Technical Field

The present invention relates to a concealed slide fastener semi-finished product, a concealed slide fastener mounting finished product, and a method for manufacturing the concealed slide fastener mounting finished product.

Background

In the prior art of nylon slide fasteners (coil zippers), it is common to sew coil-shaped fastener elements directly on a pair of coupling portions where a fastener tape is separated from the middle, and then sew a fastener chain including the fastener tape and the fastener elements on a fabric. At this time, on the inner surface (surface on the side where the coil-shaped fastener elements are not arranged) of the fastener tape, small convexities and concavities formed by the sewing thread when the fastener elements are sewn appear. In order to prevent the elements of the nylon slide fastener from being seen from the surface of the woven fabric, the pull tab of the slider may be used by being provided on the surface opposite to the tape surface on which the elements are arranged, and this is referred to as an internal use of the slide fastener.

Patent document 1 discloses that a tape of a nylon slide fastener is not sewn but is adhered and attached to a fabric with an adhesive or the like, in addition to a nylon slide fastener used as an inner part (see the embodiments of fig. 3 and 4 of patent document 1). Further, recently, for the purpose of weight reduction of clothes, there is a tendency to thin a fabric blank. Here, when a slide fastener used inside is attached to a thin fabric blank by adhesion as described in patent document 1, irregularities of the sewing thread on the inner surface of the fastener chain described at the beginning are not absorbed by the thin fabric blank, and irregularities are caused on the surface of the fabric, which affects the appearance of the finished product (garment) to which the slide fastener is attached. Further, another problem at this time is that a slider must be prepared for each different blank thickness according to the blank thickness of the fabric. That is, when a slider for opening or closing the fastener elements is attached to the fastener chain, the fastener elements and the fastener tape are inserted into the slider together with the sewn fabric (as described in fig. 10 of patent document 1). As such, when the slider slides relative to the zipper chain, the slider also passes through the fabric. If the size of the fabric passing portion of the slider is not appropriate, the slider does not slide smoothly with respect to the fastener chain due to the thickness of the fabric, and the fabric is also likely to have a slide mark or damage.

Patent document 1 also describes attaching a waterproof coating (woven fabric) to a concealed slide fastener (see the relevant description of fig. 2, 9a, and 9b of patent document 1). However, as described in the conventional concealed slide fastener of patent document 1, patent document 1 also has the following problems. That is, in general, the waterproof coating layer and the adhesive layer thereof are cut into a shape conforming to the pair of right and left fastener tapes, and the cut sheets are attached to the pair of right and left fastener tapes, respectively, and at the time of the attachment, the attachment is performed while adjusting an appropriate width in which the slider can move between the right and left fastener tapes, and therefore, the processing is costly and time consuming.

Detailed Description

Fig. 1 is an explanatory view of a concealed slide fastener semi-finished product 100 of a first embodiment of the present invention. The semi-finished product means an article that is not completed as a complete product of the slide fastener but can be distributed as a product on the market as it is. Specifically, the concealed type fastener stringer 100 is not mounted with a slider. Fig. 2 is an explanatory view of a concealed slide fastener mounted product 50 obtained by applying the concealed slide fastener semi-finished product 100 of fig. 1. In this embodiment, the concealed slide fastener semi-finished product 100 shown in fig. 1 can be mounted on the fabric 60, the middle partition portion is cut, and the slider 130 is mounted, thereby constituting the concealed slide fastener mounted product 50 shown in fig. 2, but not limited to this use.

In the present invention, the fabric 60 includes, of course, a cloth and a knitted fabric, but is not limited thereto, and is defined by a broad term including a material used for clothes and bags, a material used for other raincoats (rain coats), a material such as a nonwoven fabric or a resin sheet, or a laminated member thereof.

First, the concealed type fastener stringer 100 of the present embodiment will be described. As shown in fig. 1, the concealed slide fastener semi-finished product 100 includes a pair of fastener stringers 110 and an adhesive layer 120. The fastener chain 110 has a pair of fastener tapes 112 and fastener elements 114. The fastener elements 114 are disposed on an inner surface 112a of the fastener tape 112, and the adhesive layer 120 is disposed on an outer surface 112b of the fastener tape 112.

In detail, in the present embodiment, the fastener tape 112 is a strip-shaped band-like structure in a long strip shape, and the pair of fastener tapes 112 further have a pair of folded-back portions 112c separated from the middle. The fastener tape 112 of the present embodiment is further folded inward of the inner surface 112a at the folded-back portion 112c, and forms an edge portion 112d folded back and extending inward of the inner surface 112a, that is, the fastener tape 112 has an edge portion 112d folded in a U-shape toward the inner surface 112 a. The coupling element 114 is disposed on the edge 112d and is accordingly spaced apart from the adhesive layer 120 disposed on the outer surface 112 b.

On the other hand, the element 114 in the present embodiment is a coil-shaped element, that is, the element 114 assumes a coil shape and is disposed on the inner face 112a of the fastener tape 112 without being exposed from the outer face 112b of the fastener tape 112. In this way, the coil-shaped element as the element 114 is sewn and attached to the inwardly bent edge 112d by the sewing thread 150.

Specifically, in general zipper technology, the fastener elements are generally sewn directly to the coupling portions of the zipper tapes. In the joining technique using no sewing, for example, in the case of attaching a fastener chain to a fabric via an adhesive layer, a sewing thread sewing the fastener elements to the fastener tape causes unevenness of the fabric. In contrast, in the present embodiment, the fastener element 114 is sewn to the edge 112d of the fastener tape 112 bent in a U shape, and the fastener element 114 and the sewing thread 150 are positioned on the inner surface 112a of the fastener tape 112 and further apart from the adhesive layer 120 disposed on the outer surface 112 b. In this way, the sewing thread 150 does not pass through the outer surface 112b of the fastener tape 112, and the adhesive layer 120 can be arranged more evenly on the outer surface 112b of the fastener tape 112, that is, the sewing thread 150 does not interfere with the arrangement of the adhesive layer 120. Further, in the case where the concealed slide fastener semi-finished product 100 is attached to the inner surface 60a of the fabric 60 by the adhesive layer 120 as shown in fig. 2, the sewing thread 150 is located on the inwardly bent edge portion 112d, and even if a thin material or a material having light transmittance is used for the fabric 60, the presence of the sewing thread 150 is not visually perceived from the outside of the fabric 60.

As shown in fig. 1, the adhesive layer 120 is attached as one sheet-like member to the outer faces 112b of the pair of fastener tapes 112. That is, the adhesive layer 120 is continuously attached to the outer faces 112b of the pair of fastener tapes 112. Thus, the adhesive layer 120 is attached so as to cover the portion where the folded portions 112c of the pair of fastener stringers 110 are in contact with each other in a state where the pair of fastener stringers 110 are engaged. That is, even if the pair of fastener tapes 112 are separated from each other from the folded-back portion 112c, the opposing positions of the pair of fastener tapes 112 are fixed by the adhesive layer 120.

Also, in the case where the concealed type fastener stringer 100 has not been used, the adhesive layer 120, which is a sheet-like member, is protected or does not have adhesiveness. The adhesive layer 120 is protected, that is, the adhesive layer 120 includes an adhesive material disposed on the outer surface 112b of the fastener tape 112 and a release paper covering the adhesive material, and in the case where the concealed slide fastener semi-finished product 100 is not used, the adhesive material as the adhesive layer 120 is protected by the release paper. On the other hand, the adhesive layer 120 having no adhesiveness means that the adhesive layer 120 includes a hot-melt adhesive material disposed on the outer surface 112b of the fastener tape 112, and the hot-melt adhesive material as the adhesive layer 120 has no adhesiveness at room temperature in a case where the concealed slide fastener semi-finished product 100 has not been used. Thus, when the concealed slide fastener stringer 100 is distributed in the market as a merchantable product, it is possible to prevent unintended sticking or a decrease in sticking. Therefore, the invention is not limited to the embodiment of the adhesive layer 120, which can be adjusted according to the requirement.

As shown in fig. 2, concealed slide fastener mounting finish 50 includes fabric 60, concealed slide fastener semi-finished product 100, slider 130, and upper plate member 140. The fabric 60 has a cut-away central partition portion 62, and the concealed type fastener stringer 100 is attached to the inner face 60a of the fabric 60 by an adhesive layer 120. The slider 130 of the opening and closing operation fastener chain 110 is attached to the element 114 and positioned on the inner surface 112a of the fastener tape 112, and the upper plate member 140 connected to the slider 130 is positioned on the outer surface 112b of the fastener tape 112. In this manner, in the case of mounting the concealed type fastener stringer 100 to the inner face 60a of the fabric 60 through the adhesive layer 120, the fastener stringer 110, the adhesive layer 120 and the slider 130 are located on the inner face 60a of the fabric 60, and the upper plate member 140 is located on the outer face 60b of the fabric 60 through the middle partition portion 62 on the fabric 60 so that the fabric 60 is located between the slider 130 and the upper plate member 140.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, since the element 114 is sewn to the edge 112d of the fastener tape 112 bent in a U shape, the slider 130 attached to the element 114 is also attached to the edge 112 d. Therefore, the slider 130 penetrates the edge portion 112d of the fastener tape 112 and the element 114 from one end of the fastener chain 110, and further surrounds the edge portion 112d of the fastener tape 112 and the element 114. In this manner, by driving the upper plate member 140 located on the outer surface 60b of the cloth 60, the slider 130 can be slid on the element 114 to open or close the element 114. At this time, the slider 130 passes through the fastener element 114 and the edge 112d of the fastener tape 112, but does not pass through the cloth 60.

The slider 130 and the upper plate member 140 may be connected to each other, attached to the fastener chain 110, or detached from the fastener chain 110. In the process of attaching the slider 130 to the fastener element 114, the slider 130 penetrates the edge 112d and the fastener element 114 from one end of the fastener chain 110 to be located on the inner surface 112a of the fastener tape 112. In contrast, the upper plate member 140 is located on the outer face 112b of the fastener tape 112.

Still further, the fabric 60 has a central partition portion 62 that is cut. The central partition portion 62 is a cut-open structure having a length preferably not exceeding the length of the fastener chain 110 (including the fastener tape 112 and the fastener elements 114), thereby reducing the possibility that the end of the fastener chain 110 is exposed through the central partition portion 62. In the case where the fastener stringer 110 is attached to the inner face 60a of the cloth 60 by the adhesive layer 120, the fastener stringer 110, the adhesive layer 120 and the slider 130 are located on the inner face 60a of the cloth 60, and the upper plate member 140 is located on the outer face 60b of the cloth 60 by the middle dividing portion 62 on the cloth 60. In this manner, the concealed type fastener semi-finished product 100 (including the fastener stringer 110, the adhesive layer 120) and the slider 130 in the concealed type fastener mounting product 50 are concealed from the inner face 60a of the fabric 60, and only the upper plate member 140 is located on the outer face 60b of the fabric 60, so that the slider 130 is slid on the fastener stringer 110 by pulling or pushing the upper plate member 140.

It can be seen that the concealed zipper semi-finished product 100 of the present embodiment can be used as a stand-alone product and further applied to the fabric 60 to form a concealed zipper mounting finished product 50. The fabric 60 may be, for example, a cloth of a jacket, and the concealed zipper mounting product 50 (for example, a jacket) is formed by cutting and sewing the fabric and the concealed zipper semi-finished product 100, but the invention is not limited thereto. The procedure of mounting the concealed slide fastener semi-finished product 100 on the inner surface 60a of the fabric 60 to form the concealed slide fastener mounting product 50, i.e. the steps of the method for manufacturing the concealed slide fastener mounting product 50, can be referred to fig. 3A to 3D and the following description.

Fig. 3A to 3D are views illustrating states in respective steps of manufacturing in the manufacturing method of the concealed slide fastener attached product 50 to which the concealed slide fastener semi-finished product 100 of fig. 1 is applied. First, as shown in fig. 3A, a step of preparing a concealed type fastener stringer 100 will be described. The concealed type fastener stringer 100 is an article on which a piece of adhesive layer 120 is attached in a state in which a fastener chain 110 is engaged. The slider 130 is not installed.

Next, as shown in fig. 3B, a step of attaching the fastener chain 110 of the concealed slide fastener semi-finished product 100 to the inner surface 60a of the fabric 60 via the adhesive layer 120 will be described. In detail, in the case where the concealed type fastener semi-finished product 100 has not been used, that is, has not been mounted on the fabric, as described above, the adhesive layer 120 is protected or does not have adhesiveness. In the step of attaching the fastener stringer 110 of the concealed slide fastener semi-finished product 100 to the inner surface 60a of the fabric 60 via the adhesive layer 120, the protection of the adhesive layer 120 is released, or the adhesive layer 120 is made adhesive, and the fastener stringer 110 is adhered to the inner surface 60a of the fabric 60 so that the adhesive layer 120 faces the inner surface 60a of the fabric 60. For example, the release paper is removed to release the protection of the adhesive layer 120, and the fastener chain 110 is adhered to the inner surface 60a of the fabric 60 by the adhesive material serving as the adhesive layer 120. Alternatively, after the fastener chain 110 is disposed on the inner surface 60a of the web 60 so that the adhesive layer 120 faces the web 60, the adhesive layer 120 is heated (for example, the web 60 or the fastener tape 112 is heated by a heating device such as an iron, and the adhesive layer 120 is indirectly heated), so that the hot-melt adhesive material can be made adhesive, and the fastener chain 110 can be adhered to the inner surface 60a of the web 60 by the hot-melt adhesive material as the adhesive layer 120. Through this process, the fastener chain 110 can be attached to the inner surface 60a of the fabric 60 without sewing, and more specifically, the fastener chain 110 is adhered to the inner surface 60a of the fabric 60.

In the step of attaching the fastener chain 110 to the inner surface 60a of the web 60 via the adhesive layer 120, most of the fastener tape 112 of the fastener chain 110 is adhered to the inner surface 60a via the adhesive layer 120, but at least one end portion (not shown) of the fastener chain 110 is not yet adhered to the inner surface 60 a. In this manner, the slider 130 can be mounted on the fastener elements 114 from the end of the fastener tape 112 which has not been adhered in the subsequent step.

Next, a step of cutting the middle dividing portion 62 of the web 60 corresponding to the portion where the folded portions of the fastener chain 110 are in contact with each other will be described with reference to fig. 3C. The middle partition portion 62 is cut by laser, but not limited thereto, and may be, for example, a blade cut. After the fastener stringer 110 is adhered to the inner face 60a of the fabric 60 through the adhesive layer 120, the central partition portion 62 of the fabric 60 corresponding to the fastener stringer 110 is cut from the outside, and thus the cut central partition portion 62 can be closely adhered to the fastener tape 112 through the adhesive layer 120. That is, when the central portion partitioning portion 62 of the fabric 60 is cut from the outside with the fastener tape 112 having adhered to the inner face 60a of the fabric 60 by the adhesive layer 120, the adhesive layer 120 is also cut so that the edge of the central portion partitioning portion 62 is still closely attached to the engaging portion of the fastener tape 112 by the adhesive layer 120, so that the possibility that the central portion partitioning portion 62 is separated from the fastener tape 112 to expose the fastener tape 112 from the outside of the fabric 60 can be reduced.

In other embodiments, not shown, the above steps may be reversed, that is, the middle partition portion 62 is cut on the fabric 60, and then the zipper chain 110 is attached to the inner surface 60a of the fabric 60 through the adhesive layer 120 at a position corresponding to the middle partition portion 62. However, compared to the step of cutting the central partition portion 62 on the fabric 60 after cutting the central partition portion 62 on the fabric 60, the step of cutting the central partition portion 62 on the fabric 60 after cutting the zipper chain 110 on the fabric 60 can omit the alignment of the zipper chain 110 corresponding to the cut central partition portion 62, i.e., a simpler installation manner, but the invention is not limited thereto.

Finally, referring to fig. 3D, a step of mounting the slider 130 and the upper plate member 140 connected to each other on the fastener stringer 110 will be described. Although the present embodiment has been described by taking an example in which the upper plate member 140 is attached as an operating member of the slider 130, the upper plate member 140 is not necessarily required as the operating member of the slider 130, and the slider 130 may be operated by a member called a normal tab (pull tab) or a string (not shown).

In detail, the slider 130 and the upper plate member 140 are connected to each other, and can be attached to the fastener chain 110 together. When the slider 130 is attached to the fastener stringer 110 together with the upper plate member 140, the slider 130 can be attached to one end of the fastener element 114 from the end portion of the fastener tape 112 which is not yet adhered to be located on the inner face 60a of the cloth 60, and the upper plate member 140 is located on the outer face 60b of the cloth 60 through the folded back portion 112c of the fastener tape 112, the cut-out portion of the adhesive layer 120, and the middle partition portion 62 cut out on the cloth 60. Also, after the step of mounting the slider 130 and the upper plate member 140 connected to each other on the fastener stringer 110 through the end portions which are not yet adhered, the end portions of the fastener stringer 110 may be adhered to the inner surface 60a of the fabric 60 through the adhesive layer 120. At this time, the entire fastener chain 110 is adhered to the inner surface 60a of the cloth 60.

Through the steps of the manufacturing method of the concealed slide fastener installation product 50 provided in this embodiment, the concealed slide fastener installation product 50 can be obtained, which includes the concealed slide fastener semi-finished product 100, the slider 130, the upper plate member 140 and the fabric 60. In the concealed slide fastener mounting product 50, the concealed slide fastener semi-product 100 (including the fastener stringer 110, the adhesive layer 120) and the slider 130 are located on the inner face 60a of the fabric 60, and only the upper plate member 140 is located on the outer face 60b of the fabric 60, that is, the concealed slide fastener semi-product 100 and the slider 130 are concealed from the inner face 60a of the fabric 60, and only the upper plate member 140 is exposed to the outer face 60b of the fabric 60. Further, in the case where the slider 130 is operated using a pull tab or a string (not shown) instead of the upper plate member 140, the exposed portion on the outer face 60b of the cloth 60 can be reduced. Thus, application of concealed slide fastener semi-finished product 100 to fabric 60 results in a concealed slide fastener mounted product 50 having an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

In addition, since the upper plate member 140 is located on the outer face 60b of the cloth 60, the slider 130 can be slid on the fastener stringer 110 by the action of pulling or pushing the upper plate member 140 to open or close the fastener elements 114. The pulling means that a pull tab or a string (not shown) is provided on the upper plate member 140 to pull the upper plate member 140 from the outside of the cloth 60 through the pull tab or the tying string. The pushing means that a finger recess (not shown) is provided on the upper plate member 140 to push the upper plate member 140 from the outside of the fabric 60 through the finger recess. In this manner, the upper plate member 140 is pulled or pushed, thereby causing the slider 130 to slide on the elements 114 of the fastener chain 110.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3D, after the slider 130 and the upper plate member 140 are mounted to the fastener stringer 110, the slider 130 is located on the inner face 60a of the cloth 60, and the upper plate member 140 is located on the outer face 60b of the cloth 60, so that the cloth 60 is located between the slider 130 and the upper plate member 140. In detail, the present embodiment penetrates the fastener element 114 and the edge 112d of the fastener tape 112 into the slider 130, and allows the cloth 60 to be located in the space S1 between the slider 130 and the upper plate member 140 without penetrating into the slider 130. Thus, the sliding of the slider 130 on the element 114 is not affected by the thickness of the cloth 60. In other words, there is an advantage that the thickness of the upper plate member 140 is adjusted according to the thickness of the cloth, or the gap between the upper plate member 140 and the slider 130 can be adjusted.

Further, in the prior art in which both the element and the cloth are passed through the slider, the thickness of the cloth is limited by the inner height of the slider. That is, when the conventional slider is applied to a thick fabric, the slider is not easily slid on the fastener elements and the fabric. In contrast, in the case of employing the present embodiment, the cloth 60 is located between the slider 130 and the upper plate member 140 without penetrating into the slider 130, that is, the slider 130 does not pass through the cloth 60 during sliding. Therefore, in the case where the fastener elements 114 are opened or closed by the upper plate member 140 sliding the slider 130 on the fastener stringer 110, the sliding of the slider 130 on the fastener elements 114 is not affected by the thickness of the cloth 60. Further, since the slider 130 does not pass through the cloth 60 during the sliding, the cloth 60 is less likely to be scratched or scratched by the slider 130 sliding with respect to the element 114.

Fig. 4A to 4C are perspective, side and bottom views of the slider and the upper plate member of fig. 2. Referring to fig. 4A to 4C, in the present embodiment, the slider 130 and the upper plate member 140 are connected to each other, preferably configured as separate members, and the upper plate member 140 is mounted by the fixing portion 131 of the slider 130. The fixing portion 131 of the slider 130 fixes the upper plate member 140 by caulking, engagement, or the like. Further, the upper plate member 140 and the slider 130 may be formed as one piece from the beginning. The upper plate member 140 includes a plate portion 142 connected to the slider 130 and a rib 144 protruding from an edge of the plate portion 142 toward the slider 130. As shown in fig. 4B, the width w1 of the plate portion 142 is equal to the width w2 of the slider 130, and the rib 144 is located on the upper side of the slider 130 to face the slider 130 to each other. That is, the outer shape of the plate portion 142 and the outer shape of the slider 130 have substantially similar shapes and dimensions, and the cloth 60 is less likely to be scratched or scratched due to sliding of the slider 130 with respect to the element 114 in the space S1 between the plate portion 142 of the upper plate member 140 and the slider 130.

As shown in fig. 4C, the rib 144 surrounds the entire edge of the plate 142, but may be disposed on only a part of the edge of the plate 142, which is not intended to limit the present invention. The rib 144 protrudes from an edge of the plate portion 142 toward the slider 130, i.e., a perpendicular distance d2 of the rib 144 with respect to the slider 130 is smaller than a perpendicular distance d1 of the plate portion 142 with respect to the slider 130. In the case of mounting the concealed slide fastener semi-finished product 100 on the fabric 60 shown in fig. 2, the rib 144 protrudes from the edge of the plate portion 142 toward the fabric 60. As such, in the case where the cloth 60 is located in the space S1 between the plate portion 142 of the upper plate member 140 and the slider 130, the embodiment in which the rib 144 is provided can reduce the gap between the upper plate member 140 and the slider 130 as viewed from the outside. However, in other embodiments, not shown, the rib 144 may be omitted, so that the sliding between the upper plate 140 and the slider 130 is smoother.

Fig. 5A and 5B are a perspective view and a side view of a slider and an upper plate member according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In the second embodiment, the upper plate member 240 is made larger than the aforementioned upper plate member 140. In detail, the upper plate member 240 includes a plate 242 connected to the slider 130 and a rib 244 protruding from an edge of the plate 242 toward the slider 130, a width w3 of the plate 242 is larger than a width w2 of the slider 130, and the rib 244 is located outside the slider 230 so as not to face the slider 230. In this way, the cloth 60 is positioned in the space S1 between the plate portion 242 of the upper plate member 240 and the slider 130, and thus, a slide mark or damage is less likely to occur due to the slider 130 sliding with respect to the element 114. Also, since the width w3 of the plate portion 242 of the upper plate member 240 is larger than the width w2 of the slider 130, the cloth 60 located in the space S1 between the upper plate member 240 and the slider 130 is further directed toward the space S2 below both sides of the upper plate member 240 with respect to the slider 130. In this way, in the process of sliding the slider 130 with respect to the fastener chain 110 by the upper plate member 240, the resistance of the cloth 60 to the upper plate member 240 and the slider 130 is small, so that the sliding motion of the upper plate member 240 and the slider 130 is smoother.

However, in other embodiments, an upper plate member having no plate portion may be employed. Fig. 6A and 6B are a perspective view and a side view of a slider and an upper plate member according to a third embodiment of the present invention. In the third embodiment, the upper plate member 340 is a connecting block connected to the slider 130, and does not have the aforementioned plate portion and rib. Thus, although the advantage of the plate portion and the rib is not obtained when the upper plate member 340 having a small size is used, the exposed portion of the outer surface of the fabric can be reduced and the concealed slide fastener can be concealed on the inner surface of the fabric by using the embodiment of the upper plate member 340 having a small size. As described above, when the slider 130 is operated by using a pull tab or a string instead of the upper plate member, the exposed portion on the outer surface of the woven fabric can be reduced, and the concealed slide fastener can be concealed on the inner surface of the woven fabric.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be modified as appropriate within the scope of the invention. For example, the upper plate member may have a plate portion but not a rib. Alternatively, the width of the plate portion may be smaller than the width of the slider. The connection mode, the relative distance and the respective size and shape of the upper plate part and the slider can be adjusted according to requirements. For example, the upper plate member may be formed in other shapes not limited to the above-described drawings, or may be provided with a specific pattern (a manufacturer trademark or the like) on the surface thereof. The upper plate member may be in the form of the above-described pull-tab (with a pull tab or a string) or in the form of the no-pull tab (with a finger recess), and the material and color of the upper plate member may be adjusted as required. Further, the upper plate member and the slider are detachable from each other, and are not limited to being attached to the fastener chain together or detached from the fastener chain together. In addition, although the embodiment is described with a set of the slider and the upper plate member provided on the fastener chain, the concealed type fastener including the concealed type fastener stringer 100 (including the concealed type fastener stringer 100 and the slider 130) may be a double-opening type fastener, that is, two sets of sliders are provided on the fastener chain to open or close the fastener elements from the opposite ends of the fastener chain. Alternatively, the above technical features may be applied to other types of fastener chains, and the present invention is not limited thereto.

In summary, the semi-finished product of the concealed slide fastener of the present invention has the adhesive layer disposed on the fastener chain, and the semi-finished product of the concealed slide fastener can be mounted on the fabric through the adhesive layer without sewing. Further, the edge portion of the fastener tape is folded inward in a U shape, so that the sewing thread does not interfere with the arrangement of the adhesive layer and is less visually perceived from the outside of the fabric. Further, in the concealed slide fastener stringer including the concealed slide fastener semi-finished product, the slider passes through the fastener elements and the edge portion of the fastener tape, but does not penetrate the woven fabric, that is, the woven fabric does not pass through the slider. Therefore, the sliding of the slider on the element is not affected by the thickness of the cloth, and the cloth is less likely to be scratched or scratched by the sliding of the slider with respect to the element. In addition, in the concealed slide fastener mounting product, the fastener chain, the adhesive layer, and the slider are concealed on the inner surface of the fabric. Thus, the concealed slide fastener mounting finished product formed by applying the concealed slide fastener semi-finished product to the fabric has beautiful and excellent appearance.
