Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the sulfur hexafluoride gas pressure change in the switch body.

The application publication number is CN109830399A, and the application publication date is 2019, 05 and 31, Chinese invention patent application discloses a low-pressure locking device and a sulfur hexafluoride switch using the same. Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a low-pressure locking device, which is used for solving the problems that in the prior art, operation and maintenance personnel cannot conveniently search a circuit breaker corresponding to the locking device which is locked, and the problem that the hidden trouble of a line fault cannot be handled and eliminated in time.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a torsion spring 5 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 3, a torsion fitting member 4 is assembled on the rotating shaft 3 at a position above the torsion spring 5, the torsion fitting member 4 comprises a transverse arm and a vertical arm which are arranged in an L shape, the transverse arm is used for being in rotation stop fit with the rotating shaft 3, the vertical arm is used for being in stop fit with one end of the torsion spring 5 along the tangential direction of the torsion spring 5, the other end of the torsion spring 5 is in stop fit on the breaker main body along the tangential direction of the torsion spring 5, and the torsion spring 5 constitutes an indicator return spring. The torsion fitting 4 can enable the rotating shaft 3 to avoid the locking shaft 1 in the axial direction and the radial direction, and interference with a manual operating mechanism of the pole-mounted circuit breaker for controlling opening and closing operations is avoided.

The rotating shaft limiting arm 2 comprises a horizontal mounting part for connecting with the rotating shaft 3, a horizontal stopping part for stopping and matching with the outer peripheral surface of the locking shaft and a vertical connecting part for connecting the horizontal mounting part and the locking shaft stopping part together, the horizontal stopping part is provided with a stopping bulge for stopping on the outer peripheral surface of the locking shaft, and the rotating shaft limiting arm 2 has a releasing position and a stopping position on a rotating stroke rotating along with the rotating shaft 3; when the rotating shaft limiting arm 2 is in the stopping position, the torsion spring 5 and the torsion fitting piece 4 are matched to apply elastic resetting force to the rotating shaft 3 to drive the rotating shaft limiting arm 2 to rotate from the stopping position to the releasing position. When the locking shaft 1 is in the unlocking position, the outer peripheral surface of the locking shaft 1 blocks the rotating shaft limiting arm 2, so that the rotating shaft limiting arm 2 cannot rotate under the action of the elastic reset force, namely, the locking shaft 1 in the unlocking position blocks the rotating shaft limiting arm 2 in the blocking position. When the air pressure in the air chamber is reduced to be below a set value, the locking shaft 1 is converted from the unlocking position to the locking position, the locking shaft 1 in the locking position moves upwards for a certain distance along the axial direction relative to the locking shaft 1 in the unlocking position, so that the locking shaft 1 in the locking position releases the stop of the rotating shaft limiting arm 2, and the rotating shaft limiting arm 2 passes through the end face of the lower end of the locking shaft 1 and rotates to the releasing position.

As shown in fig. 4, the latching indicator 9 has a latching indicating position protruding out of the circuit breaker main body of the on-pole circuit breaker and a hidden position hidden into the circuit breaker main body over a rotational stroke rotating with the rotational shaft 3; when the rotating shaft limiting arm 2 is in the stopping position, the locking indicator 9 is correspondingly in the hidden position. When the rotating shaft limiting arm 2 rotates from the blocking position to the releasing position, the locking indicator 9 correspondingly rotates from the hidden position to the locking indicating position, namely, the locking indicator 9 can indicate the position of the locking shaft 1, so that whether the on-column circuit breaker corresponding to the locking indicator 9 cannot be switched on or switched off due to too low air pressure is judged.

The breaker main part encloses fender 7 including setting up the flange face below on flange limit, encloses fender 7 and includes the horizontal baffle 72 parallel with the flange face on flange limit and connects the vertical baffle 71 between horizontal baffle 72 and flange limit, is equipped with on the vertical baffle 71 and dodges mouth 73, dodges mouth 73 and is used for dodging the rotation stroke of shutting indicator 9.

In this embodiment, exert elasticity restoring force to axis of rotation 3 through torsional spring 5 and torsion fitting piece 4, in other embodiments, can take other forms, for example, convert the torsional spring into the extension spring, the left side at the circuit breaker main part is fixed to the one end of extension spring, and the other end is fixed on the spacing arm of pivot to the suitable elasticity restoring force of direction is exerted to the spacing arm of pivot.

In this embodiment, the form that pivot installation cover 8 presss from both sides tight flange limit through keeping off platform part and nut 6 is fixed on the circuit breaker main part, and in other embodiments, the pivot installation cover can set up on the circuit breaker main part through other forms, for example, the form that the pivot installation cover adopted the bearing, the outer lane of bearing and the pore wall interference fit of the bearing via hole on the flange limit.

In this embodiment, the position of the locking indicator 9 can be conveniently determined by setting the enclosure 7, and in other embodiments, the enclosure may not be set, for example, the locking indicator is set to be in the shape of a circular disc, different color blocks are set on the circular disc, the locking indicator further includes a pointer connected with the rotation shaft in a rotation stop manner, and the pointer and the circular disc correspond to the color blocks to distinguish whether the locking indicator 9 is in a locking indication position or a hidden position.

In this embodiment, a sealing structure is provided between the rotating shaft mounting sleeve 8 and the flange edge, and a sealing structure is also provided between the rotating shaft mounting sleeve 8 and the rotating shaft 3.

The specific embodiment of the mechanical low-pressure locking device of the present invention is the same as the structure of the mechanical low-pressure locking device in the specific embodiment of the pole-mounted circuit breaker of the present invention, and thus, the detailed description thereof is omitted.
