After the sludge is filled, the sludge on the ground can be opened by opening a clean water pump 505 switch in the cleaning mechanism, water in the water tank 501 is pressurized by the clean water pump 505 and passes through a connecting pipe 504 and a water spraying pipe 503, a water valve switch is opened, a nozzle is aligned with the sludge to spray water, meanwhile, a brush handle 507 can be held by hands to scrub the sludge by a brush 509 to achieve the cleaning effect, the sludge odor is removed, the urban environment is beautified, after the sludge reaches a dumping position, a sewage discharging pipe 401 is aligned with the dumping ground, firstly, a bearing column 307 in the lifting mechanism is rotated to the vertical position of a sludge storage tank 2 to avoid the damage of the lifting mechanism when the sludge storage tank 2 is lifted, a sewage discharging cover 411 is opened by a buckle 412, because the sludge water concentration is less and difficult to flow out, a switch of a hydraulic support rod 9 is opened, the sludge storage tank 2 starts to ascend and incline at the position close to the cleaning tank, meanwhile, a switch of a sewage discharging motor 408 is opened, and the sewage discharging motor 408 rotates to drive a motor gear 409, The transmission gear 406 and the rotating pipe gear 405 rotate to drive the rotating pipe 404 to rotate, the internal spiral block 403 rotates to take out internal sludge in a rotating mode, the function of rapid dumping is achieved, a water suction pump switch can be turned on to suck water through the telescopic pipe 10, internal sludge is diluted, and the sludge dumping is accelerated.
