Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of daily necessities, in particular to a cover for improving the comfort of fingers and a container comprising the cover.

Background

Conventional containers include a body for containing a liquid and a lid for preventing the liquid from overflowing. The container may contain various different types of liquids. For example, known containers may contain water, beverages, liquid snacks, sodas, juices, thirst-quenching agents, and the like. They may also contain liquids that need to be mixed, such as powdered beverages, electrolyte pills, energy drinks, infant formula, batters, cookie mixes, bakery materials, dietary supplements, sauces, oils and vinegar, salad dressings, smoothies, and the like. The container may be used in a variety of environments, such as at home, in an office, in a gym or health club, and when traveling; or in various activities such as exercising, gardening, playing games, sports, hiking, climbing, working, commuting, driving, riding in a car, bus, train, or airplane.

The container may be carried by a person manually grasping the container or bottle itself or grasping the container from the top (usually with a lid). This can be cumbersome, particularly when the user needs to carry other items at the same time. It may also cause discomfort when held due to the liquid in the container being cold or hot. When the container is used in a wet environment where the container is cold, condensation on the exterior of the container may cause the container to have a wet surface and a slippery feel when held.

U.S. patent 9,771,189 to Miksovsky et al discloses a water bottle cap with an elastic band as shown in fig. 1. U.S. patent D753,442 to weennik discloses a water bottle cap with a flexible tab as shown in fig. 2. The user can hold the water bottle by the elastic band and the pull ring without grasping the bottle body. However, the elastic band and the pull ring do not have satisfactory finger adaptability, a small space can only accommodate one finger to pass through, the finger cannot easily pass through when a user wears gloves, and the elastic band and the pull ring can tighten the finger due to gravity when the weight is increased after the container is filled with liquid, so that discomfort is brought to the user.

European patent EP2799361B1 to Marvin Lane discloses a bottle cap as shown in fig. 3. The outer cover is provided with a lifting handle and a thumb notch, so that a user can move the lifting handle from a folding state to an unfolding state. The tail end of the handle is semicircular and is matched with the semicircular groove on the outer cover. The user can move the lifting handle to the position shown so that it extends from the outer cover and forms a carrying handle. The bottle may be carried by or hung from a handle, such as a hook for shop display. However, this handle also does not have satisfactory finger-adaptability, since the space between the handle and the cover for receiving the fingers is small and semicircular, and when the user passes through a plurality of fingers, the small space may cause discomfort by squeezing the fingers, and the same design is also not advantageous for the user to use the glove.

Lin, U.S. patent 8,215,511, discloses a container lid with a locking handle as shown in fig. 4. An arched handle is vertically placed on the top of the cover body, the arched handle is in a parabola shape, the arched handle is composed of a rotating handle and a fixed handle, the rotating handle at least occupies one third of the total length of the handle, the rotating handle is provided with a spring latch, the cover body is provided with a latch base, and the latch is connected with the latch base through a bolt. Although the handle may be used not only to hold the container, but also to attach the container to an article of clothing or the like, such as a belt, belt loop, or the like. However, because it uses a closed loop space handle design, it still does not have enough space to accommodate fingers due to the size limitations of the lid itself, and the approximately triangular handle space can squeeze fingers under the weight of the container creating discomfort when multiple fingers are passed through. And fatigue is easily caused when only one finger is used.

Chinese patent with publication number CN209629315U discloses a cup lid with a handle, as shown in fig. 5, the cup lid comprises a cup lid body and a cup lid handle, a peripheral groove is formed on the peripheral edge of the top wall of the cup lid body, the cup lid handle is pivotally connected to the top wall of the cup lid body, and when the cup lid is folded, the cup lid handle is embedded in the peripheral groove. Although the space for accommodating the fingers of the handle is increased compared with the design of the prior art, the size of the cup cover is limited, the fingers can still be restricted in a closed annular space when the cup is held, and the handle can still squeeze the fingers to cause discomfort under the gravity of the container.

The design of above-mentioned several kinds of handles all has the not enough in user experience, the comfort level of holding. In the case of containers, particularly portable kettles, the handle plays a very important role in carrying the kettle by the user. In practical use, the water bottle filled with liquid and having a certain weight needs to be carried for a long time during outdoor activities, and when the water bottle is held by the handles, the discomfort caused by squeezing the fingers is gradually amplified in the long-time carrying process, so that the use experience is greatly influenced. Especially in cold conditions or partial work occasions, when a user needs to wear thicker gloves, the holding spaces of the handles cannot accommodate fingers wearing the gloves to pass through, and inconvenience is brought to the user.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the cover for improving the comfort degree of the fingers, which accords with the ergonomic design and has excellent holding comfort degree, and the handle of the cover can accommodate a plurality of fingers wearing thicker gloves to pass through, so that the problem that a user is inconvenient to wear the gloves and carry a kettle is solved.

The body includes a top wall and a peripheral wall formed by a periphery of the top wall extending downwardly.

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention at least has the following beneficial technical effects:

1. the design of the cover accords with the human engineering, when the handle is held, the fingers of a user are in an open space, and the user cannot be bound by two sides or generate uncomfortable feeling by friction.

2. Generally, in order to improve the comfort of holding the fingers, the larger the size of the handle is, the better the size of the handle is, but the size of the container cover is limited, and the existing handle in the closed loop form can only accommodate one or two fingers to pass through, because the handle in the closed loop form has to be provided with two support columns connected with the cover body, the thickness of the two support columns occupies the limited diameter of the cover, the space of the handle is narrow, and the handle is easy to feel tired and uncomfortable when the kettle filled with water and having a certain weight is held, which is a drawback that the existing kettle using the handle in the closed. The handle can be held by three or four fingers simultaneously, so that the stress area is increased, the hand feeling and the comfort degree of holding are greatly increased, and the handle can still keep smaller size because only one handle rod is connected with the cover, thereby perfectly solving the contradiction between the handle comfort degree and the handle size in the prior art.

3. The annular handle of the existing kettle cannot or is difficult to accommodate fingers wearing gloves to pass through due to size limitation, and the handle design of the invention can accommodate a plurality of fingers wearing thicker gloves, thereby ensuring that the kettle can be conveniently and comfortably carried under cold weather conditions and outdoor sports and work needing gloves.

Preferably, in this embodiment, the groove 2110 is provided in the surrounding wall 211, the hanging ring 23 rotates coaxially with the handle bar 220, or rotates around a common axis, and the hanging ring 23 is constrained to rotate between the handle 22 and the surrounding wall 211. The longest dimension of the hanging ring 23 is 20% to 90%, preferably 30% to 80%, and most preferably in the range of 40% to 70% of the longest dimension of the handle 22.

It should be noted that any suitable hinge, bearing or pivot mechanism may be used to connect the handle 22 and bail 23 to the lid 20, typically limiting them to a selected angle within which they can rotate relative to each other about a fixed axis of rotation without translation or over a range of rotation. Referring to several of the pivot configurations of the previous embodiments, the handle 22 and links 23 may share a pivot pin 41, such as a handle pivot hole 42, two cover pivot holes 43, and two link pivot holes 44 sharing a pivot pin 41. It is also possible that one cover pivot hole 43 and two handle pivot holes 42 share one pivot pin 41 as in the previous embodiment.

The receiving groove 212 is further optimized in this embodiment, the receiving groove 212 includes a fixing groove 213 and an opening groove 214, the fixing groove 213 is used for receiving the handle bar 220 in a folded state, the opening groove 214 includes a first area 214A and a second area 214B, and the first holding portion 221 and the second holding portion 222 in the folded state are closely attached to the surface of the first area 214A and not closely attached to the surface of the second area 214B. The first region 214A and the second region 214B are not parallel in surface, and the second region 214B surface is inclined toward the peripheral wall 211 of the body. A finger groove 215 is further formed in the second region 214B. With this arrangement, the second region 214B can facilitate the user to put fingers into the finger groove 215 and apply a slight upward force to lift the handle 22 in the folded state upward to make it in the unfolded state for carrying.

In order to further ensure the stability of the handle 22 in the folded state, an additional structure may be used to fix the handle in the accommodating groove 212, for example, in this embodiment, the first region 214A is provided with a first magnetic patch 216A, the handle 22 is provided with a second magnetic patch 216B at a position corresponding to the first magnetic patch 216A, and the first magnetic patch 216A and the second magnetic patch 216B are attached to each other by magnetic attraction in the folded state of the handle 22, so as to ensure that the handle 22 is in the accommodating groove 212, and avoid being thrown out due to shaking. Preferably, the second magnetic patch 216B is disposed at the central region 227, and the first magnetic patch 216A is disposed at a position corresponding thereto on the first region 214A.

The cap 20 and the body 30 of the container are usually connected in the manner shown in fig. 21, that is, the cap 20 and the body 30 are respectively provided with an internal thread and an external thread, and are closed by rotating; the user can use the liquid in the container by rotating and opening the cover 20. In addition, the cap 20 and body 30 may be connected in any suitable manner, as may connectors, fasteners, snaps, etc., as desired.

Example 14

This example is substantially the same as example 13, except that: as shown in fig. 28, a portion of the top wall 210 other than the fixing groove 213 extends to the first area 214A through a vertical wall 214AW, and the vertical wall 214AW is perpendicular to both the top wall 210 and the first area 214A. In this embodiment, the vertical wall 214AW may further be provided with one or more protrusions 217, which are usually made of a material with certain elasticity, when the handle 22 is folded, the protrusions 217 are tightly contacted with the first grip portion 221 and the second grip portion 222, and the protrusions 217 are in a compressed state, so that the handle 22 can be fixed in the receiving groove 212 due to friction. The protrusion 217 may replace the magnetic patch of embodiment 12 to play a similar role, and the protrusion 217 may be replaced by other fasteners, and the handle 22 and the receiving groove 212 are respectively provided with fasteners that are engaged with each other, so that the handle may be engaged with the receiving groove in a folded state.

Example 15

This example is substantially the same as example 13, except that: referring to fig. 29, in the present embodiment, the second area 214B is further provided with a water outlet 88, so that a user can drink the liquid in the container without unscrewing the entire cap 20.
