The wet tissue machine further comprises a transmission mechanism 6, the transmission mechanism 6 comprises a gear A, a gear B, a gear C and a gear D which are meshed in sequence, the gear A is fixedly connected with the tissue rolling cylinder 52, the gear D is fixed on the first rolling shaft 221, and the gear A drives the gear D to rotate through the gear B and the gear C.

Specifically, gear B includes full gear B1 and soft rack B2 axially overlapping full gear B1. The soft rack B2 is an arc-shaped structure. The full gear B1 is meshed with the gear A, and the soft rack B2 is meshed with the gear C. When the towel rolling motor 51 drives the gear A to rotate the towel rolling barrel 52, the gear C is intermittently driven. The gear C is engaged with the gear D, so the first roller 221 is also intermittently rotated.

Referring to fig. 18, a trigger B3 is provided on the back of gear B. The frame 1 is fixed with a first control switch 5A and a second control switch 6A which are matched with the trigger B3 to control the towel rolling motor 51, the water spraying motor 42 and the towel cutting motor 331. Further, the trigger B3 is a magnet, the first control switch 5A is a towel cutting reed switch, and the second control switch 6A is a stop reed switch. When the magnet on the back of the gear B rotates to the position of the towel cutting reed switch, the towel cutting reed switch is attracted to generate a signal, so that the towel rolling motor 51 and the water spraying motor 42 are suspended, and the towel cutting motor 331 starts to rotate. When the magnet on the back of the gear B rotates to the position where the reed switch stops, the reed switch stops being attracted to generate a signal, so that the towel rolling motor 51 and the water spraying motor 42 stop working.

Referring to fig. 19, the working principle of the wet towel machine is as follows:

in a standby state, after the start/stop is pressed, the towel rolling motor 51 starts to rotate to drive the towel rolling barrel 52 and the gear A to rotate, the gear combination (A, B, C, D) is linked (wherein the gear B is provided with a soft rack B2 to drive the gear C and the gear D to rotate intermittently), and the water spraying motor 42 works to enable the water sprayer to spray water; when the magnet on the back of the gear B rotates to the position of a reed switch for cutting the towel, the reed switch for cutting the towel is attracted to generate a signal, the towel rolling motor 51 and the water spraying motor 42 stop working at the moment, and the towel cutting motor 331 starts to rotate; the towel shearing motor 331 drives the movable blade 32 of the shearing mechanism 3 to move open and close once to shear the soft towel, the switch is triggered when the movable blade 32 retreats to the action reed pressing the tact switch, the towel shearing motor 331 stops driving, the movable blade 32 stops moving, at the moment, the towel rolling motor 51 drives the towel rolling barrel 52 to continue rotating, and the water spraying motor 42 continues working to enable the water sprayer to spray water; when the magnet on the back of the gear B rotates to the position of the switch of the reed switch, the reed switch is stopped to be attracted to generate a signal, at the moment, the towel rolling motor 51 is stopped, the water spraying motor 42 is stopped, and the work cycle of manufacturing one piece of wet towel is finished.

1. e1 alarm (water shortage) fault analysis:

5. E5 alarm (napkin) failure analysis:

Case 3: the soft towel is not clamped, the towel shearing motor 331 rotates continuously, the distance of the action reed of the tact switch 2A is analyzed to be too far, the tact switch 2A is not triggered, and the processing method comprises the following steps: the position distance of the tact switch 2A is adjusted so that the movable blade 32 stops at the position where the opening is maximum.

Case 4: the soft towel is not clamped, the towel cutting motor 331 does not rotate, the towel cutting motor 331 is analyzed to be damaged, and the processing method comprises the following steps: the towel cutting motor 331 is replaced.

Case 5: the soft towel is not blocked, the towel rolling barrel 52 does not rotate, the towel rolling motor 51 is analyzed to be damaged, and the processing method comprises the following steps: the towel rolling motor 51 is replaced.

Case 6: when the soft towel is not clamped, the movable blade 32 moves, and the towel rolling barrel 52 rotates overtime, E5 gives an alarm, and the failure of the reed switch is analyzed to stop, and the processing method comprises the following steps: and checking whether the reed switch on which the reed switch is stopped is damaged or not, and if so, replacing the reed switch and adjusting the installation position.

Case 7: the soft towel is not blocked, the movable blade 32 does not move, after the towel rolling barrel 52 rotates, E5 gives an alarm, the failure of the reed switch for cutting the towel is analyzed, and the processing method comprises the following steps: and (5) checking whether the reed switch on the towel cutting reed switch is damaged or not, and if so, replacing the reed switch and adjusting the installation position.
