Technical Field

The application belongs to the technical field of tooth cleaning devices, and particularly relates to a portable tooth flushing device.

Background

The tooth flushing device is an auxiliary tool for cleaning oral cavity, utilizes a pulse water flow impact mode to clean teeth and tooth gaps, generally has flushing pressure of 0 to 90psi, and mainly has two types of portable and table type, wherein, the portable tooth flushing device is loved by most consumers, especially teenagers and travelers because of small volume and convenient storage and carrying.

However, the portable tooth irrigators on the market at present have the following two problems: the water tank is small in size and small in flushing amount, and teeth can be thoroughly cleaned by adding water for many times; secondly, in the process of rinsing teeth, sewage is accumulated in the oral cavity, so that psychological or physiological discomfort of a user is easily caused, and the user frequently spits water; thereby greatly reducing the use experience effect of the user.

Disclosure of Invention

The present application is directed to a portable tooth rinsing device, including but not limited to solving the technical problems of insufficient water stored in the portable tooth rinsing device and the problem of sewage accumulating in the oral cavity during the tooth rinsing process.

In order to achieve the above object, the present application provides a portable dental irrigator comprising:

the device comprises a main machine part, a liquid storage tank, a liquid outlet pipe, a liquid suction pipe, a first water pump and a second water pump are arranged inside the main machine part, the first water pump is communicated with the liquid storage tank through the liquid outlet pipe, and the second water pump is communicated with the liquid storage tank through the liquid suction pipe; and

the tooth cleaning device comprises an execution part, wherein an accommodating space, a liquid outlet hole and a liquid suction hole are formed in the execution part, the accommodating space is used for accommodating teeth, the liquid outlet hole faces the accommodating space and is communicated with the first water pump through the liquid outlet pipe, and the liquid suction hole is located in the accommodating space and is communicated with the second water pump through the liquid suction pipe.

Optionally, a filter element is further arranged inside the main machine part, and the filter element is detachably connected between the liquid suction hole and the second water pump.

Optionally, the execution unit includes:

the support shaft is fixed on the host part and is of a hollow structure, the support shaft is communicated with the second water pump through the liquid suction pipe, and the side wall of the support shaft is provided with the liquid suction hole; and

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the portable tooth rinsing device 1 provided by the present application includes a main body portion 10 and an executing portion 20, wherein a liquid storage tank 11, a liquid outlet pipe 12, a liquid suction pipe 13, a first water pump 14 and a second water pump 15 are disposed inside the main body portion 10, the first water pump 14 is communicated with the liquid storage tank 11 through the liquid outlet pipe 12, and the second water pump 15 is communicated with the liquid storage tank 11 through the liquid suction pipe 13; and the execution part 20 is provided with a containing space 200 for containing teeth, a liquid outlet 2211 and a liquid suction hole 2110, the liquid outlet 2211 faces the containing space 200 and is communicated with the first water pump 14 through a liquid outlet pipe 12, and the liquid suction hole 2110 is located in the containing space 200 and is communicated with the second water pump 15 through a liquid suction pipe 13. It will be understood that at least two liquid discharge pipes 12 and at least two liquid suction pipes 13 are provided inside the main body portion 10, the liquid discharge pipe 12 is connected between the liquid storage tank 11 and the first water pump 14, and one end of the liquid discharge pipe 12 can be extended into the liquid storage tank 11 to a position close to the bottom wall of the liquid storage tank 11, while another liquid discharge pipe 12 is connected between the first water pump 14 and the liquid discharge hole 2211, the liquid suction pipe 13 is connected between the liquid storage tank 11 and the second water pump 15, and another liquid suction pipe 13 is connected between the second water pump 15 and the liquid suction hole 2110.

The portable tooth-rinsing device 1 provided by this embodiment is provided with a liquid recovery pipeline composed of a liquid suction pipe 13 and a second water pump 15 in the main body part 10, and an execution part 20 provided with an accommodating space 200, a liquid outlet 2211 facing the accommodating space 200 and a liquid suction hole 2110 in the accommodating space 200, so that the liquid sprayed from the liquid outlet 2211 can be temporarily retained in the accommodating space 200 after the teeth or slits are washed, further, the liquid recovery pipeline has enough time to recover the liquid through the liquid suction holes 2110, so that the liquid is prevented from being accumulated in the oral cavity, the liquid in the liquid storage tank 11 can be recycled, therefore, the technical problems that the water quantity stored in the portable tooth flushing device is insufficient and sewage is accumulated in the oral cavity in the tooth flushing process are effectively solved, the trouble that a user needs to add water for many times and frequently spit water is avoided, and the use experience effect of the user is improved.

Optionally, referring to fig. 2 and 4, as an embodiment of the portable tooth-rinsing device provided in the present application, a filter element 16 is further disposed inside the main machine portion 10, and the filter element 16 is detachably connected between the liquid suction hole 2110 and the second water pump 15. Specifically, the main machine part 10 includes a housing and a cover, wherein the housing is formed with a housing cavity and an opening, the cover is rotatably connected or detachably connected to the housing, and covers the opening of the housing, the filter element 16 can be an integrated filter element customized from a filter element supplier for filtering liquid, the filter element 16 is installed in the housing cavity, and is respectively communicated with the liquid suction hole 2110 and the second water pump 15 through the liquid suction pipe 13, liquid which has washed teeth or tooth gaps flows into the liquid suction pipe 13 from the liquid suction hole 2110 under the action of the second water pump 15, and is sequentially recovered into the liquid storage tank 11 through the filter element 16 and the second water pump 15, after the filter element 16 reaches the service life, the cover is opened, after the liquid suction pipe 13 connected to the filter element 16 is pulled out, the filter element 16 can be taken out from the housing cavity for replacement. Optionally, referring to fig. 2 to 5, as an embodiment of the portable tooth-rinsing device provided by the present application, the executing portion 20 includes a supporting shaft 21 and two brush heads 22, wherein the supporting shaft 21 is fixed on the main machine portion 10, the supporting shaft 21 is a hollow structure, the supporting shaft 21 is communicated with the second water pump 15 through the pipette 13, and a liquid suction hole 2110 is formed in a side wall of the supporting shaft 21; the two brush heads 22 are oppositely arranged at intervals to form the accommodating space 200, the two brush heads 22 are respectively sleeved on the support shaft 21, the bristles 222 of one brush head 22 face the other brush head 22, at least one brush head 22 is communicated with the first water pump 14 through the liquid outlet pipe 12, the brush head 22 communicated with the liquid outlet pipe 12 is provided with a liquid outlet hole 2211, and the liquid outlet hole 2211 and the bristles 222 are arranged on the same end surface. Optionally, referring to fig. 3 and 7, as an embodiment of the portable tooth flushing device provided by the present application, bearings 25 are respectively disposed at a connection portion of the first brush head 23 and the first tube 211 and a connection portion of the second brush head 24 and the first tube 211. Specifically, two bearings 25 are respectively sleeved on two end portions of the first pipe body 211, mounting holes are respectively formed in the middle of the first brush head 23 and the middle of the second brush head 24, and the mounting holes of the first brush head 23 and the mounting holes of the second brush head 24 are respectively fixedly connected with outer rings of the bearings 25. Therefore, the friction between the first brush head 23 and the first pipe body 211 and between the second brush head 24 and the first pipe body 211 can be reduced through the bearing 25, the mutual abrasion is reduced, the smoothness of the rotation of the first brush head 23 and the second brush head 24 around the first pipe body 211 is favorably improved, and the service life of the executing part 20 is favorably prolonged.

Optionally, referring to fig. 2, as an embodiment of the portable tooth rinsing device provided in the present application, the liquid storage tank 11 is detachably connected to the inside of the main machine portion 10. Specifically, the liquid storage tank 11 may be installed in a casing or a cover of the main machine part 10 alone, or may be integrally formed with the casing or the cover of the main machine part 10, and a liquid injection port is provided in the liquid storage tank 11, through which clear water or cleaning liquid may be added to the liquid storage tank 11.

Optionally, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, as a specific embodiment of the portable tooth rinsing device provided in the present application, the portable tooth rinsing device 1 further includes a control portion 30, the control portion 30 includes a circuit board 31, a control key 32 and an indicator light 33, wherein the circuit board 31 is disposed in the main unit portion 10 and is electrically connected to the first water pump 14 and the second water pump 15; the control keys 32 and the indicator lights 33 are respectively provided on the circuit board 31 and exposed on the outer surface of the main unit portion 10. Specifically, the circuit board 31 may be connected to a built-in portable power source, or may be externally connected to a power adapter, the control circuit of the circuit board 31 may control the first water pump 14 and the second water pump 15 to operate according to a program set when leaving a factory, the control key 32 may trigger the circuit board 31 to send an instruction to the first water pump 14 and the second water pump 15, and the indicator light 33 may enable a user to more intuitively know the operating conditions of the first water pump 14 and the second water pump 15.
