the coupling portion 14. Therefore, when the article 24 is hung by both the 1 st hook 22 and the 2 nd hook 26 of the cover member 13 positioned in the fully open state P2B, the plurality of fastening portions 23 positioned in the vicinity of the intermediate position can be balanced, and a large load (moment of force) can be prevented from being applied to the plurality of fastening portions 23. Further, the fixing portion 12 may be disposed in plural at a position other than the vicinity of the coupling portion 14, for example, between two 1 st hooks 22 or at another position.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the cover member 13 is formed in a rectangular shape (oblong shape) which is short in the height direction H and extends in a long and narrow manner in the lateral direction L2. The cover member 13 is formed thinner than the base 12 in the thickness direction T2.

The cover member 13 includes a rectangular flat plate-like (rectangular thin plate-like) cover member main body 25 and 1 or more 2 nd hooks 26 provided on the cover member main body 25. In the present embodiment, 1 of the 2 nd hooks 26 is provided. The number of the 2 nd hooks 26 is not limited thereto. The number of the 2 nd hooks 26 may be two or more. The cover member main body 25 and the 2 nd hook 26 are formed of, for example, a metal material.

The 2 nd hook 26 is disposed in the vicinity of the end portion of the covering member main body 25 on the opposite side to the end portion adjacent to the connection portion 14. As shown in fig. 3, a distance D2 between the 2 nd hook 26 and the coupling portion 14 (1 st shaft 27) is different from a distance D1A between one of the 1 st hooks 22 and the coupling portion 14 (1 st shaft 27), and is also different from a distance D1B between the other one of the 1 st hooks 22 and the coupling portion 14 (1 st shaft 27).

The 2 nd hook 26 is formed to be elongated in the height direction T of the cover member 13. The 2 nd hook 26 has a height substantially the same as the height of the cover member main body 25 in the height direction H of the cover member main body 25.

The 2 nd hook 26 may have a 2 nd abutment surface 26A at a position opposite to the base 12. The 2 nd contact surface 26A is formed flat. Preferably, the 2 nd contact surface 26A is provided with a rubber washer 29 having a disk shape. When the cover member 13 is located at the 1 st position P1, the 2 nd hook 26 can abut against the base main body 21 via the 2 nd abutment surface 26A (the washer 29 made of rubber). More than 1 article 24 can be hung relative to the 2 nd hook 26. In addition, when the washer 29 made of rubber is provided on the 1 st abutment surface 22A, the washer 29 of the 2 nd abutment surface 26A can be omitted.

As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the connection portion 14 is provided between the base portion 12 and the cover member 13. The coupling portion 14 includes a 1 st shaft 27 extending in the height direction H of the base portion 12, a 2 nd shaft 28 (see fig. 6) provided independently of the 1 st shaft 27 and extending in the thickness direction T2 of the cover member 13, a pair of arm members 31 for rotatably supporting the 1 st shaft 27 in a double-arm manner, a base 32 provided integrally with the 1 st shaft 27 and penetrated by the 2 nd shaft 28, a through hole 33 (see fig. 6) provided in the base 32 and through which the 2 nd shaft 28 passes, a hollow portion 35 provided in the base 32, and a rotating piece 36 provided integrally with the 2 nd shaft 28 and rotating in the hollow portion 35. The 1 st shaft 27, the 2 nd shaft 28, the pair of arm members 31, the base 32, and the rotating piece 36 are formed of, for example, a metal material. The 1 st shaft 27 and the 2 nd shaft 28 of the coupling portion 14 realize a safety mechanism for retracting the cover member 13 in the intermediate state P2A at the 2 nd position P2.

The base 32 has a trapezoidal portion 32A having a trapezoidal cross section and a protruding portion 32B protruding from the trapezoidal portion 32A toward the base 12 in the lateral direction L2. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, a through hole 33 and a hollow portion 35 are provided inside the trapezoidal portion 32A of the base 32. The through hole 33 communicates with the hollow portion 35. The trapezoidal portion 32A is connected to the cover member 13 via the 2 nd shaft 28.

As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the 1 st shaft 27 is formed in a cylindrical shape. The 1 st shaft 27 is provided as a protrusion 32B penetrating the base 32 in the up-down direction. The projection 32B has a circular through hole through which the 1 st shaft 27 passes. The 1 st shaft 27 is inserted into the through hole and fixed to the projection 32B. At this time, the upper end of the 1 st shaft 27 is inserted into a hole 31A provided in the arm member 31 positioned on the upper side, and is supported by the hole 31A so that the 1 st shaft 27 can rotate. The lower end of the 1 st shaft 27 is inserted into a hole 31A provided in the lower arm member 31, and is rotatably supported by the hole 31A so that the 1 st shaft 27 can rotate. Therefore, the 1 st shaft 27 can support the covering member 13 so that the covering member 13 can rotate in the height direction H. The 1 st shaft 27 is fixed in position with respect to the base 32 by a screw, not shown, fastened in a direction parallel to the 1 st shaft 27.

As shown in fig. 6, the 2 nd shaft 28 is formed in a cylindrical shape and is provided integrally with the cover member main body 25 of the cover member 13. The 2 nd shaft 28 is rotatably attached to the trapezoidal portion 32A of the base 32 via a screw 34 and a cylindrical shaft member (washer), not shown, interposed between the screw 34 and the 2 nd shaft 28. Therefore, the 2 nd shaft 28 can support the covering member 13 so that the covering member 13 can rotate in the thickness direction T2.

As shown in fig. 7, the rotating piece 36 is provided integrally with the 2 nd shaft 28 and the cover member main body 25. The rotating piece 36 has a 1 st edge 36A and a 2 nd edge 36B opposite the 1 st edge 36A. When the cover member 13 (the cover member main body 25) is rotated about the 2 nd axis 28, the rotating piece 36 rotates together with the cover member 13 in the hollow portion 35. When the cover member 13 (cover member main body 25) is arranged to extend in the lateral direction, the 1 st edge 36A abuts against the inner surface of the cavity 35. When the cover member 13 (cover member main body 25) is disposed to extend in the longitudinal direction, the 1 st edge 36B abuts against the inner surface of the cavity 35. Therefore, the rotation angle of the cover member 13 about the 2 nd axis 28 is defined by the rotating piece 36 and the inner surface of the hollow portion 35. The rotation angle of the cover member 13 about the 2 nd axis 28 is, for example, about 90 °. The rotation angle and the rotation direction of the covering member 13 are examples, and other rotation angles and rotation directions (for example, a rotation direction from the horizontal direction toward the lower side) may be used.

The pair of arm members 31 are formed integrally with one end portion of the base main body 21. The pair of arm members 31 are provided to project from one end of the base body 21 in the lateral direction L1.

The rotation blocking portion 15 can block the cover member 13 in the 2 nd position P2 and in the fully open state P2B from rotating to an angle exceeding the fully open state P2B. In the fully open state P2B, the base 12 and the cover member 13 are substantially parallel to each other, and 1 or more of the 1 st hooks 22 and 1 or more of the 2 nd hooks 26 are arranged in the lateral direction. Therefore, the rotation preventing portion 15 can limit the rotation angle of the cover member 13 with respect to the base portion 12 to 180 ° or less. The predetermined position in the present invention is a position where the cover member 13 is in the 2 nd position P2 and is in the fully open state P2B, but the predetermined position is not limited thereto. The predetermined position of the cover member 13 may also be the 2 nd position P2 and the intermediate state P2A.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the rotation preventing portion 15 is formed of a pair of contact portions 15A, and the pair of contact portions 15A are formed recessed in a stepped shape on the back portions of the pair of arm members 31. A rubber cushion may be provided to the pair of contact portions 15A. When the cover member 13 is located at the 2 nd position P2 and the base 12 is substantially parallel to the cover member 13 and the 1 st or more 1 st hooks 22 and the 1 or more 2 nd hooks 26 are laterally aligned, that is, when the cover member 13 is located at the position shown in fig. 4 (fully open state P2B), the cover member main body 25 abuts against the pair of abutting portions 15A (cushion material). At this time, the surface of the cover member main body 25 on which the 2 nd hook 26 is provided abuts against the pair of abutting portions 15A (cushion members). Thus, the rotation preventing portion 15 can prevent the cover member 13 from rotating to an angle exceeding the fully open state P2B.

The structure of the rotation preventing portion 15 is not limited to this. The rotation preventing portion 15 may be formed by a contact portion provided on an end surface of the substrate body 21. In this case, a rubber cushion may be provided in the contact portion. In the case of this configuration, when the cover member 13 is located at the 2 nd position P2, the base 12 is substantially parallel to the cover member 13, and the 1 st or more 1 st hooks 22 and the 1 or more 2 nd hooks 26 are laterally arranged, that is, when the cover member 13 is located at the position shown in fig. 4 (fully open state P2B), the end surface of the cover member main body 25 abuts against the abutting portion (cushion). The rotation preventing portion 15 configured as described above can prevent the cover member 13 from rotating to an angle exceeding the fully open state P2B.

Next, the operation of the suspension device 11 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 7. The suspension device 11 is used by being attached to a vertical wall of a room, fixed furniture, or the like. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the suspension device 11 in the unused state covers the base 12 with the cover member 13, and therefore, the 1 st hook 22 and the 2 nd hook 26 are in a shielded state. Therefore, in the unused state, the life feeling is not evoked by the 1 st hook 22 and the 2 nd hook 26.

The user can put the suspension device 11 in a usable state by moving the cover member 13 from the 1 st position P1 to the 2 nd position P2. At this time, the user can select either one of the intermediate state P2A shown in fig. 3 and the fully open state P2B shown in fig. 4.

In the use mode in the intermediate state P2A shown in fig. 3, not only can the article 24 be hung on 1 or more of the 1 st hooks 22 of the base 12, but also the article 24 can be hung on 1 or more of the 2 nd hooks 26 of the cover member 13. In the intermediate state P2A, the covering member 13 protrudes to a large extent from the vertical wall of the room or the fixed furniture, and therefore may obstruct the passage of people passing nearby or the operation of people operating nearby. Therefore, the intermediate state P2A is a state in which temporary use is assumed in which a relatively light article 24 is suspended for a short time, and is not a state in which permanent and long-term use is assumed.

In the use mode in the intermediate state P2A, a person in the vicinity may collide with the cover member 13, but at this time, the safety mechanism constituted by the 1 st shaft 27 and the 2 nd shaft 28 operates. In a case where it is assumed that a nearby person collides in the thickness direction T2 with respect to the cover member 13 located at the position of fig. 3, the cover member 13 is rotated in the height direction H of the base 12 by the 1 st shaft 27. Thereby, the cover member 13 can be retracted to the state shown in fig. 4 or 5. This can prevent injury to a person in the vicinity of the collision with the covering member 13 as much as possible.

Likewise, in the case where a nearby person collides in the height direction H with respect to the cover member 13 located at the position of fig. 3, the cover member 13 is rotated in the thickness direction T2 by the 2 nd shaft 28. Thereby, the cover member 13 can be retracted to a state shown in fig. 6, for example. In fig. 6, the covering member 13 is shown rotated upward around the 2 nd axis 28 from the state shown in fig. 3, but the direction in which the covering member 13 is rotated is not limited to the upward direction. The covering member 13 may be configured to be rotated downward about the 2 nd shaft 28 on the opposite side to the direction shown in fig. 6 and retracted.

In the usage mode in the fully open state P2B shown in fig. 4, the cover member 13 can be prevented from rotating about the 1 st axis 27 by the rotation preventing portion 15 provided on the back of the pair of arm members 31 at an angle exceeding the fully open state P2B. Further, since the cover member 13 is disposed substantially parallel to the base 12 in use in the fully open state P2B, the cover member 13 does not protrude into the room as in the intermediate state P2A described above, and does not become an obstacle to a person in the vicinity. Therefore, the suspension device 11 is excellent in a long-term use form.

Further, the abutting portion 15A of the rotation preventing portion 15 restricts further rotation of the cover member 13. Therefore, when the user places his or her hand on the cover member 13 and rotates the cover member from the 1 st position P1 shown in fig. 2 to the fully open state P2B shown in fig. 4, the user does not have to bother about the rotation angle of the cover member 13, and the user may rotate the cover member until the cover member 13 comes into contact with the rotation stopper 15. Thus, it is convenient for the user to use.

Further, the cover member 13 can be rotated from the intermediate state P2A shown in fig. 3 or the fully open state P2B shown in fig. 4 to the 1 st position P1 shown in fig. 5 as needed. In this case, the article 24 may be rotated while being hung on the 1 st hook 22 and the 2 nd hook 26. In this way, the article 24 can be suspended and held even in the 1 st position P1 in the closed state, and therefore the suspension device 11 of the present embodiment is highly convenient. In addition, at the 1 st position P1, the 1 st hook 22 and the 2 nd hook 26 are not visible from the outside, and therefore, a life feeling is not evoked.

The following is referred to in this embodiment. The suspension device 11 includes: a base 12 having 1 or more 1 st hooks 22 capable of hanging an article 24; a cover member 13 capable of covering the base 12; and a connecting portion 14 provided between the base portion 12 and the cover member 13, and connecting the base portion 12 and the cover member 13 so that the cover member 13 can rotate between a 1 st position P1 at which the cover member 13 covers the base portion 12 and a 2 nd position P2 at which the cover member 13 retracts to expose the base portion 12.

With this configuration, the 1 st hook 22 can be shielded by the cover member 13 at the 1 st position P1. Therefore, the living feeling is not aroused by the exposed 1 st hook 22, and the texture of the suspension device 11 can be improved. In addition, the damage of the indoor atmosphere due to the 1 st hook 22 of the suspension device 11 can be prevented.

In this case, the cover member 13 has a shape overlapping with the base 12 when viewed from a distant point a on a straight line along the thickness direction T1 of the base 12.

According to this configuration, the shape of the cover member 13 can be made substantially the same as the shape of the base 12 when viewed from the distal point a. Therefore, the cover member 13 can be made to have a minimum size necessary for the 1 st hook 22 not to be seen by surrounding people. This prevents the covering member 13 from becoming too large, and prevents the atmosphere in the room from being damaged by the covering member 13.

In this case, 1 or more of the 1 st hooks 22 have the 1 st abutment surface 22A capable of abutting against the cover member 13 located at the 1 st position P1.

According to this structure, the 1 st hook 22 can be used as a spacer between the cover member 13 and the base 12 located at the 1 st position P1, and the number of components can be reduced as compared with a case where a spacer is separately provided. In addition, when the cover member 13 is located at the 1 st position P1, the spacer is not exposed, and it is possible to prevent the texture of the suspension device 11 from being lowered by the spacer and also prevent the atmosphere in the room from being damaged by the spacer.

In this case, the base portion 12 includes a flat plate-shaped base main body 21 and 1 or more 1 st hooks 22 provided on the base main body 21, and the 1 or more 1 st hooks 22 have a height substantially equal to the height of the base main body 21 in the height direction H of the base main body 21.

With this configuration, the appearance of the 1 st hook 22 can be integrated with the appearance of the base body 21. Thereby, even when the cover member 13 is located at the 2 nd position P2 and the 1 st hook 22 is exposed, the 1 st hook 22 can be made inconspicuous. This can prevent the first hook 22 from evoking a feeling of life as much as possible, and can improve the texture of the suspension device 11. In addition, the damage of the indoor atmosphere due to the 1 st hook 22 can also be prevented.

In this case, the covering member 13 has 1 or more 2 nd hooks 26 on which the article 24 can be hung, and the distance between each of the 1 or more 2 nd hooks 26 and the coupling portion 14 is different from the distance between each of the 1 or more 1 st hooks 22 and the coupling portion 14.

According to this structure, when the cover member 13 is disposed at the 1 st position P1, the 1 st hook 22 and the 2 nd hook 26 are displaced from each other, and the 1 st hook 22 and the 2 nd hook 26 do not interfere with each other. Therefore, when the cover member 13 is set at the 1 st position P1, it can be compactly folded to reduce the thickness dimension of the suspension device 11. This can improve the texture of the suspension device 11 and prevent the suspension device 11 from impairing the indoor atmosphere.

In this case, 1 or more of the 2 nd hooks 26 have the 2 nd abutment surface 26A that can abut against the base 12 when the cover member 13 is located at the 1 st position P1.

According to this structure, the 2 nd hook 26 can be used as a spacer between the base 12 and the cover member 13 located at the 1 st position P1, and the number of parts can be reduced as compared with a case where a spacer is separately provided. In addition, when the cover member 13 is located at the 1 st position P1, the spacer is not exposed, and the texture of the suspension device 11 can be prevented from being degraded by the spacer. Similarly, damage to the atmosphere in the chamber due to the spacers can be prevented.

In this case, the cover member 13 has a flat plate-shaped cover member main body 25 and 1 or more 2 nd hooks 26 provided on the cover member main body 25, and the 1 or more 2 nd hooks 26 have a height substantially equal to the height of the cover member main body 25 in the height direction H of the cover member main body 25.

With this structure, the appearance of the 2 nd hook 26 can be integrated with the appearance of the cover member main body 25. Thereby, even when the cover member 13 is located at the 2 nd position P2 and the 2 nd hook 26 is exposed, the 2 nd hook 26 can be made inconspicuous. This can prevent the 2 nd hook 26 from evoking a feeling of life as much as possible, and can improve the texture of the suspension device 11. In addition, the 2 nd hook 26 can also prevent the indoor atmosphere from being damaged.

In this case, the coupling portion 14 includes: a 1 st shaft 27 extending in the height direction H of the base 12 and supporting the cover member 13 so that the cover member 13 can rotate in the height direction H; and a 2 nd shaft 28 that extends in the thickness direction T2 of the cover member 13 and supports the cover member 13 so that the cover member 13 can rotate in the thickness direction T2.

According to this configuration, the cover member 13 can be rotated with a high degree of freedom by the multijoint structure formed by the 1 st shaft 27 and the 2 nd shaft 28. Therefore, when the cover member 13 is located at the 2 nd position P2, even when a surrounding person unintentionally collides with the cover member 13, the cover member 13 can be retracted by being rotated about the 1 st shaft 27 or the 2 nd shaft 28. Thus, there is no fear that surrounding persons are injured by the covering member 13 located at the 2 nd position P2.

In this case, the suspension device 11 includes a rotation preventing portion 15 that can abut against the cover member 13 located at a predetermined position included in the 2 nd position P2 and prevent the cover member 13 from rotating about the 1 st shaft 27 beyond the predetermined position.

With this configuration, the user can set the cover member 13 at a predetermined position included in the 2 nd position P2 by moving the cover member 13 to the fully open position without paying attention to the rotation angle. This can further improve the convenience for the user.

In this case, the predetermined position is a position where the base portion 12 is substantially parallel to the cover member 13 and 1 or more 1 st hooks 22 are laterally aligned with 1 or more 2 nd hooks 26.

According to this configuration, the rotation of the cover member 13 about the 1 st axis 27 can be restricted by the rotation stopper 15 at a position where the base portion 12 is substantially parallel to the cover member 13 and the 2 nd hook 26 is arranged to be aligned in the lateral direction of the 1 st hook 22. This can further improve the convenience for the user.

The above-described embodiments can be implemented by applying various alternatives and modifications.
