By using the optical variable technology (hereinafter referred to as optical variable technology), counterfeit and counterfeit valuable articles can be effectively identified through copying, scanning and other counterfeit modes. Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a special device, which forms a light and shade alternative optical variable anti-counterfeiting element easy to be identified by the public by deeply utilizing the printing mode of the characteristics of magnetic optical variable pigments, and can prevent the counterfeiting and copying difficulty of counterfeiters to the process to a greater extent, thereby providing anti-counterfeiting protection for various valuable articles.

The anti-counterfeiting element of the phase-change optically variable pattern provided by the embodiment of the invention at least comprises a magnetic optically variable pigment layer and a dark background layer. The dark background layer contains a machine-readable and identifiable anti-counterfeiting material, at least part of the dark background layer and at least part of the optically variable pigment layer are overlapped up and down to form an overlapping area, and the connecting material of the magnetic optically variable pigment layer ink is ultraviolet light curing resin. The magnetic optically-variable pigment layer sequentially passes through two or more than two fixed magnetic devices with the light shading plate devices, when the magnetic devices are fixed for one time, a phase magnetic optically-variable pigment is formed at the position where corresponding ultraviolet light penetrates through the hollow light shading plate and is solidified, another phase magnetic optically-variable pigment is formed at the position where corresponding ultraviolet light irradiates through another fixed magnetic device and is solidified, the two phase arrangements are at different angles, and different light and shade reflection characteristics are formed in observation. The different bright and dark light reflecting parts can change from bright to dark and from dark to bright simultaneously according to the different observation angles, and simultaneously the characteristic color of the magnetic pigment changes.

Preferably, the dark background layer is a machine-readable information layer carrying coded information which is formed by coding materials based on anti-counterfeiting characteristics and is identified in a machine-readable manner; the anti-counterfeiting characteristic material comprises any one or more of holographic materials, fluorescent materials, soft magnetic materials, hard magnetic materials, infrared absorption materials, infrared reflection materials, infrared fluorescent materials, infrared up-conversion materials, thermoluminescent materials, thermochromism materials, piezoluminesent materials, piezoluminescer materials, triboluminescent materials, tribochromic materials, electroluminescent materials, electrochromic materials, magnetic and conductive materials and metamerism materials.

Preferably, the pigment composition of the magnetic optically variable pigment layer includes magnetic layered optically variable pigments and magnetic liquid crystal pigments. The magnetic laminar optically variable pigment is an optically variable pigment with a five-layer or seven-layer structure prepared by vacuum evaporation or sputtering, the middle layer is a magnetic layer, and the material of the magnetic laminar optically variable pigment is iron, cobalt and nickel or oxides thereof, barium ferrite, nickel-chromium alloy or titanium-cobalt alloy; the magnetic liquid crystal pigment is a blend of cholesteric liquid crystal pigment and magnetic powder, or is a three-layer structure magnetic liquid crystal pigment with a magnetic layer in the middle and liquid crystal layers on two sides, and the magnetic powder is made of iron, cobalt and nickel or oxides thereof, barium ferrite, nickel-chromium alloy and titanium-cobalt alloy.

Preferably, the light shielding plate device can be separated or patch type, and can shield light from the cured resin to prevent curing, and transmit light to cure the cured resin into a plate or a sheet, which belongs to the range of the light shielding plate device.

The magnetic optically-variable ink can be a finished product which can be purchased directly in the market, and can also be prepared by purchasing magnetic optically-variable pigment and UV ink.
