Technical Field

The present invention relates to a method for preventing a collating error and a booklet manufactured by the method, and the method is capable of visually confirming an index label of each page having a specific color from a window of a cover in order to prevent a collating error in a process of manufacturing a three-dimensional booklet (pop-up album), and confirming a color order by comparing the index label with a reference color near the window.

Background

In the present invention, 1 st, an index tab of each page having a specific color can be confirmed from a window of a front cover, and 2 nd, a color sample serving as a reference for collating is provided at a side portion of the front cover window to confirm the color and order of the index tab.

In patent document 1, printed marks having different positions and/or types of colors are provided on the outer side of the scribe line, and the reflected light is detected by a light receiving element to prevent page faults.

In patent document 2, although the identification colors for displaying the 1 st fold (multiple pages) to the 10 th fold (multiple pages) are provided at the book end or the like, and a wrong page can be visually recognized, no color sample is described as a reference.

In patent document 3, since the identification mark is provided by cutting the cut area of each unit sheet and the position of each cut residual part is different, the order of the unit sheets can be confirmed, but confirmation is performed by an image pickup device.

In patent document 4, various kinds of marks are printed on the front cover portion, and identification marks are printed on the side surface portion of each page. The category mark and the identification mark are read and compared by an optical reading unit. The shape and color of the indicia may be arbitrary. The category mark and the identification mark are printed on the outer side of the cutting line and removed during binding.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

However, the above-mentioned known documents do not relate to a method of confirming an index label of each page having a specific color from a window of a front cover, and a color sample serving as a reference for collating is provided on a side portion of the front cover window to confirm a color and a sequence of the index label.

Means for solving the problems

The invention provides a method for preventing a gathering error, which comprises the following steps: the index tab of each page having a specific color is visually confirmed from the window portion of the cover, and a color sample as a standard for collating is provided beside the window portion of the cover to confirm the color and order of the index tab.

Further, the present invention is a booklet manufactured by implementing a method of preventing a collating error, the method of preventing a collating error comprising: in the center portion, a 1 st intermediate paper material is disposed so as to have an ejecting member in each page portion, a 2 nd intermediate paper material is disposed adjacent to an outer side portion of the 1 st intermediate paper material in the center portion, a transparent film material is disposed adjacent to each of right and left side portions of the 2 nd intermediate paper material, the two cover materials are disposed so as to surround the 1 st intermediate paper material, the 2 nd intermediate paper material, and the transparent film material with the two cover materials, and after the above disposition is completed, a rivet for caulking is attached to a through hole provided in the page portion such as the 1 st intermediate paper material, the 2 nd intermediate paper material, the transparent film material, and the cover material, and the like, to perform stapling.

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION

The invention can prevent the error of page matching in the production operation of the three-dimensional book by preparing the required number of bag-shaped page parts with specific colors.

When binding a booklet using a 5-to 10-fold rivet, errors such as wrong order, missing pages, and overlapping of the folded sheets can be prevented in a factory or a temporary work place.

When the binding work of the booklet is performed by using the rivet, the printed contents of the color pattern and the printed contents viewed from the color window can be instantly judged to be the same, so that the page order error and the page missing can be prevented in advance.

Detailed Description

As an arrangement order of the entire album, first, three intermediate paper materials E, F, G are arranged in the center portion so that the ejecting member is provided in each page portion.

Next, intermediate paper material D, D is disposed adjacent to the outer side of intermediate paper material E, F, G in the center.

Next, transparent film material C, H was disposed adjacent to intermediate paper D, D.

Finally, two folded-back cover materials A, A, B, B are disposed so as to surround the above members.

After the above arrangement is completed, a rivet for caulking is attached to a through hole provided in the sheet portion of the above member or the like, and binding is performed.

[ examples ]

As shown in a schematic plan view of a bound booklet shown in fig. 4, in the present invention, No. 1, for example, a cover material having a size of B4 is folded in two at a central portion thereof to form a cover material A, A, and as shown in fig. 5 (a), a slender and long window portion f is provided at a central portion of a binding portion on the back side of the cover portion.

2, a paper material having a size of B4 is folded in two at the center to form an intermediate paper material B, B, the left and right side portions of which are formed as pages of the intermediate paper material, respectively, and the intermediate paper material B, B is disposed at the inner side portion adjacent to the sealing material A, A.
