1. A production method of solid silica gel foam is characterized by comprising the following steps:

step (1), mixing treatment: placing the silicone rubber, the foaming agent and the coloring agent into a foaming machine for high-speed stirring, and quickly mixing to form a silicone rubber foam composition to be foamed;

step (2) standing treatment: standing the silica gel foam composition to be foamed in the step (1) to enable an internal foaming agent to play a role, namely, air enters the silicone rubber to form the foamed silica gel foam composition;

and (3) centrifugal treatment: pouring the foamed silica gel foam composition in the step (2) into a centrifugal device for separation, so that a part of redundant air is discharged to form the silica gel foam composition to be formed:

step (4), shaping treatment: pouring the silica gel foam composition to be molded in the step (3) into a molding die for molding to form the silica gel foam composition to be cured and molded in the required shape;

step (5) resin addition: in the shaping process in the step (4), resin is poured into the mixture and is mixed with the silica gel foam composition to be solidified and shaped;

and (6) pressurizing treatment: starting a pressurizing device, and pressurizing the silica gel foam composition to be cured and molded in the step (5), so that redundant air in holes inside the silica gel foam composition to be cured and molded is extruded and discharged, and a high-density completely cured and molded silica gel foam composition is formed;

and (7) polishing treatment: and (4) demolding the silica gel foam composition completely cured and molded in the step (6), and polishing the outer surface of the silica gel foam composition to finally realize the production of the solid silica gel foam.

2. The method for producing solid silica gel foam as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stirring and mixing time in step (1) is 30 min; the rotating speed is 3000 r/min.

3. The method for producing solid silica gel foam as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air discharged from the centrifugal device in the step (3) accounts for 15% -20% of the air in the silica gel foam composition to be formed.

4. The method for producing solid silica gel foam as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step (4), before the silica gel foam composition to be formed is poured into the forming mold, a mold release agent is applied to the inner wall of the forming mold.

5. The method for producing solid silica gel foam as claimed in claim 1, wherein the resin poured in the step (5) accounts for 10% -15% of the mixing ratio of the silica gel foam composition to be cured and formed.

6. The method for producing solid foam silica gel as claimed in claim 4, wherein the resin is added with a drying agent and stirred and mixed before pouring to accelerate the curing speed of the subsequent resin.

7. The method for producing solid silica gel foam as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step (6) is performed by heating the silica gel foam at 40-45 ℃ for 1-3 min during the pressurization treatment, so as to increase the fixed forming speed of the silica gel foam composition to be cured and formed.

The method for producing solid silica gel foam according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the cooling liquid is reduced during the polishing treatment in the step (7) to make the surface temperature of the solid silica gel foam lower than 20 ℃ so as to prevent the appearance of the solid silica gel foam from being affected by high temperature.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of production of silica gel foam, in particular to a production method of solid silica gel foam.

Background

Silica gel has the characteristics of organic polymer elastomers and has the adaptability of inorganic substances to wide high and low temperatures, and silica gel products become the first choice materials in the fields of military aerospace, medical treatment, automobiles, buildings and the like. The silica gel foam not only keeps the original excellent performance of silica gel, but also has the characteristics of light weight, good elasticity and the like, so that the application field is greatly extended.

According to the above, although the silica gel foam in the prior art has the advantages of light weight and good elasticity, the silica gel foam is lack of support and certain strength, so that the application of different environments and field industries is restricted, and the processing of the solid-state high-strength silica gel foam cannot be realized because the traditional silica gel foam production process can only process soft silica gel foam. Therefore, in view of the above drawbacks, it is necessary to design a method for producing solid silica gel foam.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the method for producing the solid silica gel foam is provided, and solves the problems that the traditional silica gel foam production process can only process soft silica gel foam and cannot process the solid high-strength silica gel foam.

step (5) resin addition: in the shaping process in the step (4), resin is poured into the mixture and is mixed with the silica gel foam composition to be solidified and shaped;

and (6) pressurizing treatment: starting a pressurizing device, and pressurizing the silica gel foam composition to be cured and molded in the step (5), so that redundant air in holes inside the silica gel foam composition to be cured and molded is extruded and discharged, and a high-density completely cured and molded silica gel foam composition is formed;

and (7) polishing treatment: and (4) demolding the silica gel foam composition completely cured and molded in the step (6), and polishing the outer surface of the silica gel foam composition to finally realize the production of the solid silica gel foam.

Further, the stirring and mixing time of the step (1) is 30 min; the rotating speed is 3000 r/min;

further, the air discharged by the centrifugal device in the step (3) accounts for 15% -20% of the air proportion in the silica gel foam composition to be formed.

Further, before the silica gel foam composition to be molded in the step (4) is poured into a molding die, a release agent is coated on the inner wall of the molding die.

Further, the resin poured in the step (5) accounts for 10% -15% of the mixing proportion of the silica gel foam composition to be cured and molded.

Furthermore, a drying agent is added into the resin before pouring, and the resin is stirred and mixed to accelerate the curing speed of the subsequent resin.

Further, in the pressurizing treatment process in the step (6), the silicon gel foam composition is heated at the temperature of 40-45 ℃ for 1-3 min, so that the fixed forming speed of the silicon gel foam composition to be cured and formed is improved.

Further, cooling the liquid coolant in the polishing treatment process in the step (7) to ensure that the surface temperature of the solid silica gel foam is lower than 20 ℃ so as to prevent the appearance of the solid silica gel foam from being influenced by high temperature.

Compared with the prior art, the production method of the solid silica gel foam has the following advantages:

1. firstly, because of adopting a centrifugal mode, partial air in the foamed silica gel foam composition can be discharged in an early stage, the density of the foamed silica gel foam composition is improved, and the number of air holes in the silica gel foam composition is reduced to a certain extent.

2. And secondly, a resin material is added in the production process, so that the toughness and the strength of the silica gel foam composition are greatly enhanced, and the silica gel foam composition has certain pressure resistance and support property.

3. And finally, through the mutual cooperation of the pressurization process and the heating process, the curing speed of the silica gel foam composition is accelerated, the production efficiency is improved, in addition, redundant air in holes inside the silica gel foam composition is further extruded and discharged, the density of the silica gel foam composition is further enhanced, and the molding of the high-density silica gel foam composition is finally realized.

As shown in figure 1, a method for producing solid silica gel foam comprises the steps of firstly putting silicon rubber, a foaming agent and a coloring agent into a foaming machine, mixing at a rotating speed of 3000r/min for 30min to form a silica gel foam composition to be foamed, standing the silica gel foam composition to be foamed to enable the internal foaming agent to play a role, namely air enters the silicon rubber to form the foamed silica gel foam composition, pouring the foamed silica gel foam composition into a centrifugal device for separation, discharging 15% of air in proportion to form the silica gel foam composition to be formed, smearing a release agent on the inner wall of a forming mold before the silica gel foam composition to be formed is poured into the forming mold, pouring the silica gel foam composition to be formed into the forming mold for shaping to form the silica gel foam composition to be cured and formed in a required shape, meanwhile, in the shaping process, adding a drying agent into the resin and mixing, improving the subsequent curing speed of the resin, pouring 15 percent of the resin into the mixture to be mixed with the silica gel foam composition to be cured and formed, then starting a pressurizing device to pressurize the silica gel foam composition to be cured and formed so as to extrude and discharge redundant air in holes inside the silica gel foam composition to be cured and formed to form a high-density completely cured and formed silica gel foam composition, simultaneously heating the composition at the temperature of 45 ℃ for 3min so as to improve the fixed forming speed of the silica gel foam composition to be cured and formed and improve the fixed forming speed of the silica gel foam composition to be cured and formed, finally demoulding the completely cured and formed silica gel foam composition, polishing the outer surface of the completely cured and formed silica gel foam composition, and cooling the composition in the polishing process, the surface temperature of the solid silica gel foam is lower than 20 ℃, so that the influence of high temperature on the appearance of the solid silica gel foam is avoided, and the production of the solid silica gel foam is finally realized;

Example 2

As shown in figure 1, a method for producing solid silica gel foam comprises the steps of firstly putting silicon rubber, a foaming agent and a coloring agent into a foaming machine, mixing at a rotating speed of 3000r/min for 30min to form a silica gel foam composition to be foamed, standing the silica gel foam composition to be foamed to enable the internal foaming agent to play a role, namely air enters the silicon rubber to form the foamed silica gel foam composition, pouring the foamed silica gel foam composition into a centrifugal device for separation, discharging 20% of air in proportion to form the silica gel foam composition to be formed, smearing a release agent on the inner wall of a forming mold before the silica gel foam composition to be formed is poured into the forming mold, pouring the silica gel foam composition to be formed into the forming mold for shaping to form the silica gel foam composition to be cured and formed in a required shape, meanwhile, in the shaping process, adding a drying agent into the resin and mixing, improving the subsequent curing speed of the resin, pouring 10% of the resin into the mixture to be mixed with the silica gel foam composition to be cured and formed, then starting a pressurizing device to pressurize the silica gel foam composition to be cured and formed so as to extrude and discharge redundant air in holes inside the silica gel foam composition to be cured and formed to form a high-density completely cured and formed silica gel foam composition, simultaneously heating the composition at the temperature of 40 ℃ for 1min so as to improve the fixed forming speed of the silica gel foam composition to be cured and formed and improve the fixed forming speed of the silica gel foam composition to be cured and formed, finally demoulding the completely cured and formed silica gel foam composition, polishing the outer surface of the completely cured and formed silica gel foam composition, and cooling the composition in the polishing process, the surface temperature of the solid silica gel foam is lower than 20 ℃, so that the influence of high temperature on the appearance of the solid silica gel foam is avoided, and the production of the solid silica gel foam is finally realized.

It should be noted that in example 2, since the discharged air is 20%, the curing and molding effect of the silicone foam composition to be molded later is faster than that of example 1, and the density is higher than that of example 1, so that after pressurization, by pouring 10% of resin, the air discharge can be reduced compared with that of example 1 under the same pressure and mold conditions, thereby balancing the density of the silicone foam composition, and simultaneously, since the resin is not additionally increased, the curing speed of the silicone foam composition can be sufficiently satisfied by the heating temperature of 40 ℃ and the heating time of 1 min.
