As shown in fig. 2, in the above embodiment, specifically, the drying and tilting protection frame structure 7 includes an installation outer frame 71, a stainless steel mesh plate 72, a blower 73, a red copper electric heating tube 74, a slot 75, a side installation plate 76 and a tilting prevention roller 77, wherein the installation outer frame 71 is installed on the right side of the upper part of the L-shaped frame 1 by bolts; the stainless steel screen plate 72 is arranged at the top of the mounting outer frame 71 through bolts; the blower 73 is arranged at the inner side of the mounting outer frame 71, and the blower 73 is arranged at the lower part of the stainless steel mesh plate 72 by screws; the red copper electric heating tube 74 is mounted at the middle position of the inner side of the mounting outer frame 71 through screws; the slots 75 are arranged at the left side and the right side of the lower part of the mounting outer frame 71; the side mounting plate 76 is mounted on the left side of the mounting outer frame 71 through bolts; the proof warp roller 77 coupling in the inboard lower part of side mounting panel 76, can avoid playing the function of sheltering from the leather of leading out to the left side in installation frame 71 when using, can avoid the leather to upwards perk after leading out from installation frame 71 left side simultaneously, and then can play the tight function in top to it.

Principle of operation

In the working process of the invention, firstly, a fixed inserting plate 124 is inserted into the inner side of an L-shaped inserting frame 123 according to requirements, then the length of a transverse inserting plate 131 inserted in the transverse inserting frame 125 is adjusted according to requirements, a tightening bolt 126 is screwed from the connecting part of the transverse inserting frame 125 and the transverse inserting plate 131 after the adjustment is finished, then the transverse inserting plate 131 is fixed, a universal wheel 136 moves on the ground when the position of the transverse inserting plate 131 is adjusted, when in use, leather is placed on the right side of the upper part of a conveying belt 6, meanwhile, the conveying belt 6 is driven by a conveying motor 5 through a driving roller 4 to rotate on the outer side of a rotating roller 3 so as to convey the leather to the left side, meanwhile, air heated by a red copper electric heating pipe 74 is used for heating the leather by a blower 73, then the dried leather is extruded through an anti-warping roller 77, and then the leather is tightened through a fixed roller 8 and, meanwhile, the leather on the upper side of the fixed roller 8 is pressed and flattened by the pressing roller 118 under the action of the pressing spring 116 so as to play a role of buffering when the leather is pressed tightly, and then the leather is led out to the left side from the upper part of the transverse inserting frame 125 and stored on the upper part of the transverse inserting frame 125 and the upper part of the transverse inserting plate 131 so as to be convenient for a user to take and place the leather.
