s1, pretreating the illegal cooking oil;

s2, filtering and purifying the preprocessed illegal cooking oil in the extraction mechanism;

s3, adding a KOH solution and absolute ethyl alcohol into the filtered and purified illegal cooking oil in a reaction mechanism, and performing hydrolysis reaction to obtain a mixed solution;

and S4, naturally condensing the mixed solution into blocks through a condensation storage mechanism and storing the blocks.

s21, heating the pretreated swill-cooked dirty oil to 85-95 ℃, and fully stirring;

s22, filtering the heated illegal cooking oil through a filter screen with the mesh diameter of 1-1.5mm, and then feeding the filtered solution into centrifugal equipment for oil-water separation;

and S23, feeding the separated oil substances into a lower toxic substance removing pool, and absorbing and degrading aflatoxin and toxic substances in the oil substances.

7. The method for preparing alcohol blocks from illegal cooking oil according to claim 5, wherein the step S3 is specifically realized by the following method:

s31, adding a KOH solution into the illegal cooking oil in the reaction mechanism, and fully reacting to obtain a mixed solution I;

s32, adding absolute ethyl alcohol into the mixed solution I, heating to 90-100 ℃, stirring for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is uniform, adding the curing agent, and stirring for 3-4 minutes to obtain a mixed solution II.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of illegal cooking oil recovery treatment and alcohol block process production, in particular to a device and a method for preparing alcohol blocks through illegal cooking oil.

Background

The rapid development of Chinese economy and the rapid expansion of urban volume, and the illegal cooking oil which is taken as a product of urban garbage mainly comes from kitchen garbage, wherein the kitchen garbage contains aflatoxin, which seriously threatens human health.

At present, the domestic method for treating the illegal cooking oil is to produce the biodiesel by an immobilized enzyme method, so that the illegal cooking oil is inspired to be used as a raw material to produce alcohol blocks, and the illegal cooking oil can be well recycled. The alcohol block is also called solid alcohol, is a common solid fuel at present, is more convenient to use compared with other gas and liquid fuels, is stable and safe to catch fire, is widely used in the catering industry, and has large market demand.

However, the available part of the existing illegal cooking oil processing device cannot be extracted in a short time, the produced solid alcohol cannot be produced in real time according to the shape and size required by a user, and the produced alcohol blocks are lost due to poor weather transportation packaging sealing, so that the invention of the integrated equipment and the method for producing the alcohol blocks by utilizing the illegal cooking oil with higher efficiency is urgently needed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a device and a method for preparing alcohol blocks by using illegal cooking oil, which are more efficient and energy-saving in the production process, improve the resource utilization rate, are environment-friendly and have no pollution.

s1, pretreating the illegal cooking oil;

s2, filtering and purifying the preprocessed illegal cooking oil in the extraction mechanism;

s3, adding a KOH solution and absolute ethyl alcohol into the filtered and purified illegal cooking oil in a reaction mechanism, and performing hydrolysis reaction to obtain a mixed solution;

and S4, naturally condensing the mixed solution into blocks through a condensation storage mechanism and storing the blocks.

Further, the filtration and purification of the pretreated swill-cooked dirty oil are realized by the following steps:

s21, heating the pretreated swill-cooked dirty oil to 85-95 ℃, and fully stirring;

s22, filtering the heated illegal cooking oil through a filter screen with the mesh diameter of 1-1.5mm, and then feeding the filtered solution into centrifugal equipment for oil-water separation;

s31, adding a KOH solution into the illegal cooking oil in the reaction mechanism, and fully reacting to obtain a mixed solution I;

s32, adding absolute ethyl alcohol into the mixed solution I, heating to 90-100 ℃, stirring for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is uniform, adding the curing agent, and stirring for 3-4 minutes to obtain a mixed solution II.

Preferably, the mixed solution comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 80% of absolute ethyl alcohol, 8-15% of illegal cooking oil, 8-15% of KOH, 0-10% of water and 20-30% of paraffin curing agent.

According to the invention, the illegal cooking oil is filtered and purified by the integrated production equipment, the KOH solution is added to hydrolyze and emulsify the oils and the lipids of the illegal cooking oil raw material, the absolute ethyl alcohol is added to prepare the mixed solution, the mixed solution can be rapidly condensed into blocks under the action of the curing agent, and further the alcohol block products which are convenient to use are produced in batches by the cutting and packaging equipment, so that the illegal cooking oil produced by production and living is directly utilized and treated by adopting an efficient and environment-friendly method, the alcohol block which is made by blending the oils and the lipids has high quality and better combustion effect, the resource utilization rate is improved, and the environment is protected without pollution.

A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The device for preparing the alcohol block by the illegal cooking oil as shown in the figure 1 comprises a pretreatment mechanism 1, an extraction mechanism 2, a reaction mechanism 3 and a condensation storage mechanism 4 which are connected in sequence, wherein the pretreatment mechanism is used for preliminarily filtering garbage impurities in the illegal cooking oil raw material; the extraction mechanism is used for further filtering and purifying the pretreated illegal cooking oil raw material; the reaction mechanism is connected with a KOH storage tank 31 and an absolute ethyl alcohol storage tank 32, and the reaction mechanism hydrolyzes the purified illegal cooking oil by adding KOH and absolute ethyl alcohol and mixing; and the condensation storage mechanism is used for containing the reacted mixed solution, so that the mixed solution is naturally cooled at normal temperature and then is stored.

The extraction mechanism of this preferred embodiment includes a jar body 21, pan feeding mouth 22 and discharge gate 23 have been seted up respectively to jar body upper and lower extreme, jar internal top-down has set gradually heating device 24, filtering separation device 25 and degerming degradation device 26, be provided with the active carbon in the degerming degradation device, still be provided with ultraviolet ray light generating device 27 on the internal wall of jar between oil water separating device and the degerming degradation device.

In the preferred embodiment, a stirring device 33 is arranged in the reaction mechanism, the stirring device comprises a fixed rod connected with the inner wall of the reaction mechanism and a plurality of rotating blades connected with the fixed rod, and each rotating blade is uniformly provided with a plurality of star-shaped through holes 34, so that the stirring is uniform, and the sufficient hydrolysis of the oil is facilitated.

A method for preparing alcohol blocks by illegal cooking oil specifically comprises the following steps:

step one, pretreating the illegal cooking oil: primarily filtering large-volume garbage sundries by a coarse screening machine with the aperture of 1 cm;

step two, filtering and purifying the pretreated swill-cooked dirty oil in an extraction mechanism: firstly, the pretreated swill-cooked dirty oil is heated to 85-95 ℃ and fully stirred, which is helpful for inhibiting and killing harmful microorganisms and improving the oil-water separation effect and the recovery rate of waste oil; and then filtering the heated illegal cooking oil through a filter screen with the mesh diameter of 1-1.5mm to remove small solid insoluble impurities which cannot be utilized, feeding the filtered solution into centrifugal equipment for oil-water separation, discharging separated sewage through a pipeline, feeding oil substances into a lower-layer toxic substance removing pool, and adsorbing and degrading aflatoxin and toxic substances through activated carbon and ultraviolet irradiation.

Adding a KOH solution into the illegal cooking oil in the reaction mechanism, and fully reacting to obtain a mixed solution I; and adding absolute ethyl alcohol into the mixed solution I, heating to 90-100 ℃, stirring for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is uniform, adding the curing agent, and stirring for 3-4 minutes to obtain a mixed solution II.

And step four, containing the mixed solution in a condensation storage mechanism through a mould, and naturally condensing the mixed solution into blocks for storage.

The mixed solution II in the third step comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 80% of absolute ethyl alcohol, 8-15% of illegal cooking oil, 8-15% of KOH, 0-10% of water and 20-30% of paraffin curing agent.

The condensing mechanism of the preferred embodiment is connected with a numerical control cutting machine 6 for cutting alcohol blocks through a conveyor belt 5, and alcohol block products which are convenient to use are produced in batches through cutting and packaging equipment; and a leftover material collecting device 7 communicated with the reaction mechanism through a pipeline is arranged below the numerical control cutting machine, a heating device II 8 is arranged in the leftover material collecting device, so that the leftover materials of the alcohol blocks can be changed into liquid state again, and the leftover materials of the alcohol blocks are pumped back into the reaction mechanism 3 through a pump to form new alcohol blocks together with newly-entered illegal cooking oil raw materials.
