Technical Field

The application relates to the field of livestock feed additives, in particular to a compound traditional Chinese medicine extract feed additive and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The feed banning is officially announced by the ministry of agriculture in 7 and 9 of 2019, and feed enterprises stop to use commercial feeds containing growth-promoting drug feed additives (except traditional Chinese medicines) in 7 and 1 of 2020, so that antibiotic cultivation is imperative.

However, piglets develop "piglet weaning syndrome" after weaning. The feed intake is reduced, the secretion of endogenous digestive enzymes is insufficient, the feed utilization rate is low, the internal environment of the intestinal tract is disordered, the capability of resisting diseases is reduced, the diarrhea condition of piglets is severe, and finally the diseases and even the death can be caused. The diarrhea of most piglets is caused by irritable bowel syndrome, the irritable bowel syndrome is a functional intestinal disease which is characterized by abdominal pain or abdominal discomfort with defecation habits, and can be roughly divided into diarrhea type, constipation type, diarrhea constipation alternating type and abdominal pain type, wherein the diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome is most common in China, the traditional Chinese medicine has a great deal of experience of clinical application for hundreds of years, and according to the principle of monarch, minister, assistant and guide formula, the traditional Chinese medicine can exert the functions of resisting bacteria, improving and maintaining intestinal microecological balance, enhancing organism immunity, providing nutrient substances, promoting animal feeding and the like. The traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages, for example, the traditional Chinese medicine has rich accumulation of classical menstruation in the aspect of treating irritable bowel syndrome, and can resist bacteria and play a good role in resisting the formation of bacterial biofilms in the aspect of animal intestinal microecological balance, thereby making up the defect that antibiotics are easy to generate bacterial drug resistance.

In view of the above-mentioned related technologies, the inventor believes that the diarrhea disease rate of piglets after weaning is high and needs to be further improved.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to reduce the diarrhea disease rate of piglets after weaning, the application provides a compound traditional Chinese medicine extract feed additive and a preparation method thereof.

Experiment 1

Experimental animals: according to the principle of same breed and gestation, similar weight and age in days, 240 ternary hybrid weaned piglets (Du multiplied by length multiplied by size) are selected as experimental piglets.

Experiment feed: basal ration, commercially available, for routine feed (containing only conventional ingredients) for piglets.

Experiment design: the feed additives prepared in each example and comparative example were mixed with the basic daily ration at a ratio of 2 kg/ton to test piglets (kg/ton represents the amount of the experimental additives added to 1 ton of the basic daily ration), and 10 piglets were fed in 24 groups for a total period of 28 days.

Measurement indexes are as follows: during the test period, the feed intake of each piglet is recorded; weighing piglets at the beginning and the end of the test, and calculating the average daily feed intake; recording the number of diarrhea heads and the diarrhea days of each test group during the test period, and calculating the diarrhea disease rate of each test group; and recording the number of the pig influenza affected heads and the number of the pig influenza affected days of each test group, and calculating the pig influenza prevalence rate of each test group.

The specific calculation method is as follows:

the average daily feed intake is the feed intake in the piglet test period/test days multiplied by the number of the test piglets;

the diarrhea disease rate is the number of diarrhea heads multiplied by the number of diarrhea days/number of test heads multiplied by the number of test days;

the prevalence rate of swine influenza is the number of swine influenza affected heads x the number of swine influenza affected days/number of test heads x the number of test days.

The assay data for experiment 1 is detailed in table 7.

According to the data in table 7, comparing comparative example 1 with comparative examples 2-4, it can be seen that adding parched Atractylodis rhizoma, parched radix Paeoniae alba, and herba Moslae grass into the compound Chinese medicinal extract feed additive alone has no significant effect on piglet diarrhea disease, piglet influenza and average daily food intake of piglets.

According to the data in table 7, the comparison between comparative example 1 and comparative example 5 shows that the addition of orange peel alone to the compound herbal extract feed additive has no significant effect on diarrhea diseases of piglets and influenza diseases of piglets, and the average daily food consumption of piglets is significantly increased.

According to table 7, comparing the data of comparative example 1 with those of comparative examples 6 to 8, the compound Chinese herbal medicine extract feed additive is added with the combination of the fried white atractylodes rhizome and the fried white paeony root, the combination of the fried white atractylodes rhizome and the elsholtzia herb, the combination of the fried white paeony root and the elsholtzia herb, so that the diarrhea disease rate of piglets is relatively reduced, the diarrhea disease rate of the piglets can be reduced, and the average daily food consumption of the piglets and the influenza diseases of the piglets are not obviously affected.

According to the data comparison of comparative example 1 and comparative example 9 in table 7, the composition of parched white atractylodes rhizome, parched white peony root and elsholtzia herb is added into the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract feed additive according to a specific proportion, so that the diarrhea disease rate of piglets is obviously reduced, the pig influenza of piglets is obviously reduced, and the average daily food consumption of piglets has no obvious influence.

According to the comparison of the data of comparative example 1 and comparative example 10 in table 7, the diarrhea disease rate of piglets is obviously reduced by adding cinnamaldehyde, carvacrol, silicon dioxide and thymol into the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract feed additive at a specific ratio, and the diarrhea disease rate of piglets has no obvious influence on the influenza disease of piglets and the average daily food consumption of piglets.

According to the data in table 7, comparing the data in examples 1 to 5 with those in examples 6 to 8, it can be seen that the diarrhea disease rate of piglets is relatively reduced by adding montmorillonite into the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract feed additive.

According to the data comparison between examples 1 to 5 and examples 9 to 11 in table 7, the diarrhea disease rate of piglets is relatively reduced by adding yeast extract and yeast cell wall polysaccharide to the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract feed additive.
