s3, placing the part of the floating mechanism (1), the overflow cup (2) and the water pump (3) into a first-stage standing pool, wherein the foaming treatment device floats on the slurry liquid level (6) due to the buoyancy of the floating ball (11);

s4, adjusting the included angle between the connecting rod (12) and the overflow cup (2) to make the cup mouth of the overflow cup (2) lower than the slurry liquid level (6) by about two centimeters;

s5, turning on a switch of a water pump (3) to enable the foam on the surface of the slurry to be sucked into the overflow cup (2), and finally enter a liquid collecting barrel (5) outside the primary standing pool through the water pump (3) and a liquid discharge pipe (4);

s6, feeding the slurry below the first-stage standing tank into a slurry tank through a liquid pump for continuous use;

s7, if a small amount of sucked slurry exists in the liquid collecting barrel (5), pumping the foam and part of the slurry in the liquid collecting barrel (5) into a secondary standing pool by a liquid pump;

s8 repeats the operation steps S2-S7 until there is no sucked slurry in the liquid collecting tank (5).

As shown in fig. 1, the floating mechanism 1 includes at least one floating ball 11 and connecting rods 12 corresponding to the number of the floating balls 11; each floating ball 11 is connected to the top end of the corresponding connecting rod 12, and the floating ball 11 is hollow, so that the foaming treatment device can effectively float on the surface of slurry; the floating ball 11 is fixedly connected or can be adjustably connected with the connecting rod 12, the distance between the floating ball 11 and the overflow cup 2 can be adjusted by adjusting the angle of the floating ball 11, and further the relative distance between the overflow cup 11 and the slurry liquid level 6 is adjusted, and the floating ball 11 and the connecting rod 12 in the embodiment are fixedly connected; the first bolt 121 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the connecting rod 12, and the overflow cup 2 is connected to the connecting rod 12 through the first bolt 121 and used for loading foam; the embodiment is exemplified by providing three floating mechanisms 1, and forming an equilateral triangle between the floating mechanisms 1 when viewed from above, and the arrangement can effectively ensure the stability of the whole device in the slurry pool.

The input end of the water pump 3 is connected to the bottom end of the overflow cup 2, the output end of the water pump 3 is connected with a liquid discharge pipe 4, and when a switch of the submersible pump is turned on, foam on the surface of the slurry can be sucked into the overflow cup 2 and finally enters the liquid collecting barrel 5 through the liquid discharge pipe 4; the water pump 3 in this embodiment is a submersible pump.

The input end of the liquid discharge pipe 4 is connected with the output end of the water pump 3; the outer wall of the output end of the liquid discharge pipe 4 extending out of the first-stage standing pool (not shown) is connected with a liquid collecting barrel 5 for transporting slurry foam.

The liquid collecting barrel 5 is positioned outside the primary standing pool and is used for collecting slurry foam; the inlet of the liquid collecting barrel 5 is connected with the output end of the liquid discharge pipe 4.

The overflow pipe is arranged at the top section of the outer wall of the slurry tank, when the slurry reaches a certain liquid level, foam and partial slurry on the surface of the slurry can flow into the first-stage standing tank from the overflow pipe, and when the slurry reaches a certain amount, the foam and partial slurry above the slurry can flow out through the overflow pipe; standing the foam and part of the slurry in a first-stage standing tank for a period of time to separate the foam and the slurry; then the part of the floating mechanism 1, the overflow cup 2 and the water pump 3 are placed in a first-stage standing pool together, and the foaming treatment device floats on the slurry liquid level 6 under the buoyancy action of the floating ball 11; at this time, a screw 122 penetrating through center holes of the first bolt 121 and the second bolt 21 is removed, after a proper included angle is adjusted between the connecting rod 12 and the overflow cup 2, the first bolt 121 and the second bolt 21 are fixed through a nut and the screw 122, the included angle between the connecting rod 12 and the overflow cup 2 is adjusted, the liquid level 6 of the serous fluid is about two centimeters higher than the cup mouth of the overflow cup 2, and the device can absorb all serous fluid foams at the maximum probability and does not absorb or absorbs a small amount of serous fluid, so that the serous fluid waste is avoided; after the slurry is placed, a switch of the water pump 3 is turned on, so that foam on the surface of the slurry is sucked into the overflow cup 2, and finally enters the liquid collecting barrel 5 outside the primary standing pool through the water pump 3 and the liquid discharge pipe 4, the slurry below the primary standing pool can be pumped into the slurry pool through the liquid pump for continuous use, and the foam can be effectively removed and the slurry can be prevented from being wasted; if a small amount of sucked slurry exists in the liquid collecting barrel 5, foam and part of slurry in the liquid collecting barrel 5 can be pumped into a secondary standing tank through a liquid pump, the steps are repeated until no sucked slurry exists in the liquid collecting barrel 5, the foam can be effectively removed, the slurry is prevented from being wasted, the slurry foaming treatment device is easy to operate and low in manufacturing cost, the foam in the slurry tank can be completely treated through the mutual matching of the steps, and when the angle is adjusted, the first bolt 121 and the second bolt 21 are overlapped and penetrate through the central holes of the first bolt 121 and the second bolt 21 through the screw 122.
