4. A method of preparing the thickener of claim 1, comprising the steps of:

uniformly mixing 90-100 parts of acrylic acid, 25-40 parts of acrylamide and 5-10 parts of dehydrated castor oil fatty acid; dropwise adding 140-160 parts of 20% ammonia water, adjusting the pH value to 6-7, and then adding 80-100 parts of deionized water to obtain a neutralized liquid;

step two, after 20-40 parts of sorbitan monooleate, 40-60 parts of kerosene and 50-100 parts of hydrocracked mineral oil are fully mixed, adding the neutralization solution obtained in the step one and fully mixing;

step three, adding 0.2-0.4 part of sodium persulfate into the mixed solution obtained in the step two, heating the mixed solution to 50-60 ℃, then adding 5-10 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and 5-10 parts of methacrylamide propyl dimethylamine, stirring and filtering to obtain a mixed solution of a component A;

step four, adding 20-40 parts of etherified cross-linked starch into 2-7 parts of 10% ferrous sulfate aqueous solution, uniformly stirring, slowly dropwise adding 0.1-1 part of 30% hydrogen peroxide and 40-80 parts of acrylic acid, stirring for 30min, heating to 30-45 ℃, maintaining for 30min, and cooling to room temperature;

step five, adding 1-5 parts of xanthan gum, 0.1-3 parts of polyethylene glycol and 5-15 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose into the mixed solution obtained in the step four, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution of a component B;

step six: and fully mixing the component A mixed solution and the component B mixed solution to obtain the thickening agent.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a thickening agent and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Generally, in the printing and dyeing process, the quality of the printing and dyeing dye needs to be improved by adding a thickening agent, and the viscosity of the printing and dyeing dye is improved, so that the dye is better attached to the surface of a textile in the printing process. The existing thickening agents are mainly divided into two categories, namely natural thickening agents and chemical thickening agents, wherein the natural thickening agents are non-toxic and good in printing effect, but poor in stability and easy to degrade; after the chemical thickening agent is used, the printed fabric is washed by water to generate a large amount of printing and dyeing wastewater which is difficult to treat, and the environment is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a thickening agent and a preparation method thereof, and aims to combine the advantages of natural and chemical thickening agents, improve the paste forming rate and reduce the pollution to the environment.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is to design a thickening agent which comprises the following components in parts by mass:

acrylic acid: 90-100 parts of a solvent;

acrylamide: 25-40 parts;

dehydrated castor oil fatty acids: 5-10 parts;

20% ammonia water: 140-160 parts;

80-100 parts of deionized water;

20-40 parts of sorbitan monooleate;

kerosene: 40-60 parts;

hydrocracking mineral oil: 50-100 parts;

0.2-0.4 part of sodium persulfate;

5-10 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether;

5-10 parts of methacrylamide propyl dimethylamine;

and (B) component:

20-40 parts of etherified cross-linked starch;

2-7 parts of 10% ferrous sulfate aqueous solution;

0.1-1 part of 30% hydrogen peroxide;

acrylic acid: 40-80 parts;

1-5 parts of xanthan gum;

0.1-3 parts of polyethylene glycol;

5-15 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose.

A preparation method of the thickening agent comprises the following steps:

uniformly mixing 90-100 parts of acrylic acid, 25-40 parts of acrylamide and 5-10 parts of dehydrated castor oil fatty acid; dropwise adding 140-160 parts of 20% ammonia water, adjusting the pH value to 6-7, and then adding 80-100 parts of deionized water to obtain a neutralized liquid;

step two, after 20-40 parts of sorbitan monooleate, 40-60 parts of kerosene and 50-100 parts of hydrocracked mineral oil are fully mixed, adding the neutralization solution obtained in the step one and fully mixing;

step three, adding 0.2-0.4 part of sodium persulfate into the mixed solution obtained in the step two, heating the mixed solution to 50-60 ℃, then adding 5-10 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and 5-10 parts of methacrylamide propyl dimethylamine, stirring and filtering to obtain a mixed solution of a component A;

step four, adding 20-40 parts of etherified cross-linked starch into 2-7 parts of 10% ferrous sulfate aqueous solution, uniformly stirring, slowly dropwise adding 0.1-1 part of 30% hydrogen peroxide and 40-80 parts of acrylic acid, stirring for 30min, heating to 30-45 ℃, maintaining for 30min, and cooling to room temperature;

step five, adding 1-5 parts of xanthan gum, 0.1-3 parts of polyethylene glycol and 5-15 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose into the mixed solution obtained in the step four, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution of a component B;

step six: and fully mixing the component A mixed solution and the component B mixed solution to obtain the thickening agent.

The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that: the thickener and the preparation method thereof combine the advantages of natural thickeners and chemical thickeners, improve the paste forming speed and reduce the pollution to the environment.

Detailed Description

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to examples. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.

Example 1:

a thickening agent comprises the following components in parts by weight:

acrylic acid: 90 parts of a mixture;

acrylamide: 25 parts of (1);

dehydrated castor oil fatty acids: 5 parts of a mixture;

20% ammonia water: 140-160 parts;

80 parts of deionized water;

20 parts of sorbitan monooleate;

kerosene: 40 parts of a mixture;

hydrocracking mineral oil: 50 parts of a mixture;

0.2 part of sodium persulfate;

5 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether;

5 parts of methacrylamide propyl dimethylamine;

and (B) component:

20 parts of etherified cross-linked starch;

2 parts of 10% ferrous sulfate aqueous solution;

0.1 part of 30 percent hydrogen peroxide;

acrylic acid: 40 parts of a mixture;

1 part of xanthan gum;

0.1 part of polyethylene glycol;

5 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose.

A preparation method of the thickening agent comprises the following steps:

step one, uniformly mixing 90 parts of acrylic acid, 25 parts of acrylamide and 5 parts of dehydrated castor oil fatty acid; dropwise adding 20% ammonia water, adjusting the pH value to 6-7, and then adding 80 parts of deionized water to obtain a neutralized solution;

step two, after 20 parts of sorbitan monooleate, 40 parts of kerosene and 50 parts of hydrocracked mineral oil are fully mixed, adding the neutralization solution obtained in the step one and fully mixing;

step three, adding 0.2 part of sodium persulfate into the mixed solution obtained in the step two, heating the mixed solution to 50-60 ℃, then adding 5 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and 5 parts of methacrylamide propyl dimethylamine, stirring and filtering to obtain a mixed solution of a component A;

step four, adding 20 parts of etherified cross-linked starch into 2 parts of 10% ferrous sulfate aqueous solution, uniformly stirring, slowly dropwise adding 0.1 part of 30% hydrogen peroxide and 40 parts of acrylic acid, stirring for 30min, heating to 30-45 ℃, keeping for 30min, and cooling to room temperature;

step five, adding 1 part of xanthan gum, 0.1 part of polyethylene glycol and 5 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose into the mixed solution obtained in the step four, and uniformly stirring to obtain a component B mixed solution;

step six: and fully mixing the component A mixed solution and the component B mixed solution to obtain the thickening agent.

Example 2:

a thickening agent comprises the following components in parts by weight:

0.4 part of sodium persulfate;

10 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether;

10 parts of methacrylamide propyl dimethylamine;

and (B) component:

40 parts of etherified cross-linked starch;

7 parts of 10% ferrous sulfate aqueous solution;

1 part of 30% hydrogen peroxide;

acrylic acid: 80 parts of a mixture;

5 parts of xanthan gum;

3 parts of polyethylene glycol;

15 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose.

A preparation method of the thickening agent comprises the following steps:

step one, uniformly mixing 100 parts of acrylic acid, 40 parts of acrylamide and 10 parts of dehydrated castor oil fatty acid; dropwise adding 20% ammonia water, adjusting the pH value to 6-7, and then adding 100 parts of deionized water to obtain a neutralized solution;

step two, after 40 parts of sorbitan monooleate, 60 parts of kerosene and 100 parts of hydrocracked mineral oil are fully mixed, adding the neutralization solution obtained in the step one and fully mixing;

step three, adding 0.4 part of sodium persulfate into the mixed solution obtained in the step two, heating the mixed solution to 50-60 ℃, then adding 10 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and 10 parts of methacrylamide propyl dimethylamine, stirring and filtering to obtain a mixed solution of a component A;

step four, adding 40 parts of etherified cross-linked starch into 7 parts of 10% ferrous sulfate aqueous solution, uniformly stirring, slowly dropwise adding 1 part of 30% hydrogen peroxide and 80 parts of acrylic acid, stirring for 30min, then heating to 30-45 ℃, maintaining for 30min, and cooling to room temperature;

step five, adding 5 parts of xanthan gum, 3 parts of polyethylene glycol and 15 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose into the mixed solution obtained in the step four, and uniformly stirring to obtain a component B mixed solution;

step six: and fully mixing the component A mixed solution and the component B mixed solution to obtain the thickening agent.
