When the ultrasonic automatic coupling probe combination device is used, firstly, the cabinet door 21 is opened through the handle 22, then the sealing cover 32 is screwed out, the couplant is added into the storage box 3 through the liquid inlet 31, then the handle 41 is taken down from the snap ring 11, the handle 41 is moved, the shell 4 is moved to the skin of a patient, the protective cover 42 is contacted with the skin of the patient, the smearing plate 54 and the probe 63 are contacted with the skin of the patient, then the control switch 43 on the handle 41 is pressed by fingers, the delivery pump 34 is powered on, the delivery pump 34 is operated to deliver the couplant in the storage box 3 to the liquid outlet pipe 33, the couplant is delivered into the spray pipe 51 through the delivery pipe 7, then the couplant flows into the liquid separating groove 53 through the spray pipe 51 and uniformly flows to the upper part of the smearing plate 54 through the liquid separating hole 531, the couplant above the smearing plate 54 is uniformly smeared on the skin through the liquid outlet 541, the couplant is uniformly distributed on the outer side of the probe 63, then the handle 41 is pushed to carry out examination, the probe 63 is coupled with the skin through the couplant to carry out examination on the inside of the human body, and an ultrasonic signal is transmitted to the ultrasonic machine main body 1 through the connecting wire 8; when the ultrasonic wave probe assembly is used for inspection, the ball 55 rolls on the surface of the skin, so that the spraying device 5 and the probe assembly 6 can move conveniently, the ball 55 rolls to uniformly coat the couplant on the coating plate 54 on the edge of the coating plate 54, the couplant forms a sealing ring, the contact between the probe 63 and air is avoided, the sealing frame 57 moves along with the coating plate 54, the couplant on the inner side of the sealing frame 57 is driven to move, the couplant moves along with the probe 63, the periphery of the probe 63 is sealed, the transmission effect of ultrasonic signals is improved, and the consumption of the couplant is reduced; after the inspection is accomplished, press control switch 43, make delivery pump 34 stall to stop the transport of couplant, then movable handle 41, with handle 41 and snap ring 11 joint, can accomodate the probe composite set, can realize evenly smearing the couplant in the outside of probe through above-mentioned mode, seal the probe, thereby improve the inspection effect, and reduce the consumption of couplant.
