According to fig. 1, the invention provides a novel clamping device, which comprises a base, a supporting shaft, a universal ball, a sticking seat, a clamping device, a supporting frame, a fixing device, a clamping device and a height adjuster, wherein the supporting shaft is arranged at the upper part of the base; the sticking seat is arranged on the upper part of the supporting shaft through a universal ball; the fixing device is arranged inside the base; the supporting frame is arranged on the left side of the base and is connected with the fixing device; the left side of the supporting frame is connected with a clamping device; the clamping device is arranged at the lower part of the right side of the base through a height adjuster; the clamping device comprises an accommodating groove and a rotating shaft, and the accommodating groove is arranged on the left side of the clamping device; the rotating shaft is arranged at the lower part of the right side of the accommodating groove.

Preferably, the sticking seat comprises a sucking disc, a sticking layer and an adhesive layer, and the sticking layer is arranged on the upper part of the sucking disc; the viscose layer sets up the inside at the sucking disc.
