1. An all-metal soluble ball seat is characterized by comprising a cone made of soluble metal, a metal sleeve, slips and a lower joint,

the outer surface of the cone is a conical surface, and a hollow channel is axially arranged in the cone;

the metal sleeve is sleeved on the cone and is installed at one end close to the cone bottom of the cone, and the inner surface of the metal sleeve is an inner conical surface matched with the outer conical surface of the cone;

the slip is of an integrated structure and is sleeved on the cone, one end of the slip is abutted to the metal sleeve, the other end of the slip is connected with the lower connector, and the inner surface of the slip is an inner conical surface matched with the outer conical surface of the cone;

2. An all-metal soluble ball seat according to claim 1, wherein the metal sleeve and slips are each made of a high elongation metal, the high elongation metal being a metal having an elongation of between 16% and 35%.

3. An all-metal soluble ball seat according to claim 2, wherein said high elongation metal is a magnesium alloy.

4. An all metal soluble ball seat according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the slip comprises a slip body of integrally formed cylindrical configuration of varying internal diameter.

5. An all-metal soluble ball seat according to claim 4, wherein a plurality of slip tooth grooves are formed in the slip body, and one slip tooth is formed in each slip tooth groove.

6. An all-metal soluble ball seat according to claim 5, wherein the number of slip gullets is greater than or equal to 12, and all slip gullets are uniformly distributed on the slip body.

7. An all-metal soluble ball seat according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said metal sleeve is provided with at least one ring of outwardly protruding metal rings, said metal rings being used for auxiliary sealing.

8. An all metal soluble ball seat according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein at least two slips are provided on the cone, all of the slips being arranged axially of the cone with abutment between adjacent slips.

9. An all-metal soluble ball seat according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the outer surfaces of the metal sleeve and the slips are planar in radial cross-section.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a ball seat, in particular to an all-metal soluble ball seat.

Background

The soluble ball seat is widely applied to plugging of deep gas wells, and provides guarantee for successful implementation of process technologies such as upward return testing, fracturing modification and the like. As shown in fig. 1-2, the existing soluble ball seat includes a cone 5 and a lower joint 1 which are matched, a rubber cylinder 4 and a slip 2 are arranged between the cone 5 and the lower joint 1, and in order to meet the sealing requirement, a baffle ring 3 or a composite sheet is also required to be arranged between the rubber cylinder 4 and the slip 2, but in specific construction, the existing soluble ball seat is found to have the following disadvantages:

(1) most of the existing soluble ball seats adopt a rubber cylinder 4 as a sealing component, and have the defects of large volume, high dissolving condition, difficult complete dissolution, well shaft blockage caused frequently in the later construction period and influence on oil production of an oil well; the rubber cylinder has the flowing characteristic, and the sealing effect is not ideal;

(2) the slips 2 of current soluble ball seat is mostly hooped by a plurality of slips piece 21 and becomes, and two adjacent slips pieces 21 interconnect, and preset the kerf 22, and not only the structure is complicated, and processing difficulty, and at the in-process that goes into the well, the slips piece takes place to damage easily, influences anchoring performance.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide an all-metal soluble ball seat.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

an all-metal soluble ball seat comprises a cone, a metal sleeve, slips and a lower joint which are made of soluble metal, wherein the soluble metal comprises magnesium alloy, aluminum alloy and magnesium-aluminum alloy, and other alloys which can reach the melting standard can also be adopted.

The outer surface of the cone is a conical surface, and a hollow channel is axially arranged in the cone;

the metal sleeve is sleeved on the cone and is installed at one end close to the cone bottom of the cone, and the inner surface of the metal sleeve is an inner conical surface matched with the outer conical surface of the cone;

the slip is of an integrated structure and is sleeved on the cone, one end of the slip is abutted to the metal sleeve, the other end of the slip is connected with the lower connector, and the inner surface of the slip is an inner conical surface matched with the outer conical surface of the cone;

the lower joint is arranged at one end close to the cone top of the cone.

The invention adopts the metal sleeve for sealing, solves the defects of large volume and high dissolution condition of the rubber cylinder, has the advantages of good dissolution performance and difficult blockage of the shaft, has better sealing performance compared with the rubber cylinder, and ensures the successful implementation of the process technologies such as upward return test, fracturing reformation and the like. Furthermore, the slip is of an integrated structure, a plurality of slip pieces and cutting seams are not required to be arranged, the structure of the slip is greatly simplified, the overall length of the ball seat is greatly reduced, the integrated slip has the advantages of simple structure and convenience in processing, the integrated slip is not easy to damage in the process of going into a well, and the anchoring performance is improved. Finally, because the slips adopted by the invention are of an integrated structure, a baffle ring or a composite sheet does not need to be arranged between the metal sleeve and the slips, the sealing can be realized after the baffle ring or the composite sheet is cancelled, the structure of the ball seat is greatly simplified, the whole length of the ball seat is greatly reduced, the processing is very convenient, and the processing efficiency can be greatly improved.

Preferably, the metal sleeve and the slips are both made of high elongation metal, which refers to metal with an elongation of between 16% and 35%. Because the invention adopts high elongation metal, the metal sleeve and the slips can generate enough deformation, thereby realizing the sealing and anchoring of the ball seat.

Preferably, the high elongation metal is a magnesium alloy, or other soluble metals that can reach this elongation range.

Preferably, the slips comprise a slip body, and the slip body is an integrally formed cylinder structure with a variable inner diameter. Compared with the existing slip structure formed by hooping a plurality of slip sheets, the slip disclosed by the invention adopts an integrally formed cylindrical structure, so that the structure is simpler and the processing is more convenient.

Preferably, a plurality of slip tooth grooves are formed in the slip body, and each slip tooth groove is provided with one slip tooth.

Preferably, the number of the slip tooth grooves is greater than or equal to 12, and all the slip tooth grooves are uniformly distributed on the slip body. The number of the slip teeth can be changed according to the stress and the design requirement.

Preferably, the metal sleeve is provided with at least one circle of convex metal ring, and the metal ring is used for auxiliary sealing.

Preferably, at least two slips are arranged on the cone, all the slips are arranged along the axial direction of the cone, and the adjacent two slips are abutted. The number of slips can vary depending on the force and design requirements.

Preferably, the outer surfaces of the metal sleeve and the slips are planar in radial cross section, and are in contact with a well bore, so that sealing and anchoring effects are achieved.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the invention adopts the metal sleeve for sealing, solves the defects of large volume and high dissolution condition of the rubber cylinder, has the advantages of good dissolution performance and difficult blockage of the shaft, has better sealing performance compared with the rubber cylinder, and ensures the successful implementation of the process technologies such as upward return test, fracturing reformation and the like.

(2) The slip is of an integrated structure, a plurality of slip pieces and cutting seams are not required to be arranged, the structure of the slip is greatly simplified, the overall length of the ball seat is greatly reduced, the slip has the advantages of simple structure and convenience in processing, the integrated slip is not easy to damage in the process of going into the well, and the anchoring performance is improved.

(3) Because the slips adopted by the invention are of an integrated structure, a baffle ring or a composite sheet does not need to be arranged between the metal sleeve and the slips, and the sealing can be realized after the baffle ring or the composite sheet is cancelled, so that the structure of the ball seat is greatly simplified, the whole length of the ball seat is greatly reduced, the processing is very convenient, and the processing efficiency can be greatly improved.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to test examples and specific embodiments. It should be understood that the scope of the above-described subject matter is not limited to the following examples, and any techniques implemented based on the disclosure of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 3 to 4, an all-metal soluble ball seat includes a cone 4 made of soluble metal, a metal sleeve 3, slips 2 and a lower joint 1.

The outer surface of the cone 4 is a conical surface, the end with the larger diameter of the cone 4 is a cone bottom, and the end with the smaller diameter of the cone 4 is a cone top. The cone 4 is internally provided with a hollow channel along the axial direction, and the hollow channel is used for being matched with a setting tool.

The metal sleeve 3 is sleeved on the cone 4 and is arranged at one end close to the cone bottom of the cone 4. The inner surface of the metal sleeve 3 is an inner conical surface matched with the outer conical surface of the cone 4, and the radial section of the outer surface of the metal sleeve 3 is a plane. The metal sleeve 3 is made of a high-elongation metal, which means a metal having an elongation of 16% to 35%, and as a preferred embodiment, the high-elongation metal is a magnesium alloy. In a preferred embodiment, the metal sleeve 3 is provided with at least one ring of outwardly protruding metal rings, which are used for assisting sealing.

Slips 2 formula structure as an organic whole, the cover is established on cone 4, slips 2 one end with 3 butt of metal sleeve, slips 2 the other end with lower clutch 1 welded connection. The slips 2 are also made of a high elongation metal, which refers to a metal with an elongation of between 16% and 35%, and as a preferred embodiment, the high elongation metal is a magnesium alloy.

As shown in fig. 5-7, the slip 2 includes a slip body, the slip body is an integrally formed cylindrical structure with a variable inner diameter, the inner surface of the slip body is an inner conical surface adapted to the outer conical surface of the cone 4, and the radial cross section of the outer surface of the slip body is a plane. The slip body is provided with more than or equal to 12 slip tooth grooves, all the slip tooth grooves are uniformly distributed on the slip body, and each slip tooth groove is provided with one slip tooth 21.

In a preferred embodiment, two slips 2 are provided on the cone 4, the two slips 2 are arranged along the axial direction of the cone 4, and the two slips 2 are abutted against each other.

The lower joint 1 is arranged at one end close to the conical top of the cone 4, and the lower joint 1 is used for being matched with a setting tool.

When the tool is used, the tool is matched with a setting tool, the setting tool is connected with the lower joint 1, the setting tool is used for placing a ball seat at a corresponding position of a to-be-plugged well shaft, the setting tool pulls the lower joint 1 to enable the lower joint 1 and the cone 4 to generate relative displacement, so that the metal sleeve 3 and the slips 2 are deformed due to extrusion, the outer wall of the metal sleeve 3 is in contact with the inside of the well shaft to realize sealing, and the slips 2 are greatly deformed or broken to be anchored on the inside of the well shaft. When the thrust of the seat sealing tool reaches a certain value, the seat sealing tool and the lower connector 1 fall off, the seat sealing tool is taken out, a soluble metal sealing ball is put in, and the hollow channel is sealed, so that the whole seat sealing process is completed.

The above embodiments are only used for illustrating the invention and not for limiting the technical solutions described in the invention, and although the present invention has been described in detail in the present specification with reference to the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and therefore, any modification or equivalent replacement of the present invention is made; all such modifications and variations are intended to be included herein within the scope of this disclosure and the appended claims.
