8. A process for preparing an inkjet solvent medium according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by the steps of:

(1) preparing an ink-jet solvent medium: adding the solvent environment-friendly cocoate, the flatting agent, the humectant, the lubricant, the surfactant and the deionized diluent in the weight fractions into a constant-temperature reaction kettle for 50-70 minutes to obtain an ink-jet solvent medium, wherein the temperature in the constant-temperature reaction kettle is 65-75 ℃;

(2) closing the reaction kettle: cooling the constant-temperature reaction kettle in the step (1), and adjusting the pressure in the constant-temperature reaction kettle to be normal pressure;

The ink-jet solvent medium is an ink medium required by an ink-jet printer, the performance requirement of the ink-jet solvent medium is fully compatible with organic alcohol compounds and water, meanwhile, pH value does not corrode a metal spray head, the influence of surface tension, static resistance and the like on the ink-jet solvent medium does not block the spray head in the production process, and in order to ensure the stable quality of products, the ink-jet solvent medium with good moisture retention, lubricity, viscosity, frost resistance and fluidity needs to be designed.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an ink-jet solvent medium and a preparation method thereof.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

A method for preparing the ink-jet solvent medium comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing an ink-jet solvent medium: adding the solvent environment-friendly cocoate 1, the flatting agent, the humectant, the lubricant, the surfactant and the deionized diluent into a constant-temperature reaction kettle according to the weight fraction for 50-70 minutes to obtain an ink-jet solvent medium, wherein the temperature in the constant-temperature reaction kettle is 65-75 ℃;

(2) closing the reaction kettle: cooling the constant-temperature reaction kettle in the step (1), and adjusting the pressure in the constant-temperature reaction kettle to be normal pressure;

(3) filtering the inkjet solvent medium: and (3) filtering the ink-jet solvent medium prepared in the constant-temperature reaction kettle in the step (2) through a filter element with the filtering precision of 500nm, and collecting filtrate to obtain an ink-jet solvent medium finished product.

Example 5: an ink-jet solvent medium is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45% of solvent environment-friendly cocoate, 5% of leveling agent, 1% of humectant, 10% of lubricant, 5% of surfactant and 35% of deionized diluent.

In the step (1), the constant temperature reaction temperature in the constant temperature reaction kettle is 75 ℃, the operation time is 70 minutes, the rotating speed is 15 revolutions per minute, and the pressure in the constant temperature reaction kettle is 4kg.f/cm2. And (3) testing the freezing resistance: 50g of each of the inkjet solvent media prepared in examples 1 to 5 was placed in an environment at-50 ℃ for 24 hours, and no icing occurred.

And (3) viscosity testing: the inkjet solvent media prepared in examples 1 to 5 were each subjected to a viscosity test using a viscosity tester, wherein the inkjet solvent media prepared in examples 1 to 5 had viscosities of 11.9mpa.s, 12.2mpa.s, 11.5mpa.s and 12.5mpa.s, respectively, and the viscosity average value was 12 mpa.s.

All ranges in this application, including ranges for parts by weight of the starting materials and ranges for production parameters, etc., include both end values.
