firstly, adding 15-20% by mass of ethanol, 15-20% by mass of water, 5-10% by mass of aqueous antioxidant, 10% by mass of isopropanol and 5-10% by mass of antirust agent into a stainless steel stirring cylinder;

secondly, moving the stainless steel stirring tank to a position below a dispersion machine, starting the dispersion machine, and uniformly stirring at the speed of 500-800 revolutions per minute;

and thirdly, weighing 30-50% of waterborne aluminum paste by mass percentage in a stirring state, putting the weighed waterborne aluminum paste into the stainless steel stirring cylinder in the second step, and continuously stirring uniformly at the speed of 200-400 r/min to obtain the aluminum paste.

4. The aqueous gold-silver ink as claimed in claim 2, wherein the coated bronze gold powder slurry is prepared by the following steps:

firstly, adding 15-20% by mass of ethanol, 15-20% by mass of water, 5-10% by mass of aqueous antioxidant, 10% by mass of isopropanol and 5-10% by mass of antirust agent into a stainless steel stirring cylinder;

secondly, moving the stainless steel stirring tank to a position below a dispersion machine, starting the dispersion machine, and uniformly stirring at the speed of 500-800 revolutions per minute;

and thirdly, adding 15-25% of bronze gold powder and 15-25% of red copper gold powder in percentage by mass under the stirring state, and continuously stirring uniformly at the speed of 200-400 r/min to obtain the copper-gold alloy powder.

5. The aqueous gold-silver ink according to claim 2, wherein the modified aqueous acrylic resin solution is prepared by the following steps:

firstly, putting 40-50% of water, 10-20% of ethanol, 5-8% of monoethanolamine and 2-5% of pH stabilizer into a stainless steel stirring cylinder;

secondly, moving a stainless steel stirring tank to a position below a dispersion machine, starting the dispersion machine, stirring at the speed of 800-1000 rpm, and adding 30-40% by mass of solid acrylic resin while stirring;

and thirdly, increasing the stirring speed to 1000-1200 rpm until all the acrylic resin solid particles are dissolved, thereby obtaining the acrylic resin.

6. The preparation method of the aqueous gold and silver ink as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, comprising the following steps:

the first step, according to the dosage of each raw material of the water-based gold and silver ink, by mass fraction, the water-based gold and silver ink comprises the following components: 7-20% of water, 7-20% of ethanol, 1-3% of a film forming additive, 1-3% of a pH stabilizer, 1-3% of a leveling agent, 15-27% of organic pigment nano color paste, 0.1-0.5% of a defoaming agent, 30-40% of coated aluminum silver paste or/and coated green red copper gold powder paste and 25-38% of modified aqueous acrylic resin liquid, weighing the raw materials for later use, then putting the water, the ethanol, the film forming additive, the pH stabilizer, the leveling agent and the defoaming agent into a stainless steel stirring tank, moving the stainless steel stirring tank to a position below a dispersion machine, stirring at the speed of 500-800 r/min, and uniformly stirring;

secondly, putting the coated aluminum silver paste or/and the coated bronze gold powder paste into a stainless steel stirring cylinder under a stirring state, and continuously stirring uniformly at the speed of 300-500 r/min;

thirdly, continuously adding the organic pigment nano color paste in a stirring state, and continuously stirring uniformly;

fourthly, adding the modified aqueous acrylic resin liquid under the stirring state, and uniformly stirring at the speed of 300-500 revolutions per minute to prepare aqueous gold ink, aqueous silver ink or aqueous gold-silver ink;

and fifthly, taking a small amount of prepared water-based gold ink or water-based silver ink or water-based gold and silver ink for inspection, scraping samples, carrying out color comparison, measuring viscosity and pH value, packaging and warehousing after the samples are qualified.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of water-based ink, and particularly relates to green, environment-friendly, safe, difficult-to-oxidize and non-precipitating water-based gold and silver ink and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The solvent-based ink has a large organic solvent ratio, and a large amount of organic solvent volatilizes in the manufacturing and using processes, so that the solvent-based ink not only damages human bodies, but also causes serious pollution to the atmosphere. In recent years, along with the increase of the control force on environmental protection, the water-based ink replaces solvent ink to become a necessary trend for the development of the ink industry, the water-based ink is environment-friendly and nontoxic, but the water-based gold/silver ink is easy to generate oxidation reaction in water, particularly, the copper gold powder/aluminum silver powder in the raw materials of the water-based gold/silver ink is easy to generate oxidation reaction with water, water-based acrylic resin and organic pigment to influence the metal texture of the copper gold powder/aluminum silver powder, further influence the printability, the image-text reducibility and the color spreading and leveling property of the water-based gold/silver ink, and easily generate the problems of poor leveling property, color starting point, brace, cross color; in addition, in the prior art, the aqueous gold-silver ink is easy to precipitate, and particularly, the raw material copper-gold powder/aluminum-silver powder is easy to agglomerate and precipitate in a dispersion system after a certain time, so that the leveling property and the metal luster of a printed product are seriously influenced.

In addition, when the water-based gold and silver ink in the prior art is used on a high-speed gravure printing machine with the speed of 220-250 m/min, the phenomena of poor printing adaptability, poor color spreading leveling, more color points, poor exposed bottom, slow drying, roller sticking, reverse drawing and the like are easy to occur.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the aqueous gold-silver ink and the preparation method thereof, and solves the problems of oxidation and precipitation of the aqueous gold-silver ink in the production and use processes in the prior art. The water-based gold-silver ink is particularly suitable for printing aluminum-plated gold-silver card paper, aluminum foil paper, card paper and coated paper on a 220-plus-250 m/min high-speed gravure printing machine, and particularly has excellent performances in aspects of printability, image-text reduction, spreading and leveling, plate pasting prevention, strip prevention, reverse adhesion prevention, color mixing prevention, high adhesion and the like.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention adopts one of the following technical schemes:

the water-based gold and silver ink is prepared from raw materials including water, ethanol, a film forming aid, a pH stabilizer, a flatting agent and an antifoaming agent, and is characterized by further comprising organic pigment nano color paste, coated aluminum silver paste or/and coated bronze gold powder paste and modified water-based acrylic resin liquid.

Preferably, the amount of each raw material in the aqueous gold-silver ink is, in terms of mass fraction: 7-20% of water, 7-20% of ethanol, 1-3% of film forming additive, 1-3% of pH stabilizer, 1-3% of flatting agent, 15-27% of organic pigment nano color paste, 0.1-0.5% of defoaming agent, 30-40% of coated aluminum silver paste or/and coated bronze gold powder paste and 25-38% of modified waterborne acrylic resin liquid.

Preferably, the coated aluminum silver paste is prepared by the following steps:

firstly, adding 15-20% by mass of ethanol, 15-20% by mass of water, 5-10% by mass of aqueous antioxidant, 10% by mass of isopropanol and 5-10% by mass of antirust agent into a stainless steel stirring cylinder;

secondly, moving the stainless steel stirring tank to a position below a dispersion machine provided with a propeller type dispersion disc, starting the dispersion machine, and uniformly stirring at the speed of 500-800 r/min;

and thirdly, weighing 30-50% of waterborne aluminum paste by mass percentage in a stirring state, putting the weighed waterborne aluminum paste into the stainless steel stirring cylinder in the second step, and continuously stirring uniformly at the speed of 200-400 r/min to obtain the aluminum paste.

Preferably, the coated bronze gold powder slurry is prepared by the following steps:

firstly, adding 15-20% by mass of ethanol, 15-20% by mass of water, 5-10% by mass of aqueous antioxidant, 10% by mass of isopropanol and 5-10% by mass of antirust agent into a stainless steel stirring cylinder;

secondly, moving the stainless steel stirring tank to a position below a dispersion machine provided with a propeller type dispersion disc, starting the dispersion machine, and uniformly stirring at the speed of 500-800 r/min;

and thirdly, adding 15-25% of bronze gold powder and 15-25% of red copper gold powder in percentage by mass under the stirring state, and continuously stirring uniformly at the speed of 200-400 r/min to obtain the copper-gold alloy powder.

Preferably, the modified aqueous acrylic resin solution is prepared by the following steps:

firstly, putting 40-50% of water, 10-20% of ethanol, 5-8% of monoethanolamine and 2-5% of pH stabilizer into a stainless steel stirring cylinder;

secondly, moving a stainless steel stirring tank to a position below a dispersing machine with a disc-type dispersing disc, starting the dispersing machine, stirring at the speed of 800-1000 rpm, and adding 30-40% by mass of solid acrylic resin while stirring;

and thirdly, increasing the stirring speed to 1000-1200 rpm until all the acrylic resin solid particles are dissolved, thereby obtaining the acrylic resin.

The second technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the preparation method of the water-based gold and silver ink comprises the following steps:

firstly, weighing and reserving raw materials according to the using amount of the raw materials in a formula, then putting water, ethanol, a film-forming auxiliary agent, a pH stabilizer, a flatting agent and a defoaming agent into a stainless steel stirring tank, moving the stainless steel stirring tank to a dispersing machine provided with a propeller type dispersing disc, stirring at the speed of 500-800 r/min, and uniformly stirring;

secondly, putting the coated aluminum silver paste or/and the coated bronze gold powder paste into a stainless steel stirring cylinder under a stirring state, and continuously stirring uniformly at the speed of 300-500 r/min;

thirdly, continuously adding the organic pigment nano color paste in a stirring state, and continuously stirring uniformly;

fourthly, adding the modified aqueous acrylic resin liquid under the stirring state, and uniformly stirring at the speed of 300-500 revolutions per minute to prepare aqueous gold ink, aqueous silver ink or aqueous gold-silver ink;

and fifthly, taking a small amount of prepared water-based gold ink or water-based silver ink or water-based gold and silver ink for inspection, scraping samples, carrying out color comparison, measuring viscosity and pH value, packaging and warehousing after the samples are qualified.

In the present invention, the water used is selected from any one of tap water, purified water and distilled water, preferably distilled water. The concentration of the ethanol is more than 95%, and edible ethanol is preferred. The pH stabilizer is conventional stabilizer, such as AMP 95. The film forming assistant is glycol ether film forming assistant, and the leveling agent is polydimethyl siloxane. As the defoaming agent, a conventional defoaming agent for aqueous ink, such as a silicone-based defoaming agent, is used. The water-based antioxidant adopts poly-branched-chain-structure phenol ether antioxidants, and the antirust agent adopts inorganic chelate. The grain size of the bronze gold powder and the red copper gold powder is about 7 mu m, and the grain size of the aluminum silver powder is about 5 mu m.

In addition, the organic pigment is prepared by mixing any one or more than two of organic red pigment nano color paste, organic permanent yellow nano color paste and carbon black nano color paste with high concentration and high transparency according to a proper proportion.

In addition, when the coated aluminum silver paste and the coated bronze gold powder paste are simultaneously selected, the weight ratio can be adjusted according to actual requirements and can be 1:1, 2:1, 1:2 and the like.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

1. according to the invention, through reasonable raw material collocation, especially the use of the coated aluminum silver paste, the coated bronze gold powder paste and the modified aqueous acrylic resin solution, the oxidation reaction can be effectively avoided, and the product quality is improved;

2. according to the invention, the organic pigment nano color paste and the coated aluminum silver paste or/and the coated green red copper gold powder paste are mixed, so that the technical problem of corrosion of the organic pigment to the aluminum silver paste or/and the coated green red copper gold powder in the prior art is solved, and the green environment-friendly water-based silver ink or water-based gold silver ink which is very stable, good in color spreading and leveling property, high in image-text reduction degree, strong in metal texture, non-combustible and non-explosive is formed;

3. according to the invention, the surface of the aluminum silver powder or the copper-gold powder is coated by adding the water-based antioxidant, the antirust agent and the like, so that the antioxidant and the antirust agent stay on the surface of the aluminum silver powder or the copper-gold powder, and a strict and effective protective film is formed on the surface of the aluminum silver powder or the copper-gold powder;

4. according to the invention, the coating treatment is carried out on the aluminum silver powder or the copper gold powder, so that the agglomeration phenomenon caused by the damaged surface can be avoided, and the precipitation is effectively avoided;

5. according to the invention, the solid acrylic resin is aminated and modified by adding and mixing the special modified water-based acrylic resin liquid with monoethanolamine, a PH stabilizer and the like, and the PH value of the solution is neutral, so that the modified water-based acrylic resin liquid is mild and non-corrosive, and the corrosion to aluminum silver powder or copper gold powder is avoided;

6. when the coated aluminum silver paste or the coated bronze gold powder paste is prepared in advance, and the aqueous gold ink or the aqueous silver ink or the aqueous gold silver ink is prepared, a propeller type dispersion disc is adopted for stirring, so that the formed coating film is prevented from being damaged in a stirring state, and the gold silver ink is effectively prevented from generating oxidation reaction in water.

The invention combines organic pigment (organic red pigment nano color paste, organic permanent yellow nano color paste and carbon black nano color paste) with aluminum silver powder or/and copper gold powder to form green and environment-friendly water-based silver ink or water-based gold silver ink which is very stable, good in color spreading and leveling property, high in image-text reduction degree, strong in metal texture, non-combustible and non-explosive. The water-based silver ink, the water-based gold ink or the water-based gold and silver ink is suitable for printing cigarette packages and food packages, and is particularly suitable for printing aluminized gold and silver card paper, aluminum foil paper, card paper and coated paper on a high-speed gravure printing machine with the speed of 220 and 250 meters per minute.

Detailed Description

The invention will now be further elucidated with reference to specific embodiments. The following are merely preferred embodiments of the present application and do not limit the scope of the present application. Any equivalents or similar substitutes without departing from the inventive concept of the present application shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

Example one

The embodiment provides a water-based silver ink, which comprises 7% by mass of water, 7% by mass of ethanol, 1% by mass of a film forming aid, 1% by mass of a pH stabilizer, 1% by mass of a leveling agent, 0.1% by mass of a defoaming agent, 2% by mass of an organic red pigment nano color paste, 5% by mass of an organic permanent yellow nano color paste, 8% by mass of a carbon black nano color paste, 30% by mass of a coated aluminum silver paste and 37.9% by mass of a modified water-based acrylic resin solution.

The preparation method of the water-based silver ink comprises the following steps:

step one, prefabricating coated aluminum silver paste

1. Putting 15% by mass of ethanol, 15% by mass of water, 5% by mass of aqueous antioxidant, 10% by mass of isopropanol and 5% by mass of antirust agent into a stainless steel stirring cylinder;

2. moving the stainless steel stirring tank to a position below the dispersion machine, starting the dispersion machine, and stirring for 15 minutes at the speed of 500 revolutions per minute;

3. under the stirring state, adding 50% by mass of aqueous aluminum paste (the aqueous aluminum paste is a commercial product, specifically, aluminum powder is prepared by firstly adopting a combustion mode, the particle size of the aluminum powder is less than 5 mu m, a silicon dioxide coating is adopted, the mass ratio of the aluminum powder to the silicon dioxide is usually 4: 6, pure aluminum powder is converted into the aluminum powder coated with the silicon dioxide, then the aluminum powder coated with the silicon dioxide is prepared into ultrafine scaly aluminum powder by a mechanochemical ball milling method, because the ultrafine scaly aluminum powder is a pigment with stronger metal activity, the exposed surface is very easy to be oxidized and blackened, in the production or surface treatment process, solvent oil is taken as a protective medium, atomized aluminum powder and a surface modifier are sent into a ball mill, and the atomized aluminum powder and the surface modifier are mechanically ground and dispersed by a physical method to prepare the aqueous aluminum paste finished product, wherein the solvent oil is generally an alcohol solvent, such as isopropanol, and 5% by mass of solvent oil is left in the finished product of the waterborne aluminum paste; phosphate esters are generally used as surface modifiers. In the waterborne aluminum paste, the using amount of aluminum powder is 15% -20%, the using amount of silicon dioxide is 15% -25%, the using amount of surfactant is 1% -10%, and the using amount of solvent oil is 40% -70%), and stirring is continued at the speed of 300 revolutions per minute and for 30 minutes by adopting a propeller type dispersion disc;

4. a small amount of prepared coated aluminum silver paste is taken for inspection, sample scraping and viscosity measurement are carried out, and the prepared coated aluminum silver paste is qualified and reserved;

step two, preparing modified aqueous acrylic resin liquid in advance

1. Putting 40% by mass of water, 10% by mass of ethanol, 8% by mass of monoethanolamine and 2% by mass of PH stabilizer into a stainless steel stirring cylinder;

2. moving a stainless steel stirring cylinder to a position below a dispersion machine, starting the dispersion machine provided with a disc-type dispersion disc, stirring at the speed of 800 revolutions per minute, and adding solid acrylic resin with the mass fraction of 40% while stirring;

3. the stirring speed is increased to 1000 r/min, and the mixture is stirred at a high speed for 1 hour until all the acrylic resin solid particles are dissolved;

4. the prepared modified acrylic resin liquid is inspected, the PH value is measured, the sample is scraped, the viscosity is measured, and the modified acrylic resin liquid is qualified for later use;

step three, preparing the water-based silver ink

1. Putting 7% by mass of water, 7% by mass of ethanol, 1% by mass of a film forming aid, 1% by mass of a pH stabilizer, 1% by mass of a leveling agent and 0.1% by mass of a defoaming agent into a stainless steel stirring cylinder, moving the stainless steel stirring cylinder to a dispersion machine, stirring at the speed of 500 revolutions per minute, and stirring for 10 minutes;

2. under the stirring state, putting the coated aluminum silver paste with the mass fraction of 30% into a stainless steel stirring cylinder, and continuously stirring for 1 hour at the speed of 300 revolutions per minute by adopting a propeller type dispersion disc;

3. under the stirring state, continuously adding 2 percent by mass of organic red pigment nano color paste, 5 percent by mass of organic permanent yellow nano color paste and 8 percent by mass of carbon black nano color paste, and continuously stirring for 10 minutes;

4. adding 37.9 percent by mass of modified aqueous acrylic resin liquid under the stirring state, and stirring for 30 minutes at the speed of 500 revolutions per minute;

5. and taking a small amount of prepared silver ink for inspection, scraping the sample, carrying out color comparison, measuring viscosity and pH value, filtering after the silver ink is qualified, packaging and warehousing.

Comparative example 1

The method is as in the first embodiment except for the following differences:

the aqueous aluminum paste was not coated as in step one of the above example.

Example two

The embodiment provides a water-based silver ink, which comprises 7% by mass of water, 7% by mass of ethanol, 2% by mass of a film forming aid, 2% by mass of a pH stabilizer, 1.5% by mass of a leveling agent, 0.5% by mass of a defoaming agent, 2% by mass of an organic red pigment nano color paste, 5% by mass of an organic permanent yellow nano color paste, 8% by mass of a carbon black nano color paste, 40% by mass of a coated aluminum silver paste and 25% by mass of a modified water-based acrylic resin solution.

The preparation method of the water-based silver ink comprises the following steps:

3. under the stirring state, continuously adding 2 percent by mass of organic red pigment nano color paste, 5 percent by mass of organic permanent yellow nano color paste and 8 percent by mass of carbon black nano color paste, and continuously stirring for 10 minutes;

4. adding 25% of modified water-based acrylic resin liquid by mass fraction under stirring, and stirring at the speed of 500 revolutions per minute for 30 minutes;

The embodiment provides water-based gold ink, which comprises 7 mass percent of water, 7 mass percent of ethanol, 1 mass percent of film forming additive, 1 mass percent of PH stabilizer, 1 mass percent of flatting agent, 0.1 mass percent of defoaming agent, 2 mass percent of organic red pigment nano color paste, 5 mass percent of organic permanent yellow nano color paste, 8 mass percent of carbon black nano color paste, 30 mass percent of coated bronze gold powder paste and 37.9 mass percent of modified water-based acrylic resin liquid.

The preparation method of the water-based gold ink comprises the following steps:

step one, preparing coated bronze and red copper gold powder slurry in advance

1. Putting 15% by mass of ethanol, 15% by mass of water, 5% by mass of aqueous antioxidant, 10% by mass of isopropanol and 5% by mass of antirust agent into a stainless steel stirring cylinder;

2. moving the stainless steel stirring tank to a position below the dispersion machine, starting the dispersion machine, and stirring for 15 minutes at the speed of 500 revolutions per minute;

3. under the stirring state, adding 25% by mass of bronze gold powder and 25% by mass of red copper gold powder (the particle size of bronze gold powder and red copper gold powder is about 7 μm and is coated with stearic acid in advance), and continuously stirring for 30 minutes at the speed of 300 revolutions per minute by adopting a propeller type dispersion disc;

4. taking a small amount of the prepared coated bronze and red copper gold powder slurry for inspection, scraping a sample, measuring the viscosity, and passing the sample for later use;

step two, preparing modified aqueous acrylic resin liquid in advance

1. Putting 40% by mass of water, 10% by mass of ethanol, 8% by mass of monoethanolamine and 2% by mass of PH stabilizer into a stainless steel stirring cylinder;

2. moving a stainless steel stirring cylinder to a position below a dispersion machine, starting the dispersion machine provided with a disc-type dispersion disc, stirring at the speed of 800 revolutions per minute, and adding solid acrylic resin with the mass fraction of 40% while stirring;

3. the stirring speed is increased to 1000 r/min, and the mixture is stirred at a high speed for 1 hour until all the acrylic resin solid particles are dissolved;

4. the prepared modified acrylic resin liquid is inspected, the PH value is measured, the sample is scraped, the viscosity is measured, and the modified acrylic resin liquid is qualified for later use;

step three, preparing the aqueous gold ink

1. 3. under the stirring state, continuously adding 2 percent by mass of organic red pigment nano color paste, 5 percent by mass of organic permanent yellow nano color paste and 8 percent by mass of carbon black nano color paste, and continuously stirring for 10 minutes;

4. adding 37.9 percent by mass of modified aqueous acrylic resin liquid under the stirring state, and stirring for 30 minutes at the speed of 500 revolutions per minute;

5. and taking a small amount of prepared gold ink for inspection, scraping, carrying out color comparison, measuring viscosity and pH value, filtering after the gold ink is qualified, packaging and warehousing.

The process is as in example three except for the following differences:

bronze gold powder and red copper gold powder were coated with only stearic acid, and were not coated as in the first step of the above example three.

The embodiment provides a water-based gold-silver ink, which comprises 7% of water by mass, 7% of ethanol by mass, 1% of film-forming aid by mass, 1% of PH stabilizer by mass, 1% of flatting agent by mass, 0.1% of defoaming agent by mass, 2% of organic red pigment nano color paste by mass, 5% of organic permanent yellow nano color paste by mass, 8% of carbon black nano color paste by mass, 15% of coated aluminum silver paste by mass, 20% of coated bronze gold powder paste by mass and 32.9% of modified water-based acrylic resin liquid by mass.

The preparation method of the water-based gold-silver ink comprises the following steps:

step one, prefabricating coated aluminum silver paste

1. Putting 15% by mass of ethanol, 15% by mass of water, 5% by mass of aqueous antioxidant, 10% by mass of isopropanol and 5% by mass of antirust agent into a stainless steel stirring cylinder;

2. moving the stainless steel stirring tank to a position below the dispersion machine, starting the dispersion machine, and stirring for 15 minutes at the speed of 500 revolutions per minute;

3. under the stirring state, adding 50% by mass of aqueous aluminum paste (the aqueous aluminum paste is a commercial product, specifically, aluminum powder is prepared by firstly adopting a combustion mode, the particle size of the aluminum powder is less than 5 mu m, a silicon dioxide coating is adopted, the mass ratio of the aluminum powder to the silicon dioxide is usually 4: 6, pure aluminum powder is converted into the aluminum powder coated with the silicon dioxide, then the aluminum powder coated with the silicon dioxide is prepared into ultrafine scaly aluminum powder by a mechanochemical ball milling method, because the ultrafine scaly aluminum powder is a pigment with stronger metal activity, the exposed surface is very easy to be oxidized and blackened, in the production or surface treatment process, solvent oil is taken as a protective medium, atomized aluminum powder and a surface modifier are sent into a ball mill, and the atomized aluminum powder and the surface modifier are mechanically ground and dispersed by a physical method to prepare the aqueous aluminum paste finished product, wherein the solvent oil is generally an alcohol solvent, such as isopropanol, and 5% by mass of solvent oil is left in the finished product of the waterborne aluminum paste; phosphate esters are generally used as surface modifiers. 2. under the stirring state, 20% of coated green red copper gold powder slurry is put into a stainless steel stirring cylinder, after the coated green red copper gold powder slurry is uniformly mixed, 10% of coated aluminum silver slurry is put into the stainless steel stirring cylinder, and stirring is continuously carried out for 1 hour at the speed of 300 r/min by adopting a propeller type dispersion disc;

3. under the stirring state, continuously adding 2 percent by mass of organic red pigment nano color paste, 5 percent by mass of organic permanent yellow nano color paste and 8 percent by mass of carbon black nano color paste, and continuously stirring for 10 minutes;

4. adding 37.9 percent by mass of modified aqueous acrylic resin liquid under the stirring state, and stirring for 30 minutes at the speed of 500 revolutions per minute;

5. and taking a small amount of prepared gold and silver ink for inspection, scraping the sample, carrying out color comparison, measuring viscosity and pH value, filtering after the gold and silver ink is qualified, packaging and warehousing.

3. under the stirring state, continuously adding 2 percent by mass of organic red pigment nano color paste, 5 percent by mass of organic permanent yellow nano color paste and 8 percent by mass of carbon black nano color paste, and continuously stirring for 10 minutes;

4. adding 25% of modified water-based acrylic resin liquid by mass fraction under stirring, and stirring at the speed of 500 revolutions per minute for 30 minutes;

5. and taking a small amount of prepared gold and silver ink for inspection, scraping the sample, carrying out color comparison, measuring viscosity and pH value, filtering after the gold and silver ink is qualified, packaging and warehousing.

The invention is suitable for printing aluminum-plated gold-silver card paper, aluminum-foil paper, card paper and coated paper on a high-speed gravure printing machine for cigarette packaging and food packaging with the speed of 220-.
