In conclusion, the portable towel drying and sterilizing device is convenient to carry, and can effectively dry and sterilize towels in time, so that the sanitary degree of outdoor use of the towels is greatly improved. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
