The method of manufacturing according to claim 3, wherein: the massage layer (3) is manufactured by the steps that cotton cloth is used as a raw material, the massage layer is cut into a sleeve body with standard size according to different shoe sizes, the sleeve body is sewn into three sections through two sewing lines (6), the three sections are respectively the front part, the middle part and the rear part, and invisible zippers (7) communicated with the front part, the middle part and the rear part are sewn; meanwhile, preparing river sand with the diameter of 2-4 mm, heating and frying the river sand for 10-15 min, adding salt in the frying process, mixing and frying, wherein the using amount of the salt is 20-25% of the weight of the river sand, and the frying temperature is not more than 90 ℃; and cooling the fried river sand to normal temperature, unzipping the invisible zipper (7), respectively filling the river sand containing the salt into the sewed sleeve body according to the design weight requirement, respectively filling the river sand containing the salt into the front part, the middle part and the rear part, and finally sewing the river sand containing the salt into a whole by using the invisible zipper (7), thus obtaining the massage layer (3).

However, the common insoles in the prior art are single in use function, and in actual use, the absorption capacity for foot sweat is poor, after the foot sweat is absorbed, the surfaces of the insoles are wet, the wet insoles can make users feel uncomfortable, the formed wet environment is easy to breed bacteria, so that the health of feet and even physical and mental health can be directly affected, and in cold winter, the problems that the users catch a cold and the feet generate chilblain and the like can be caused sometimes. Along with the improvement of living standard, people attach more and more importance to health and green environmental protection, in order to absorb the sweaty feet in the shoes, improve the comfort level of users, simultaneously can also kill bacteria in the shoes, and have the health care insole with the physiotherapy massage effect to the users, then be a new bright point of developing embroidery products. Because the service cycle of the insole is short, the insole which has a simple structure and low cost and can increase the comfort of the user needs to be designed so as to meet the use requirement of the user.

The invention also discloses a manufacturing method of the embroidery insole with health care and physical therapy, the manufacturing method comprises the steps of respectively manufacturing the embroidery pattern layer, the antibacterial cloth layer and the massage layer, selecting cotton cloth as the lining cloth layer, selecting polyester fiber cloth as the supporting bottom layer, then sticking the manufactured embroidery pattern layer, the antibacterial cloth layer and the massage layer into a whole from top to bottom, sticking the embroidery pattern layer, the antibacterial cloth layer and the massage layer on the supporting bottom layer through the lining cloth layer, and finally sewing the embroidery pattern layer, the antibacterial cloth layer, the massage layer, the lining cloth layer and the edges of the supporting bottom layer into a whole through edge wrapping to obtain the embroidery insole.

Further, the manufacturing method of the embroidery pattern layer comprises the steps of selecting lining cloth for knitting patterns in advance, selecting corresponding cotton cloth layers and cloth of the sweat absorbing layer, then using fabric soft threads on the selected lining cloth, adopting a manual or weaving mode to perform needling to form a convex pattern structure to form the pattern layer, and finally sewing the pattern layer, the cotton cloth layers and the sweat absorbing layer into a whole from top to bottom in sequence to obtain the embroidery pattern layer.

Further, the manufacturing method of the antibacterial cloth layer comprises the steps of selecting cotton cloth suitable for infiltration in advance, and preparing a traditional Chinese medicine composition, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared by mixing and crushing Chinese starjasmine stem, ivy, wormwood, elephantopus scaber, butterflybush flower, ligusticum wallichii, dried alum, rhizoma acori graminei and elecampane according to the weight ratio of 1: 1; the specific soaking process comprises the steps of putting the traditional Chinese medicine composition into a pot, adding water which is 3-5 times of the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine composition into the pot, heating and boiling the traditional Chinese medicine composition with a big fire, then decocting the traditional Chinese medicine composition for 30-40 minutes with a small fire, and filtering the decoction to collect liquid medicine; meanwhile, putting the selected cotton cloth into alkaline water for cooking for 15-20 min, fishing out the cotton cloth after cooking, and dripping the alkaline liquid; cleaning with clear water, putting the cleaned mixture into a closed space, and fumigating by using the collected liquid medicine for 20-25 min; and finally, airing the fumigated cotton cloth, and cutting the fumigated cotton cloth into standard sizes according to different shoe sizes to obtain the antibacterial cloth layer.

The manufacturing method of the massage layer comprises the following steps that cotton cloth is used as a raw material, the massage layer is cut into a sleeve body with a standard size according to different shoe sizes, the sleeve body is sewn into three sections through two sewing lines, the three sections are respectively the front part, the middle part and the rear part, and invisible zippers communicated with the front part, the middle part and the rear part are sewn; meanwhile, preparing river sand with the diameter of 2-4 mm, heating and frying the river sand for 10-15 min, adding salt in the frying process, mixing and frying, wherein the using amount of the salt is 20-25% of the weight of the river sand, and the frying temperature is not more than 90 ℃; cooling the fried river sand to normal temperature, unzipping the invisible zipper, respectively filling the river sand containing salt into the sewed sleeve body according to the design weight requirement, respectively filling the river sand containing salt into the front part, the middle part and the rear part, and finally utilizing the invisible zipper to sew the river sand into a whole to obtain the massage layer.

Compared with the prior art, the embroidery insole with health care and physical therapy functions and the manufacturing method thereof have the beneficial effects that: the pattern layer in the embroidery pattern layer is provided with the knitting pattern which is a raised pattern structure, so that the knitting pattern can play a role in massaging, meanwhile, the cotton cloth in the antibacterial cloth layer is soaked with the traditional Chinese medicine composition, the purpose of deodorization can be achieved by using the traditional Chinese medicine composition, in addition, the massage layer is filled with river sand containing salt, and the purposes of accelerating blood flow and promoting blood circulation can be achieved by using sand salt. Therefore, the embroidery insole manufactured by the method has the traditional charm and the modern style, has the advantages of no wound, no pain and no side effect when being used for walking, and can effectively massage the channels and the acupuncture points of the sole of the foot, promote the blood circulation and relax the mood, thereby enhancing the physique, promoting the metabolism and prolonging the life. The novel multifunctional clothes hanger has the advantages of being simple in structure, low in cost, capable of improving the comfort level of a user, capable of achieving the effects of softness, ventilation, sweat absorption, fashion, comfort and health care, capable of meeting the using requirements of the user, and good in market prospect.

In order to more fully explain the practice of the invention, the invention is further described with reference to the following specific examples. The examples are given solely for the purpose of illustration and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the embroidery insole with health care and physical therapy of the invention comprises an embroidery pattern layer 1, an antibacterial cloth layer 2, a massage layer 3, a lining cloth layer 4 and a support bottom layer 5 in sequence from top to bottom, wherein the edges of the embroidery pattern layer 1, the antibacterial cloth layer 2, the massage layer 3, the lining cloth layer 4 and the support bottom layer 5 are sewn into a whole through edge covering, and the embroidery pattern layer 1 consists of a pattern layer 11, a cotton cloth layer 12 and a sweat absorbing layer 13 in sequence from top to bottom; the antibacterial cloth layer 2 is made of cotton cloth soaked by the traditional Chinese medicine composition; the massage layer 3 is divided into a front part, a middle part and a rear part by two sewing lines 6, wherein the front part is a sole part 31, the middle part is a sole part 32, the rear part is a heel part 33, river sand containing salt is filled in the sole part 31, the sole part 32 and the heel part 33, the diameter of the river sand is 2-4 mm, and the side surface of the massage layer 3 is provided with a hidden zipper 7 which is communicated with the sole part 31, the sole part 32 and the heel part 33. The invention also discloses a manufacturing method of the embroidery insole, which comprises the steps of manufacturing the embroidery pattern layer 1, the antibacterial cloth layer 2 and the massage layer 3 respectively, selecting cotton cloth as the lining cloth layer 4, selecting polyester fiber cloth as the support bottom layer 5, sticking the manufactured embroidery pattern layer 1, the antibacterial cloth layer 2 and the massage layer 3 into a whole from top to bottom, sticking the embroidery pattern layer 1, the antibacterial cloth layer 2 and the massage layer on the support bottom layer 5 through the lining cloth layer 4, and finally sewing the embroidery pattern layer 1, the antibacterial cloth layer 2, the massage layer 3, the lining cloth layer 4 and the edge of the support bottom layer 5 into a whole through edge wrapping to obtain the embroidery insole.

The specific manufacturing process comprises the following steps: firstly, an embroidery pattern layer 1 is manufactured, the steps are that lining cloth used for knitting patterns is selected in advance, meanwhile, corresponding cotton cloth layer 12 and cloth of a sweat absorbing layer 13 are selected, then fabric soft threads are used on the selected lining cloth, a protruding pattern structure is formed by adopting a manual or weaving mode through needling, a pattern layer 11 is formed, and finally the pattern layer 11, the cotton cloth layer 12 and the sweat absorbing layer 13 are sequentially sewn into a whole from top to bottom, and the embroidery pattern layer 1 is obtained.

Then, an antibacterial cloth layer 2 is manufactured, and the method comprises the steps of selecting cotton cloth suitable for infiltration in advance, and preparing a traditional Chinese medicine composition, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared by mixing and crushing Chinese starjasmine stem, ivy, wormwood, elephantopus scaber, butterflybush flower, ligusticum wallichii, dried alum, rhizoma acori graminei and elecampane according to the weight ratio of 1: 1; the specific soaking process comprises the steps of putting the traditional Chinese medicine composition into a pot, adding water which is 3-5 times of the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine composition into the pot, heating and boiling the traditional Chinese medicine composition with a big fire, then decocting the traditional Chinese medicine composition for 30-40 minutes with a small fire, and filtering the decoction to collect liquid medicine; meanwhile, putting the selected cotton cloth into alkaline water for cooking for 15-20 min, fishing out the cotton cloth after cooking, and dripping the alkaline liquid; cleaning with clear water, putting the cleaned mixture into a closed space, and fumigating by using the collected liquid medicine for 20-25 min; and finally, airing the fumigated cotton cloth, and cutting the fumigated cotton cloth into standard sizes according to different shoe sizes to obtain the antibacterial cloth layer 2.

Secondly, manufacturing a massage layer 3, which comprises the steps of using cotton cloth as a raw material, cutting the cotton cloth into a sleeve body with standard size according to different shoe sizes, sewing the sleeve body into three sections through two sewing lines 6, respectively arranging the front part, the middle part and the rear part, and sewing an invisible zipper 7 communicated with the front part, the middle part and the rear part; meanwhile, preparing river sand with the diameter of 2-4 mm, heating and frying the river sand for 10-15 min, adding salt in the frying process, mixing and frying, wherein the using amount of the salt is 20-25% of the weight of the river sand, and the frying temperature is not more than 90 ℃; cooling the fried river sand to normal temperature, unzipping the invisible zipper 7, respectively filling the river sand containing salt into the sewed sleeve body according to the design weight requirement, respectively filling the river sand containing salt into the front part, the middle part and the rear part, and finally utilizing the invisible zipper 7 to sew the river sand containing salt into a whole to obtain the massage layer 3.

And finally, sticking the manufactured embroidery pattern layer 1, the antibacterial cloth layer 2 and the massage layer 3 into a whole from top to bottom, then attaching the embroidery pattern layer 1, the antibacterial cloth layer 2, the massage layer 3, the lining cloth layer 4 and the support bottom layer 5 onto the support bottom layer 5 through the lining cloth layer 4, and finally sewing the embroidery pattern layer 1, the antibacterial cloth layer 2, the massage layer 3, the lining cloth layer 4 and the support bottom layer 5 into a whole through edge covering to obtain the embroidery insole.

In the actual manufacturing process, the thicknesses of the embroidery pattern layer 1, the antibacterial cloth layer 2, the massage layer 3, the lining cloth layer 4 and the support bottom layer 5 can be selected according to the design requirements, and the sticking and edge-covering sewing methods thereof are well known in the prior art, so that the detailed description is not provided in the present embodiment. The embroidery insole manufactured by the method has the traditional charm, the modern style, the simple structure and the low cost, can increase the comfort level of a user, can achieve the effects of softness, ventilation, sweat absorption, fashion, comfort and health care, can meet the use requirements of the user, and has good market prospect.
