(2) adding the nano microcapsule vitamin C-vitamin E emulsion, and uniformly stirring to prepare vitamin slurry;

(3) and uniformly spraying the vitamin slurry on the magnetic film cloth, and drying at 100-120 ℃ to obtain the vitamin C permanent magnet whitening anti-aging film cloth.

However, vitamin C is chemically unstable, rapidly oxidized and decomposed in a dissolved state (especially under high temperature and light), and highly hydrophilic, is difficult to preserve in a solution, is difficult to penetrate sebum in the skin to be absorbed by the skin, and is greatly reduced in effective utilization in a cosmetic mask. Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention mainly aims to provide the vitamin C permanent-magnet whitening anti-aging film cloth, wherein the vitamin C in the film cloth can be stably stored for a long time and keeps activity; when in use, the vitamin C can be quickly absorbed through the skin, the effective utilization rate is high, and the whitening, freckle removing and anti-aging effects are good.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

a vitamin C permanent magnet whitening anti-aging film cloth comprises a magnetic film cloth and vitamin slurry sprayed on the magnetic film cloth; the vitamin slurry comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

3% -10% of nano microcapsule vitamin C-vitamin E emulsion;

1% -3% of nano silver ion solution;

0.5% -1% of sodium alginate;

0.2% -0.5% of xanthan gum;

the balance of water.

The vitamin C-vitamin E emulsion with the nano-microcapsule is prepared by coating vitamin C and vitamin E as capsule cores by a microcapsule coating technology to form nano-scale phospholipid globules, so that the vitamin C is isolated from the outside and is not easy to oxidize; and the formed nano liposome can effectively improve the absorption efficiency of the skin to vitamin C and vitamin E. The vitamin E and the vitamin C are used together, so that the antioxidation coordination effect can be enhanced, the absorption of the vitamin C can be promoted, the mutual assistance effect is realized, and meanwhile, the fat-soluble characteristic of the vitamin E plays a certain role in protecting the vitamin C when being used together with the vitamin C.

Preferably, the vitamin C concentration of the nano microcapsule vitamin C-vitamin E emulsion is 100-200 mg/ml, and the vitamin E concentration is 100-200 mg/ml.

The nano microcapsule vitamin C-vitamin E emulsion adopted by the invention can be obtained commercially.

The nano silver ion solution is prepared by calcining silver at high temperature to form ions and collecting the ions. By adding nano silver ions, the magnetic power of the magnetic film cloth can be assisted to push vitamin C into skin, and meanwhile, the antibacterial and bactericidal effects are achieved, and a good antiseptic effect can be achieved without adding preservatives. In addition, the research of the invention unexpectedly discovers that the nano silver ions and the vitamin C have good synergistic effect, so that the mask cloth has better whitening and freckle removing effects. Preferably, the mass concentration of the silver ions in the nano silver ion solution is 4000 ppm-6000 ppm.

The sodium alginate and the xanthan gum have good water absorption, and the sodium alginate and the xanthan gum are added to play a thickening role, so that the nano microcapsule vitamin C-vitamin E emulsion can be protected from being broken by machinery, and the vitamin slurry can be sprayed on the magnetic film cloth and dried to be attached to the magnetic film cloth; and when in use, the membrane cloth can absorb water and swell rapidly in time, so that a user has good experience.

In order to enable the product to have better use effect and use feeling, the vitamin slurry also comprises 0.2-1% of hyaluronic acid and 8-15% of glycerol in percentage by weight. Preferably, the magnetic dots or patterns on the magnetic film cloth are arranged in a matrix. According to research, the vitamin slurry prepared according to the formula required by the invention is sprayed on the magnetic film cloth and dried to form a dry film, and the vitamin C and the vitamin E wrapped by the microcapsules can be attached to the dry film cloth, so that water and oxygen are isolated, the vitamin C can be stably stored for a long time and is not oxidized, and good activity is kept.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the vitamin C permanent magnet whitening anti-aging film cloth, which comprises the following steps:

(1) adding the components except the nano microcapsule vitamin C-vitamin E emulsion into water according to the proportion, and stirring and mixing until the sodium alginate and the xanthan gum are completely dissolved;

(2) adding the nano microcapsule vitamin C-vitamin E emulsion, and uniformly stirring to prepare vitamin slurry;

(3) and uniformly spraying the vitamin slurry on the magnetic film cloth, and drying at 100-120 ℃ to obtain the vitamin C permanent magnet whitening anti-aging film cloth.

The dissolution of sodium alginate and xanthan gum takes a long time and needs to be stirred at a high rotating speed. The vitamin C permanent magnet whitening anti-aging mask cloth can be cut into masks or eye masks with any size according to requirements, and the vitamin C permanent magnet whitening anti-aging mask or eye mask is prepared. Or in the preparation process, the magnetic membrane cloth is cut into the shape of a facial mask or an eye mask with any size according to the requirement, then vitamin slurry is sprayed, and the vitamin C permanent-magnet whitening anti-aging facial mask or eye mask is prepared by drying.

The invention also provides a using method of the vitamin C permanent magnet anti-aging mask or the eye mask, which comprises the following steps: soaking the facial mask or eye mask in pure water for moistening, and applying on face; gently massaging or beating the skin for about half a minute, wherein the use time of each time is 15-20 minutes.

Or directly applying the dry facial mask or eye mask on the face, then spraying 20-25 mL of pure water to the mask cloth, wetting the mask cloth, standing for about 1 minute, and then gently massaging or beating for about half a minute, wherein the use time of each time is 15-20 minutes.

xanthan gum: purchasing in market;

hyaluronic acid: purchasing in market;

glycerol: is commercially available.

Example 1

The weight percentage is as follows:

1) 7.5 percent of nano microcapsule vitamin C-vitamin E emulsion;

2) 2% of nano silver ion solution;

3) 0.7 percent of sodium alginate;

4) 0.35% of xanthan gum;

5) 0.7% of hyaluronic acid;

6) 12% of glycerol;

7) the balance of water.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding the nano silver ion solution, sodium alginate, xanthan gum, hyaluronic acid and glycerol into water according to the proportion, and stirring and mixing for 20 minutes by adopting a high-speed dispersion machine with the rotating speed of 900 revolutions per minute until the sodium alginate and the xanthan gum are completely dissolved; (2) then adding the nano microcapsule vitamin C-vitamin E emulsion, and stirring at the rotating speed of 500 revolutions per minute for 3 minutes to uniformly mix to prepare vitamin slurry; (3) and uniformly spraying the vitamin slurry on the magnetic film cloth, and drying at 110 ℃ to obtain the vitamin C permanent magnet whitening anti-aging film cloth.

1. storage stability testing of vitamin C in film cloths:

(1) the vitamin C film cloth obtained in example 1 to 5 was cut into 20cm by 20cm masks, hermetically packaged, stored at room temperature for 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months, and then subjected to vitamin C content measurement. During the experiment, the pack of the facial mask is opened, the facial mask essence is taken out, and the content of the vitamin C is measured.

(2) The method for measuring the content of the vitamin C comprises the following steps: the measurement was carried out by the titration method of 2, 6-dichlorophenol indophenol.

(3) The test results are shown in Table 1.

Table 1 is shown below:

from the test results, it can be shown that the vitamin C facial mask can obviously improve the storage stability of the vitamin C by comparing with two commercially available vitamin C facial masks.

And (3) testing the antibacterial property of the mask: adding 25ml of sterile pure water, tap water and protein solution (5% of protein powder, 8% of glycerol and the balance of sterile pure water) into a mask cloth, respectively, standing and storing for 10 days, 60 days, 90 days and 365 days under sealed conditions at room temperature, and then testing the total number of bacterial colonies of the mask solution.

The vitamin C film cloth prepared in the examples 1 to 5, the vitamin C film cloth prepared in the comparative example 2 and the blank magnetic film cloth which is not sprayed with the vitamin slurry are cut into a facial mask of 20cm by 20cm, and the test results are shown in tables 2 to 8.

3. And (3) testing the efficacy: the vitamin C film cloths prepared in examples and comparative examples were cut according to the shape of human face to prepare a vitamin C mask, which was hermetically packaged and tested.

(1) Testing the efficacy of the mask:

a. subject: 30 persons/group, all according with the volunteer selection standard of the subject.

b. The test method comprises the following steps: the facial mask is applied to the face, then 20-25 mL of pure water is sprayed to the membrane cloth, the membrane cloth is wetted, after the facial mask is kept stand for 1 minute, the facial mask is gently massaged or flapped for about half a minute, the facial mask is kept stand and applied to the face, and the using time of each time is 15-20 minutes. The test subjects used the mask every 2 days for a test period of 1 month.

c. And (3) test effect evaluation: the 3D Perspective skin detector (3D Perspective) can perform a three-dimensional pattern analysis on each melanin-forming plate using a 3D stereo technique, and can detect the distribution of melanin and collagen in the skin. Respectively detecting the melanin distribution and the collagen distribution of the facial skin of a subject before and after the test by using a 3D perspective skin detector, and recording data; the change rate of melanin distribution and the change rate of collagen of the facial skin of the subjects were calculated, and the average change rate of each test group was counted.

The vitamin C masks prepared in examples and comparative examples were subjected to the above-described efficacy test, and the results are shown in table 9.

(2) Laser physical therapy contrast test: the honeycomb picosecond laser instrument Picosure (produced by Germany) is a novel laser speckle removing instrument, which breaks melanin in the skin in a picosecond mode in an all-around way, so that the melanin becomes small cells in picosecond units and is naturally absorbed by the skin, and meanwhile, the skin generates a collagen protective layer during the recovery period, wrinkles are reduced, and the skin is whitened and has fine and tender spots. However, laser has certain damage to skin cells while acting on skin melanin, and the skin can be restored to a healthy skin state only after 3-6 months of recovery period (during the recovery period, attention needs to be paid to preventing sun exposure, and once the temperature is over 30 ℃, the blood vessels expand and are easy to be allergic) after laser physiotherapy.

a. Subject: 30 persons all meet the volunteer enrollment standard of the subject.

b. The test method comprises the following steps: and carrying out one-time honeycomb picosecond laser physiotherapy for a testee, and carrying out skin melanin test after 1 month of recovery period.

c. And (3) test effect evaluation: respectively detecting the melanin distribution and the collagen distribution of the facial skin of a subject before and after the test by using a 3D perspective skin detector, and recording data; the change rate of melanin distribution and the change rate of collagen in the facial skin of the subjects were calculated, and the average change rate of 30 subjects was counted.

The test results in table 9 show that the vitamin C mask disclosed by the invention can obviously reduce melanin in the skin after being used for 1 month, and meanwhile, a collagen protective layer is generated, so that the vitamin C mask has good effects of whitening, fading spots, removing wrinkles and resisting aging. By comparison, the whitening, freckle removing and anti-aging effects of the vitamin C mask can reach the effects of the existing laser physiotherapy after the vitamin C mask is used for 1 month.

Comparative example 1/2 compared with example 1, the change rate of melanin distribution and the change rate of collagen were small without adding nano silver ion solution, and the whitening, spot-removing and anti-aging effects were poor. Comparative example 3 compared with example 1, the whitening, freckle removing and anti-aging effects were poor by using the common mask cloth.
