The rainwater collection device can be arranged in districts, parks, roofs and the like, and a plurality of devices can be distributed in the arrangement area, so that rainwater is recycled, surface runoff is prevented from being caused, rainwater is prevented from seeping to pollute water sources, water quality is improved, when the rainwater does not fall, the upper opening of the water storage tank 1 can be completely sealed by matching the first sector plate 7 with the second sector plate 9, impurities such as dead leaves, bird droppings, paper dust and the like are prevented from entering the water storage tank 1, and meanwhile, the impurities on the first sector plate 7 and the second sector plate 9 are easy to slide down into the collection tank 11 by matching an inclined plane with a high left side and a low right side, so that the attractiveness of the environment is further improved;
