1. A root canal therapy instrument is characterized by comprising a bending machine head, a handheld host and a connecting seat;

the connecting seat comprises a fixed sleeve and a rotating sleeve;

3. The endodontic instrument of claim 2, wherein a snap ring groove is provided along a circumferential direction of a tail portion of the bender head;

the tail of the rotating sleeve is provided with at least one round hole along the circumferential direction, a positioning steel ball is arranged in the round hole, the tail of the rotating sleeve is sleeved with a spring ring along the circumferential direction, and the spring ring is pressed against the steel ball towards one side surface of the rotating sleeve;

5. The endodontic instrument of claim 1 wherein said hand held host includes a motor, a fixed bracket and a housing;

the motor is fixedly arranged on the fixed support, and the fixed support is fixed in the shell;

the fixed sleeve is fixedly connected with the front end part of the motor.

6. The endodontic instrument of claim 5, further comprising a decorative cap;

the decorative cover is in threaded connection with the outer side wall of the front end part of the fixed sleeve.

7. The endodontic instrument of claim 6, wherein a flat boss is provided on an inner sidewall of a front end portion of said decorative cover;

the front end part of the rotary sleeve is provided with an annular boss matched with the planar boss along the circumferential direction;

when the decorative cover is fixed with the front end part of the fixed sleeve, the plane boss is contacted with the annular boss.

8. The endodontic instrument of claim 6, wherein an inner side wall of the tail portion of the decorative cover is provided with an inclined surface along a circumferential direction thereof;

the front end part of the shell is provided with a plurality of plastic elastic sheets which are arranged around the front end part of the shell;

when the decorative cover is fixed with the front end part of the fixed sleeve, the inclined surface extrudes the plastic elastic sheet, so that the plastic elastic sheet moves towards the direction of the fixed sleeve to be pressed against the outer side wall of the fixed sleeve.

9. The endodontic instrument of claim 5 wherein a plurality of stop ribs are provided on an inside wall of the front end portion of the housing;

a plurality of limiting grooves matched with the limiting ribs are formed in the tail part of the fixing sleeve;

the limiting rib is clamped in the limiting groove.

10. The endodontic instrument of claim 5 wherein said harness includes a plurality of locating grooves formed in a tail portion thereof;

the front end part of the fixed support is provided with a plurality of positioning bosses matched with the positioning grooves, and the positioning bosses are clamped in the positioning grooves.

Background

The root canal therapeutic instrument is also called a root canal motor, and is a precise electronic instrument for replacing manual expansion of root canals and preparing more standard root canals in order to reduce the working strength of doctors, thereby greatly reducing the working strength of doctors, saving the working time, improving the working efficiency and being widely applied clinically.

Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned technical problems, the search for an endodontic instrument has become an important subject to be studied by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention discloses a root canal therapy instrument, which is used for solving the technical problem that when the angle of a bender head is adjusted, a connecting seat is easy to loosen when the traditional root canal therapy instrument rotates.

The embodiment of the invention provides a root canal therapy instrument, which comprises a bending machine head, a handheld host and a connecting seat;

the connecting seat comprises a fixed sleeve and a rotating sleeve;

the fixed sleeve is fixedly arranged on the handheld host;

the rotary sleeve is coaxially arranged in the fixed sleeve and can rotate relative to the fixed sleeve, an annular mounting groove is formed in the outer side wall of the rotary sleeve along the circumferential direction of the rotary sleeve, a sealing ring is mounted on the annular mounting groove, and the side face, far away from the annular mounting groove, of the sealing ring is in contact with the inner side wall of the fixed sleeve;

the tail part of the bending machine head is connected with the rotating sleeve.

Optionally, the tail part of the bending machine head is in plug fit with the rotating sleeve;

a clamping column is arranged on the tail part of the bending machine head, and a clamping groove matched with the clamping column is arranged at the front end part of the rotary sleeve;

when the bending machine head is inserted into the rotary sleeve, the clamping column is clamped in the clamping groove.

Optionally, a clamping ring groove is formed in the tail of the bending machine head along the circumferential direction of the tail;

the tail of the rotating sleeve is provided with at least one round hole along the circumferential direction, a positioning steel ball is arranged in the round hole, the tail of the rotating sleeve is sleeved with a spring ring along the circumferential direction, and the spring ring is pressed against the steel ball towards one side surface of the rotating sleeve;

The embodiment of the invention discloses a root canal therapy instrument, which is used for solving the technical problem that when the angle of a bender head is adjusted, a connecting seat is easy to loosen when the traditional root canal therapy instrument rotates.

Example one

Referring to fig. 1 to 14, an endodontic instrument according to the present invention includes:

the bending machine comprises a bending machine head 1, a handheld host and a connecting seat;

the connecting seat comprises a fixed sleeve 2 and a rotating sleeve 3;

the fixed sleeve 2 is fixedly arranged on the handheld host;

the rotary sleeve 3 is coaxially arranged in the fixed sleeve 2, specifically, the middle part and the tail part of the rotary sleeve 3 are positioned in the fixed sleeve 2, and the front end part of the rotary sleeve 3 is positioned outside the fixed sleeve 2;

the rotary sleeve 3 can rotate relative to the fixed sleeve 2, an annular mounting groove is formed in the outer side wall of the rotary sleeve 3 along the circumferential direction of the rotary sleeve, a sealing ring 7 is mounted on the annular mounting groove, the sealing ring 7 can be made of rubber or silica gel and the like, and the side face, far away from the annular mounting groove, of the sealing ring 7 is in contact with the inner side wall of the fixed sleeve 2;

the tail of the bending machine head 1 is connected with the rotary sleeve 3, and preferably, the tail of the bending machine head 1 is detachably connected with the rotary sleeve 3.

It should be noted that, when adjusting the angle of the bending machine head 1, a user only needs to hold the handheld host computer with one hand and rotate the bending machine head 1 with the other hand to completely adjust the angle.

Further, a clamping ring groove 101 is formed in the tail portion of the bending machine head 1 along the circumferential direction of the bending machine head;

the tail of the rotating sleeve 3 is provided with at least one round hole along the circumferential direction, a positioning steel ball 8 is arranged in the round hole, the diameter of the edge of one end, facing the inner side of the rotating sleeve 3, of the round hole is not larger than that of the positioning steel ball 8, the tail of the rotating sleeve 3 is sleeved with a spring ring 9 along the circumferential direction, and the spring ring 9 is pressed against the steel ball towards one side surface of the rotating sleeve 3;

when the tail part of the bending machine head 1 is inserted into the rotating sleeve 3, the positioning steel balls 8 are positioned in the clamping ring groove 101.

It should be noted that, through the above design, the quick installation of the bender head 1 and the rotary sleeve 3 can be completed, specifically, the tail of the bender head 1 is extended into the rotary sleeve 3, and meanwhile, the tail of the bender head 1 pushes the positioning steel ball 8 to move outwards, and when the snap-fit ring groove 101 moves to the position of the circular hole, the positioning steel ball 8 is reset under the elastic action of the spring ring 9 and is matched with the snap-fit ring groove 101, so that the quick installation of the bender head 1 is realized.

Furthermore, the spring ring 9 is provided with an opening hole matched with the positioning steel ball 8, and the diameter of the opening hole is smaller than that of the positioning steel ball 8.

Further, the handheld host comprises a motor 11, a fixed bracket 6 and a shell 5;

Further, the inner side wall of the tail part of the decorative cover 4 is provided with an inclined surface 402 along the circumferential direction thereof;

the front end part of the shell 5 is provided with a plurality of plastic elastic sheets 501, and the plurality of plastic elastic sheets 501 are arranged around the front end part of the shell 5;

when the decorative cover 4 is fixed to the front end of the fixing sleeve 2, the inclined surface 402 presses the plastic spring 501, so that the plastic spring 501 moves toward the fixing sleeve 2 to press against the outer side wall of the fixing sleeve 2. In addition, when the cosmetic cover 4 is fixed to the front end portion of the set cover 2, the edge of the tail portion of the cosmetic cover 4 comes into contact with the edge of the front end portion of the housing 5.

It should be noted that, through the above design, the relative rotation between the fixing sleeve 2 and the housing 5 is avoided, and the structural stability of the endodontic instrument is effectively ensured.

Further, a plurality of positioning grooves 201 are arranged on the tail part of the fixing sleeve 2;

the front end of the fixing support 6 is provided with a plurality of positioning bosses 601 matched with the positioning grooves 201, and the positioning bosses 601 are clamped in the positioning grooves 201.

It should be noted that, through the above design, the assembling personnel can assemble the fixing sleeve 2 and the fixing bracket 6 more quickly, which is beneficial to improving the assembling efficiency.

Further, the inner side wall of the rotary sleeve 3 is provided with an annular groove along the circumferential direction thereof, and a damping ring 10 is installed in the annular groove.

It should be noted that, when the tail of the bender head 1 is inserted into the rotary sleeve 3, the side surface of the damping ring 10 away from the inner side wall of the rotary sleeve 3 contacts with the tail of the bender head 1, and the bender head 1 generates a certain vibration during operation, so that the vibration can be effectively suppressed by the above design.
