The treatment solution obtained in step S110 contains beneficial components of the main drug. Pregnant and lying-in women are in a special physiological period, and the diet in the period is responsible for the nutritional needs of mother and child. In order to be suitable for pregnant women to eat, optionally, the main medicinal material comprises angelica, and the auxiliary medicinal material comprises:

bean cotyledon: 1-3 parts by mass;

fermented soya beans: 1-3 parts by mass;

amomum fruit: 1-3 parts by mass.

The bean paste is rich in high-quality protein, and has effects of stimulating appetite and promoting appetite.

Fermented soybean is rich in protein and enzymes. Fermented soya beans are bitter, pungent and cool in nature, enter lung and stomach meridians. Has effects of relieving exterior syndrome, relieving restlessness, and dispersing stagnated heat.

Fructus Amomi has effects of eliminating dampness, promoting appetite, warming spleen, relieving diarrhea, regulating qi-flowing, and preventing miscarriage.

The auxiliary medicinal materials are helpful for the pregnant women to prevent miscarriage, so the food therapy oil containing the auxiliary medicinal materials is suitable for the pregnant women to eat.

As a second aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a dietary oil, wherein the dietary oil is prepared by the preparation method provided by the first aspect of the present disclosure.

The raw materials for preparing the dietary therapy oil comprise initial pressed oil seeds, main medicinal materials and auxiliary medicinal materials, so that the finally obtained dietary therapy oil has the effective components of the main medicinal materials and the auxiliary medicinal materials, and the dietary therapy oil also has the effects of the main medicinal materials and the auxiliary medicinal materials. Therefore, the food therapy oil provided by the disclosure has a certain health-care effect.

Preparation example

Boiling main materials with purified water at 100 deg.C for 0.5-2 hr, wherein the main materials comprise fructus Siraitiae Grosvenorii, radix Angelicae sinensis, radix astragali, and fructus Jujubae;

filtering solids to obtain the treatment fluid;

soaking the auxiliary medicinal materials and the rapeseeds by using the treatment fluid to realize the conditioning of the rapeseeds and obtain a to-be-squeezed material;

and (3) performing cold pressing oil pressing on the object to be pressed by using an extruder to obtain the food therapy oil.

Examples

Example 1

The main materials comprise: 300g of momordica grosvenori, 50g of angelica, 30g of astragalus and 80g of jujube;

the auxiliary medicinal materials comprise: 60g of shiitake mushroom, 10g of liquorice, 20g of bay leaves and 30g of lysimachia sikokiana;

rapeseed: 1000 g.

The food therapy oil is prepared by the preparation method in the preparation example, and is suitable for being eaten in spring.

Example 2

The main materials comprise: 300g of momordica grosvenori and 80g of Chinese dates;

the auxiliary medicinal materials comprise: 30g of pepper, 10g of gordon euryale seed and 10g of cassia bark;

rapeseed: 200 g.

The preparation method in the preparation example is utilized to prepare the food therapy oil, and the food therapy oil is suitable for eating in autumn.

Example 3

The main materials comprise: 100g of momordica grosvenori, 30g of angelica and 80g of jujube;

the auxiliary medicinal materials comprise: 60g of common yam rhizome, 30g of white pepper and 20g of hot pepper;

rapeseed: 440 g.

The food therapy oil prepared by the preparation method in the preparation example is suitable for being eaten in winter.

Example 4

The main materials comprise: 300g of momordica grosvenori, 20g of astragalus and 80g of Chinese date;

the auxiliary medicinal materials comprise: 30g of cape jasmine, 20g of white cardamom, 10g of star anise, 30g of rhizoma kaempferiae and 10g of Guangxiang;

rapeseed: 300 g.

The dietary therapy oil is prepared by the preparation method in the preparation example, and is suitable for being eaten in summer.

Example 5

The main materials comprise: 300g of momordica grosvenori, 50g of angelica, 30g of astragalus and 80g of jujube;

the auxiliary medicinal materials comprise: 50g of raspberry, 10g of fermented soya beans and 20g of lucid ganoderma;

rapeseed: 720 g.

The food therapy oil is prepared by the preparation method in the preparation example, and is suitable for the old to eat.

Example 6

The main materials comprise: 300g of momordica grosvenori, 50g of angelica, 30g of astragalus and 80g of jujube;

the auxiliary medicinal materials comprise: 60g of sea buckthorn, 10g of mushroom and 20g of bean paste;

rapeseed: 800 g.

The food therapy oil is prepared by the preparation method in the preparation example, and is suitable for children.

Example 7

The main materials comprise: 300g of momordica grosvenori, 50g of angelica, 30g of astragalus and 80g of jujube;

the auxiliary medicinal materials comprise: 30g of bean paste, 10g of fermented soya beans and 10g of fructus amomi;

rapeseed: 500 g.

The food therapy oil prepared by the preparation method in the preparation example is suitable for pregnant and lying-in women.
