Detailed Description

The following describes in detail a specific embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the present invention provides an integral waterproof chassis of an open type integrated toilet system, which is applied to a building body 1, wherein the building body 1 is an open space, a toilet special wall is not built in advance, that is, a toilet partition wall is not provided, in the embodiment, a through exhaust pipe 11 is arranged in the building body 1, a drain pipe 12 and a constant pressure pipe 13 are arranged at the side of the exhaust pipe 11, and the constant pressure pipe 13 is communicated with the drain pipe 12 through a horizontal pipe. The exhaust pipe and the drain pipe are installed conventionally, or the exhaust pipe is not arranged, only the drain pipe is arranged, but a secondary platform opening, namely a secondary water outlet, is required to be arranged below a household interface of the drain pipe, the floor board after the exhaust pipe 11 and the drain pipe 12 are installed is not blocked temporarily, a shaft well of the vertical shaft does not need to be built in advance, and a waterproof layer does not need to be coated in advance in a toilet.

The integral waterproof chassis 2 of the open integrated toilet system comprises a waterproof coaming 20, a leveling frame 21 and a chassis module. The side plate 222 is provided with a U-shaped channel 223 corresponding to the notch 201 and communicating with the interior of the waterproof bottom case 22, and the bottom surface of the U-shaped channel 223 is not higher than the bottom plate 221. The end of the U-shaped channel 223 is located in the waterproof surrounding board 20 and is clamped in the notch 201. The middle part of the bottom plate 221 is fixedly provided with a vertical floor drain pipe 224 and/or a counter basin drain pipe 225, which are connected to a horizontal drain pipe 226 through pipelines, and the drain pipe 226 extends into the waterproof surrounding plate 20 through the U-shaped channel 223 and is connected with the drain pipe 12. The top edge of the bottom plate 221 is provided with a rectangular height-adjusting frame 23, and the top surface of the height-adjusting frame 23 is higher than the top surface of the floor drain pipe 224 and/or the top surface of the counter basin drain pipe 225. The waterproof bottom case 22 is filled with a filling material, such as: one or more of polystyrene board, polyurethane and foaming cement to form a filling body 24, wherein the top surface of the filling body 24 is provided with a waterproof layer 25, and the top surface of the waterproof layer 25 is provided with a floor layer 26, such as ceramic tiles. The top outlet of the floor drain pipe 224 and/or counter basin drain pipe 225 passes through the floor level 26. The inner side of the waterproof bottom shell 22 is also provided with a vertical kitchen drain pipe 227 which is connected to the drain pipe 226 through a pipeline, so that a sewer pipe required to be connected to a kitchen of a next door can be directly connected to the kitchen drain pipe 227, and the kitchen construction is simpler. The support frame, the waterproof bottom case and the height-adjusting frame in this embodiment are illustrated as rectangles, but the same is true for some other schemes, such as the "concave" shape.

This example describes an ultra-thin peer drain embodiment in which the toilet bowl utilizes a rear wall drain. When the floor drain pedestal pan is adopted, only the vertical drainage pipe of the pedestal pan is connected into the sewage discharge pipe.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the height adjusting device 212 includes a base 2121, a vertical adjusting screw 2122 is fixed to a top surface of the base 2121, the adjusting screw 2122 is inserted into the supporting frame 211, an adjusting nut 2123 is sleeved on the adjusting screw 2122, and a bottom surface of the supporting frame 211 is supported and limited by the adjusting nut 2123. The supporting frame 211 is provided with a notch 2111 corresponding to the position of the U-shaped channel 223, and the U-shaped channel 223 passes through the notch 2111. The side plate 222 has a stepped cross section, and includes a first vertical plate 2221 and a second vertical plate 2222 connected to each other by a third horizontal plate 2223. The bottom end of the first plate 2221 is fixedly connected to the edge of the bottom plate 221, and the second plate 2222 and the third plate 2223 are located outside the bottom plate 221. The first plate 2221 is located at the inner side of the supporting frame 211, and the third plate 2223 is supported at the top surface of the supporting frame 211. A rectangular supporting protection frame 27 is disposed between the third plate 2223 and the top surface of the supporting frame 211, and a notch 271 is disposed at a position corresponding to the U-shaped channel 223 of the supporting protection frame 27. The height-adjusting frame 23 includes a first height-adjusting frame 231 and a second height-adjusting frame 232, the first height-adjusting frame 231 has an inverted L-shaped cross section and is disposed on the top of the first plate 2221 and the third plate 2223, and the second height-adjusting frame 232 has a rectangular cross section and is disposed on the top of the first height-adjusting frame 231.

In order to guide the accumulated water, the surface of the bottom plate 221 has a slope towards the U-shaped channel 223, so that a small amount of accumulated water in the waterproof bottom shell 22 is guided into the waterproof enclosing plate 20. The surface of the filling body 24 and the surface of the floor layer 26 have slopes facing the floor drain pipe 224, and the accumulated water in the floor layer 26 is guided to the floor drain pipe 224.

The existing toilet construction needs a building unit to construct a toilet partition wall, waterproof the toilet is carried out, the waterproof is detected, and the one-step interior decoration can be carried out only after a series of procedures are qualified.
