(1) typesetting, namely completing layout design by adopting drawing software, wherein the layout is provided with shading formed by a plurality of yellow dots or yellow rings, the yellow dots or yellow rings are arranged on the whole layout in an array manner, and the distances between the horizontally or longitudinally adjacent yellow dots or yellow rings are equal;

(2) plate making, namely completing plate making according to the typesetting layout and the printing requirement;

(3) preparing the printing ink, wherein the yellow printing ink which can enable the emission wavelength of the base paper to be 490-610 nm is prepared;

(4) printing, namely blending yellow ink, printing the base paper, and specifically printing an ink point-mounted graphic coating on the base paper;

(5) and binding, namely aligning and arranging a plurality of writing papers into a writing part, and binding the writing part and the cover part to form a homework book.

Background

The homework book is a book specially used by students or other study people for homework, and the myopia-preventing homework book is a homework book capable of preventing myopia to a certain extent as the name suggests. The eyes of a person who looks at the paper of the exercise book for a long time have strong light reflection capability, the long-time looking of the person causes the greatest visual fatigue, and the visual environment becomes a visual distance approaching incentive, so the myopia is very easy to cause in the past.

The beneficial effect of this basic scheme lies in:

The following is further detailed by way of specific embodiments:

Example 1

A production process of a myopia prevention exercise book comprises the following steps:

(1) typesetting, namely completing layout design by adopting drawing software, wherein the layout is provided with shading formed by a plurality of yellow dots or yellow rings, the yellow dots or yellow rings are arranged on the whole layout in an array manner, and the distances between the horizontally or longitudinally adjacent yellow dots or yellow rings are equal; the diameter of the yellow dots 4 is 0.8-1.2mm, and the diameter of the yellow dots 4 is 1mm in this embodiment. The yellow dots are arranged on the whole writing paper in an array mode, and the distances between the yellow dots which are adjacent in the transverse direction or the longitudinal direction are equal.

(2) And (5) plate making, wherein the plate making is completed according to the layout of the typesetting and the printing requirement.

(3) Preparing printing ink, preparing a plurality of yellow printing inks, printing on base paper to obtain experimental writing paper, performing wavelength detection on the experimental writing paper, and screening the yellow printing ink with the emission wavelength of 490-610 nm of the writing paper.

(4) Printing, blending yellow ink, printing the base paper, and specifically printing an ink point-loading graphic coating on the base paper.

(5) Binding, namely aligning and arranging a plurality of writing papers into a writing part, and binding the writing part with a face part to form a homework book, wherein the face part comprises an upper cover 3 and a lower cover 1, and the writing part is positioned between the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 1.

In this embodiment, the inner side of the lower cover 1 is connected with a connecting cloth 5, and the area of the connecting cloth 5 is smaller than that of the lower cover 1. Three faces of the connecting cloth 5 are respectively connected with the lower cover 1, a containing space is formed at the joint of the connecting cloth 5 and the lower cover 1, and the cushion plate 6 is placed in the containing space. Example 2

The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the writing part is detachably connected to the cover part as shown in fig. 4. Specifically, the cover portion further comprises a connecting unit and a connecting surface 8, and two ends of the connecting surface 8 are hinged to the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 1 respectively. The connection unit includes a connection ring half ring, a connection pipe 10 and a connection rod, and the connection pipe 10 is semicircular. The number of the connecting units is two, and the two connecting units are respectively positioned at two sides of the connecting surface 8. One end of the connecting semi-ring 7 is connected with the upper cover 3, and the connecting pipe 10 is sleeved outside the connecting semi-ring 7 and is in sliding fit with the connecting plate. The connecting rod is connected with lower front cover 1, and spliced pole 9 is the round platform form and spliced pole 9 upper end can stretch into in the connecting pipe 10. Two sides of one end of the writing paper 2 are respectively provided with a connecting hole.

When the myopia prevention exercise book is used, the connecting pipe 10 slides towards the connecting half ring 7 to enable the connecting pipe 10 to be overlapped with the connecting half ring 7, then the connecting hole of the writing paper 2 penetrates through the connecting half ring 7, then the connecting pipe 10 rotates reversely, and the end portion of the connecting pipe 10 is connected with the connecting column 9. Because the connecting column 9 is in the shape of a circular truncated cone, when the connecting tube 10 is sleeved on the connecting column 9, the stability of the connection between the connecting tube 10 and the connecting column 9 can be ensured.

By adopting the exercise book of the embodiment, the number of the writing papers 2 can be increased or decreased as required, and the exercise book is suitable for different situations. And only a few of the writing papers 2 can be taken down, so that the weight and the volume are reduced compared with the whole exercise book, and the exercise book is convenient to carry.

Example 3

The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the yellow circle point is adjusted to be a yellow circle 41, the outer diameter of the yellow circle 41 is 1-2mm, the difference between the inner and outer radii of the yellow circle 41 is 0.1-1mm, in this embodiment, the outer diameter of the yellow circle 41 is preferably 1.5mm, the difference between the inner and outer radii of the yellow circle 41 is preferably 0.8mm, that is, the inner diameter of the yellow circle 41 is 0.7 mm.
