(4) and a second step of bonding: then, sequentially bonding a third template 10 and a fourth template 11 on the bottom blank, including bonding a receiving cavity 2 and a top plate 5, wherein the instant bonding temperature is controlled at 450 +/-5 ℃, thereby preparing a finished product of the DVR chassis buffer packaging pad;

(5) and (3) inspecting and packaging: and (3) carrying out appearance and size inspection on the prepared finished product of the DVR chassis buffer packaging pad, stacking the finished product according to a fixed quantity after the finished product is qualified, putting the finished product into plastic packaging bags, and finally packaging the plastic packaging bags into a carton.

Example 3:

(1) cutting by a machine: cutting an EPE plate into square plates with four specifications suitable for being stamped by a first template 8, a second template 9, a third template 10 and a fourth template 11, wherein the square plates can be cut by a slitting machine, specifically, the first template 8 is a square template, and the surface of the first template is provided with a plurality of groups of parallel hollow die-cutting high cutters 81; the second template 9 is a square template, and the surface of the second template is provided with a plurality of solid die-cutting high cutters 91; the third template is a square template 10, the surface of the third template is provided with a first trapezoidal high knife 101 and a second trapezoidal high knife 102, the first trapezoidal high knife 101 is provided with a square groove high knife 103, and the second trapezoidal high knife 102 is internally provided with a T-shaped high knife 104; the fourth template 11 is a square template, the surface of which is provided with three large square die-cutting high knives 111 and three small square die-cutting high knives 112 side by side, wherein the parts enclosed by the high knives on each template are all component blanks, and the waste materials are arranged outside the high knives;

(2) punching and die cutting: pushing the divided square plates into a four-column cutting machine through a first template 8, a second template 9, a third template 10 and a fourth template 11 for punching and die cutting, wherein a template blade faces upwards during punching, the blade is 50mm higher than a base plate, an EPE buffer gasket with the thickness of 35mm is embedded in a region surrounded by the blades, and a piece of cowhells plastic cushion wraps the pressed surface at the top of the four-column cutting machine and is 10mm thick; a thin iron plate pad is arranged above the stamping bottom surface of the four-column cutting machine, the thickness of the thin iron plate pad is 2mm, the stamping time is set to be 0.5s, the pressure maintaining time is set to be 0.6s, and the return time is set to be 1.5 s;

(3) first-step bonding: punching die-cut blanks by using a first template 8 and a second template 9, bonding the base plate 1 to prepare a bottom blank, and controlling the instant bonding temperature to be 500 +/-5 ℃;

(4) and a second step of bonding: then, sequentially bonding a third template 10 and a fourth template 11 on the bottom blank, including bonding a receiving cavity 2 and a top plate 5, wherein the instant bonding temperature is controlled at 500 +/-5 ℃, thereby preparing a finished product of the DVR chassis buffer packaging pad;

(5) and (3) inspecting and packaging: and (3) carrying out appearance and size inspection on the prepared finished product of the DVR chassis buffer packaging pad, stacking the finished product according to a fixed quantity after the finished product is qualified, putting the finished product into plastic packaging bags, and finally packaging the plastic packaging bags into a carton.

Finally, it should be noted that the above-mentioned list is only a specific embodiment of the present invention. It is obvious that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but many variations are possible. All modifications which can be derived or suggested by a person skilled in the art from the disclosure of the present invention are to be considered within the scope of the invention.
