The manufacturing method of the massage layer comprises the following steps that cotton cloth is used as a raw material, the massage layer is cut into a sleeve body with a standard size according to different shoe sizes, the sleeve body is sewn into three sections through two sewing lines, the three sections are respectively the front part, the middle part and the rear part, and invisible zippers communicated with the front part, the middle part and the rear part are sewn; meanwhile, preparing river sand with the diameter of 2-4 mm, heating and frying the river sand for 10-15 min, adding salt in the frying process, mixing and frying, wherein the using amount of the salt is 20-25% of the weight of the river sand, and the frying temperature is not more than 90 ℃; cooling the fried river sand to normal temperature, unzipping the invisible zipper, respectively filling the river sand containing salt into the sewed sleeve body according to the design weight requirement, respectively filling the river sand containing salt into the front part, the middle part and the rear part, and finally utilizing the invisible zipper to sew the river sand into a whole to obtain the massage layer.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the embroidery insole with health care and physical therapy of the invention comprises an embroidery pattern layer 1, an antibacterial cloth layer 2, a massage layer 3, a lining cloth layer 4 and a support bottom layer 5 in sequence from top to bottom, wherein the edges of the embroidery pattern layer 1, the antibacterial cloth layer 2, the massage layer 3, the lining cloth layer 4 and the support bottom layer 5 are sewn into a whole through edge covering, and the embroidery pattern layer 1 consists of a pattern layer 11, a cotton cloth layer 12 and a sweat absorbing layer 13 in sequence from top to bottom; the antibacterial cloth layer 2 is made of cotton cloth soaked by the traditional Chinese medicine composition; the massage layer 3 is divided into a front part, a middle part and a rear part by two sewing lines 6, wherein the front part is a sole part 31, the middle part is a sole part 32, the rear part is a heel part 33, river sand containing salt is filled in the sole part 31, the sole part 32 and the heel part 33, the diameter of the river sand is 2-4 mm, and the side surface of the massage layer 3 is provided with a hidden zipper 7 which is communicated with the sole part 31, the sole part 32 and the heel part 33. Secondly, manufacturing a massage layer 3, which comprises the steps of using cotton cloth as a raw material, cutting the cotton cloth into a sleeve body with standard size according to different shoe sizes, sewing the sleeve body into three sections through two sewing lines 6, respectively arranging the front part, the middle part and the rear part, and sewing an invisible zipper 7 communicated with the front part, the middle part and the rear part; meanwhile, preparing river sand with the diameter of 2-4 mm, heating and frying the river sand for 10-15 min, adding salt in the frying process, mixing and frying, wherein the using amount of the salt is 20-25% of the weight of the river sand, and the frying temperature is not more than 90 ℃; cooling the fried river sand to normal temperature, unzipping the invisible zipper 7, respectively filling the river sand containing salt into the sewed sleeve body according to the design weight requirement, respectively filling the river sand containing salt into the front part, the middle part and the rear part, and finally utilizing the invisible zipper 7 to sew the river sand containing salt into a whole to obtain the massage layer 3.

And finally, sticking the manufactured embroidery pattern layer 1, the antibacterial cloth layer 2 and the massage layer 3 into a whole from top to bottom, then attaching the embroidery pattern layer 1, the antibacterial cloth layer 2, the massage layer 3, the lining cloth layer 4 and the support bottom layer 5 onto the support bottom layer 5 through the lining cloth layer 4, and finally sewing the embroidery pattern layer 1, the antibacterial cloth layer 2, the massage layer 3, the lining cloth layer 4 and the support bottom layer 5 into a whole through edge covering to obtain the embroidery insole.
