Background

However, since a construction joint is generated after the post-cast strip is arranged, there is a certain hidden danger of water seepage caused by the post-cast strip, and therefore, the problems need to be solved by improving the anti-seepage measures when the post-cast strip is arranged on the existing foundation.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a waterproof construction method for an outer wall post-cast strip, which has the advantages of good anti-seepage performance, simple and convenient construction, construction cost saving and construction speed acceleration.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a waterproof construction method for an outer wall post-cast strip comprises the steps of firstly reserving the post-cast strip when a reinforced concrete structure outer wall of a basement is constructed, reserving an extension part on the outer side of the post-cast strip, enabling the extension part to extend out of the outer side surface of the reinforced concrete structure outer wall, then placing a water-stop steel plate at the junction of the reinforced concrete structure outer wall and the post-cast strip, pouring the post-cast strip together with the extension part when the post-cast strip is poured, and then performing outer wall anti-seepage construction.

In the method, the distance between the extension part and the outer side surface of the outer wall of the reinforced concrete structure is 100 mm.

Referring to fig. 2, during the anti-seepage construction of the outer wall of the non-post-cast strip area, after the structure is formed, two waterproof rolls are laid, wherein the first roll is a double-sided self-adhesive high polymer waterproof roll 2, and the second roll is a single-sided self-adhesive high polymer waterproof roll 3; and after the two waterproof rolls are paved, constructing a cement mortar brick protective layer 4, and finally backfilling backfill 5.

Referring to fig. 3, when the anti-seepage construction of the outer wall of the post-construction pouring zone is carried out, firstly, a brick protective layer 4 is constructed, then, the outer side is plastered 6, after the plastering 6 is finished, two waterproof rolls are paved, the first waterproof roll is a double-sided self-adhesive high polymer waterproof roll 2, the second waterproof roll is a single-sided self-adhesive high polymer waterproof roll 3, the waterproof rolls are paved continuously with the post-construction pouring zone in the non-post-construction pouring zone, after the paving of the rolls is finished, a cement mortar brick protective layer 4 is constructed, and finally, backfill 5 is backfilled.

Above-mentioned two-sided self-adhesion polymer waterproofing membrane 2 and single-sided self-adhesion polymer waterproofing membrane 3 are 1.5mm thick, and cement mortar brick protective layer 4 is 120 thick 1: 3, a cement mortar brick protective layer.
