Background

4) sending the screened product obtained in the step 3) into a sand making machine for making sand, and respectively sending a, b and c into the sand making machine for making sand to obtain products a1, b1 and c 1;

5) respectively feeding the products obtained in the step 4) into a powder selecting machine, connecting the powder selecting machine with a powder removing mechanism, and removing fine powder with the particle size of less than 0.08mm from the a1, the b1 and the c1 through the powder selecting machine to obtain products a2, b2 and c 2;

6) and mixing the a2, the b2 and the c2 according to a certain proportion, thereby adjusting the fineness modulus and the gradation of the machine-made sand to obtain a finished product.

In the step 3), the particle diameter of a is larger than the particle diameter of b and larger than the particle diameter of c.

The powder removing mechanism in the step 5) comprises a cyclone cylinder and an exhaust fan, the powder concentrator is connected with the cyclone cylinder, and the cyclone cylinder is connected with the exhaust fan.

In the step 5), the grain diameter of a2 which is more than 2.4mm and less than 4.75mm, the grain diameter of b2 which is more than 0.8mm and less than or equal to 2.4mm, and the grain diameter of c2 which is more than 0.08mm and less than or equal to 0.8 mm.

By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
