1. An aroma box, comprising:

the box body is provided with an opening at one end, and an accommodating cavity communicated with the opening is formed in the box body;

the aromatherapy door is connected to the opening of the box body in an openable and closable manner;

the key is movably arranged in the box body and provided with an unlocking part for opening the aroma fumigation door;

the lever is arranged in the box body, and one end of the lever is connected with the key; and

the push rod is arranged in the box body and can slide in the containing cavity, the push rod is connected with the other end of the lever, the fragrance door can be unlocked by pressing the key, and meanwhile the push rod is pushed by the lever to enable the push rod to slide towards one side of the opening.

The aroma box according to claim 1, wherein the unlocking part comprises a protrusion, the aroma door is provided with a clamping groove corresponding to the protrusion, the protrusion slides into the clamping groove after the aroma door is closed, and the protrusion slides out of the clamping groove to unlock the aroma door through the key.

3. The aroma box according to claim 1, further comprising a reset member disposed in the box body, wherein the reset member provides a reset force to the lever to make the end of the lever connected with the push rod away from the opening.

4. The aroma box according to claim 3, wherein the reset piece is a compression spring, and the compression spring is arranged between the end part of the lever corresponding to the key and the cavity bottom of the accommodating cavity in a pre-tightening compression mode.

5. The aroma box according to claim 3, wherein the reset member is an extension spring, and the extension spring is arranged between the end part of the lever corresponding to the push rod and the bottom of the accommodating cavity in a pre-tensioned manner.

Background

Champignon box on the present market, when changing the use champignon piece, need open champignon box door earlier, take out the champignon piece and carry out the change, the step is more loaded down with trivial details, and the structure is complicated and the champignon piece blocks easily for user's use is experienced not well.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on this, it is necessary to provide an champignon box and have its electrical apparatus to traditional champignon box change complex operation, and the structure is complicated, uses and experiences not good problem.

an aroma box comprising:

the box body is provided with an opening at one end, and an accommodating cavity communicated with the opening is formed in the box body;

the aromatherapy door is connected to the opening of the box body in an openable and closable manner;

the key is movably arranged in the box body and provided with an unlocking part for opening the aroma door;

the lever is arranged in the box body, and one end of the lever is connected with the key; and

the push rod is arranged in the box body and can slide in the containing cavity, the push rod is connected with the other end of the lever, and the key can be pressed to unlock the aromatherapy door and push the push rod through the lever at the same time, so that the push rod slides towards one side of the opening.

In one embodiment, the unlocking part comprises a protrusion, a clamping groove is formed in the aroma door corresponding to the protrusion, the protrusion slides into the clamping groove after the aroma door is closed, and the protrusion slides out of the clamping groove to unlock the aroma door through the key.

In one embodiment, the aromatherapy box further comprises a reset piece, the reset piece is arranged in the box body, and the reset force provided by the reset piece to the lever enables the end part of the lever, which is connected with the push rod, to be far away from the opening.

In one embodiment, the reset piece is a compression spring, and the compression spring is arranged between the end part of the corresponding key of the lever and the cavity bottom of the accommodating cavity in a pre-tightening compression mode.

In one embodiment, the reset piece is an extension spring, and the extension spring is arranged between the end part of the lever corresponding to the push rod and the cavity bottom of the accommodating cavity in a pre-tensioned manner.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood, the fragrance box and the electric appliance having the same of the present invention are further described in detail by the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

The numbering of the components as such, e.g., "first", "second", etc., is used herein only to distinguish the objects as described, and does not have any sequential or technical meaning. The term "connected" and "coupled" when used in this application, unless otherwise indicated, includes both direct and indirect connections (couplings). Referring to fig. 1 and 2 in combination with fig. 6, the aroma box according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a box body 100, an aroma door 200, a button 300, a lever 400, and a push rod 500. The case 100 has an opening 130 at one end, and a receiving chamber 140 communicating with the opening 130 is formed inside the case 100. The fragrance door 200 is openably and closably coupled at the opening 130 of the case 100. The button 300 is movably installed in the case 100, and the button 300 is provided with an unlocking part for opening the fragrance door 200. The lever 400 is disposed in the case 100, and one end of the lever 400 is connected to the button 300. The push rod 500 is arranged in the case 100 and can slide in the accommodating cavity 140, the push rod 500 is connected with the other end of the lever 400, and pressing the button 300 can unlock the aroma door 200 and push the push rod 500 through the lever 400, so that the push rod 500 slides towards one side of the opening 130.

Wherein, the box body 100 can include a fragrance box front seat 110 and a fragrance box rear seat 120, the fragrance box front seat 110 and the fragrance box rear seat 120 are detachably connected together, and a containing cavity 140 for placing the fragrance sheet 800 is formed between the two. The opening 130 is formed on the fragrance box front seat 110, and the fragrance door 200 is rotatably connected with the fragrance box front seat 110 to open or close the opening 130. In one embodiment, the aroma door 200 is provided with a plurality of aroma outlet holes 220.

The way of the key 300 movably matching with the aroma door 200 can be various. Referring to fig. 6, as an implementable manner, the unlocking portion includes a protrusion 310, the aroma door 200 is provided with a slot 210 corresponding to the protrusion 310, the protrusion 310 slides into the slot 210 after the aroma door 200 is closed, and the protrusion 310 slides out of the slot 210 to unlock the aroma door 200 by the key 300. When the button 300 is pressed in the direction of arrow A, the protrusion 310 slides out of the slot 210 to unlock the incense door 200. Referring to fig. 1, preferably, the box 100 is provided with a mounting cavity 150 alongside the accommodating cavity 140, and the key 300 is mounted in the mounting cavity 150. At this time, the protrusion 310 may be disposed on a side wall of the key 300 near the side of the accommodating cavity 140, and one end of the aroma door 200 near the key 300 has an extension arm substantially parallel to the key 300, and the slot 210 is opened on a surface of the extension arm corresponding to the protrusion 310.

As an implementation manner, the aroma box further includes a reset member 600, the reset member 600 is disposed in the box body 100, and the reset force provided by the reset member 600 to the lever 400 makes the end of the lever 400 connected with the push rod 500 far away from the opening 130.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the restoring member 600 may be a compression spring, and the compression spring is compressed and disposed between the end of the lever 400 corresponding to the key 300 and the bottom of the accommodating cavity 140. At this time, the key 300 is in an initial stable state under the pre-tightening force of the compression spring and the clamping cooperation of the key 300 and the aroma diffuser door 200. When the user presses the key 300 along the arrow direction A, the compression spring is further compressed, and meanwhile, the key 300 unlocks the aroma fumigation door 200 and drives the push rod 500 to move towards one side of the opening 130 through the lever 400, and the aroma fumigation sheet 800 in the accommodating cavity 140 is outwards moved out under the pushing action of the push rod 500 to jack the aroma fumigation door 200. The user releases the button 300 and the button 300 returns to the initial position together with the lever 400 and the push rod 500 by the return action of the compression spring.

In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the reset element 600 may also be a torsion spring, the torsion spring is installed on the box 100, one end of the torsion spring is fixedly connected to the box 100, and the other end of the torsion spring is fixedly connected to the lever 400, wherein two ends of the torsion spring have a pre-tightening force. The torsion spring may be connected to an end of the lever 400 near the key 300, or may be connected to an end of the lever 400 near the push rod 500. When the torsion spring is connected to one end of the lever 400 close to the key 300, the biasing direction of the pre-tightening force of the torsion spring is opposite to the arrow a direction. When the torsion spring is connected to one end of the lever 400 close to the push rod 500, the force application direction of the pretightening force of the torsion spring is along the arrow A direction. Preferably, the torsion spring may be sleeved on the rotating shaft 410 at the fulcrum of the lever 400, and when the user presses the key 300 along the arrow a direction, the lever 400 rotates to further increase the torsion force of the torsion spring; when the user releases the button 300, the lever 400 drives the button 300 and the push rod 500 to return to the initial position under the reset action of the torsion spring.

As shown in fig. 8, the reset element 600 is an extension spring, and the extension spring is stretched between the end of the lever 400 corresponding to the push rod 500 and the bottom of the accommodating cavity 140. When the user presses the key 300 along the arrow A direction, the lever 400 rotates to further stretch the stretching spring; when the user releases the key 300, the lever 400 drives the key 300 and the push rod 500 to return to the initial position under the reset action of the extension spring.

According to the aromatherapy box provided by the embodiment of the invention, the key 300 is movably matched with the aromatherapy door 200, meanwhile, the key 300 is connected with one end of the lever 400, and the other end of the lever 400 is connected with the push rod 500. When the user presses the key 300, the key 300 drives the push rod 500 to slide through the lever 400 while unlocking the fragrance door 200, so that the fragrance sheet 800 is moved out, and the user can take down and replace the fragrance sheet 800 conveniently. Thereby can unblock champignon door 200 auto-eject champignon piece 800 simultaneously through the operation of pressing button 300, solved complex operation effectively, the problem of easy card key, fine promotion consumer's use is experienced.

In addition, after the user loosens the key 300, the lever 400 and the push rod 500 can all be restored to the initial position under the reset action of the reset piece 600, the user only needs to put the new fragrance sheet 800 into the accommodating cavity 140 and close the fragrance door 200, the operation is simple and labor-saving, and the use by the user is convenient. It can be understood that, in the case that the fragrance box according to an embodiment of the present invention has no return member 600, the user only needs to put a new fragrance sheet into the accommodating chamber 140 and push the fragrance sheet slightly inward, so that the push rod 500, the lever 400 and the button 300 are all restored to the initial positions, and then close the fragrance door 200.

Referring to fig. 1, as an implementation manner, the lever 400 is provided with a rotation shaft 410, the rotation shaft 410 is located between two ends of the lever 400, and the rotation shaft 410 is rotatably disposed in the case 100. Alternatively, in other embodiments, a rotation hole is provided between both ends of the lever 400, and the lever 400 is rotatably fixed in the case 100 by passing through the rotation hole around the post.

Wherein, one end of the lever 400 is connected with the push rod 500, and the other end of the lever 400 is connected with the button 300. And the connection of the lever 400 and the push rod 500 may be various. For example, referring to fig. 6, one end of the lever 400 is provided with a collar 420, the push rod 500 is provided with a hook 510 corresponding to the collar 420, and the collar 420 is sleeved on the hook 510. The connection between the lever 400 and the key 300 may be various. For example, referring to fig. 1, the other end of the lever 400 is provided with a U-shaped arm, the end of the U-shaped arm is provided with a fixing shaft 430, the key 300 is provided with a mounting hole 320 corresponding to the fixing shaft 430, and the fixing shaft 430 is fitted in the mounting hole 320. Wherein, the mounting hole 320 may be an oblong hole, a long axis of which is perpendicular to the pressing direction of the key 300.

Referring to fig. 1, as an implementation manner, the aroma box further includes a heating device 700, the heating device 700 is disposed in the box body 100, and the heating device 700 is located near the accommodating chamber 140. The heating device 700 may be a heating ceramic plate, or a heating wire. Through setting up heating device 700, can help the release of stacte taste, the user of being convenient for selects the heating function as required, promotes user experience.

Referring to the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the button 300 is in an initial stable state by the pre-tightening pressure applied by the compression spring and the detent engagement with the fragrance door 200. The lever 400 is positioned and rotated by a rotating shaft 410, one end of the lever is matched and connected with the key 300 through a fixed shaft 430 and an oblong hole, and the other end of the lever is connected with a clamping hook 510 of the push rod 500 through a lantern ring 420. The fragrance door 200 and the key 300 are in a closed state through the cooperation of the protrusion 310 and the card slot 210.

As further illustrated in fig. 2 to 6, when the key 300 is pressed in the a arrow direction, the key 300 moves in the a arrow direction and pushes the lever 400, and at the same time, the key 300 unlocks the aroma door 200, so that the aroma door 200 changes from the closed state to the unlocked state. The lever 400 rotates to push the push rod 500, and the push rod 500 pushes the fragrance sheet 800 to move outwards and push the fragrance door 200 open. When the key 300 is released, the key 300, the lever 400 and the push rod 500 are all returned to the initial position by the restoring force of the compression spring. It can be understood that when the fragrance sheet 800 is not placed in the accommodating cavity 140, the fragrance door 200 can be unlocked by pressing the key 300, and when the key 300 is released, the fragrance door 200 can be jacked open by jacking the protrusion 310 of the key 300 to the fragrance door 200.

In another aspect, the invention further provides an electric appliance, which comprises the fragrance box.
