Background

The portable cold source is used for low-temperature maintenance under the cold chain-free support condition and the field condition, and is widely applied to scenes such as fresh transportation, medical rescue and the like. From the requirement of a typical scene, the design of the portable cold source mainly focuses on the technical performances such as the cold accumulation amount and the minimum stable temperature of unit weight, and the application performances such as the supercooling protection and the starting mode.

The existing portable cold source can be classified into a non-supported type such as a charging refrigerator and the like, and a supported type such as an ice bag, an ice salt bath and a small-sized plug-in refrigerator and the like.

The charging refrigerator adopts modes of electrically-driven semiconductor refrigeration and the like, has compact structure and reliable operation, but is limited by the conversion efficiency of semiconductor devices, and the deep refrigeration and long-time refrigeration capacity of the technology needs to be improved.

The ice bag is internally provided with a cold accumulation working medium, can provide low temperature conditions within a certain time after being pre-frozen, and is widely applied to the industries of medical treatment and treatment, fresh logistics and the like. Ice bags are generally classified into water-based conventional ice bags and multi-component chemical ice bags. The water-based traditional ice bag provides a low-temperature condition through phase change heat absorption of ice blocks, and the multi-component chemical ice bag takes compound aqueous solutions such as inorganic salt, high polymer gel and the like as working media, has good cold storage capacity and refrigeration capacity, but needs to be filled with a water medium or be wholly soaked in water before use.

The ice salt bath adopts phase change heat absorption refrigeration of ice and inorganic salt mixtures such as ammonium chloride, sodium chloride and the like, and has good deep refrigeration capacity and high cold storage capacity; ice blocks or ice particles need to be prepared before use, although the ice blocks or ice particles have a deep refrigeration function under a low-temperature condition, the ice blocks or ice particles are easy to supercool, and the requirements on guarantee conditions and field allocation technology are high.

The small-sized plug-in refrigerator can provide a long-time adjustable low-temperature condition for the transportation link and temporary storage requirements of pharmaceutical preparations, biological samples and the like, but has the advantages of small content space, limited application scene, incapability of independent operation without a power supply support, and high manufacturing cost and operation cost.

Although the portable cold source has various types, the portable cold source cannot meet the requirements of field refrigeration and deep cooling slow release in the field under the non-guaranteed scene.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the existing portable cold source device cannot meet the comprehensive requirements of field refrigeration, deep cooling slow release and the like in the field without guarantee scene, and provides a deep cooling slow release portable cold source device with supercooling protection and a using method thereof.

The extrusion and the rotation can be completed manually, and the device belongs to the conventional operation of personnel; the chemical reaction between liquid water and ammonium chloride and barium hydroxide, and the phase change of the reaction product of the chemical reaction under the action of sodium chloride are common knowledge in the industry.
