The outer discharge mechanism 7 comprises a drainage check part 71, a through pipe 72, a connecting pipe 73 and a guide pipe 74, wherein the drainage check part 71 is in threaded connection with the opening end of the through pipe 72, one end of the connecting pipe 73 is connected with the lower end of the through pipe 72, the other end of the connecting pipe 73 is fixedly connected with the guide pipe 74, and the drainage pipe 8 is inserted into the connecting pipe.

When a small amount of water permeates, the water can remain in the gap between the penetrating pipe 72 and the extending pipe 712, after the toilet is used for a long time, the water seepage condition of the toilet can be judged by repeatedly taking out the drainage inspection piece 71 and observing the water storage quantity in the water storage trays 715 at two sides, so that the trouble can be prevented, and the approximate area of the water leakage of the toilet can be judged according to the side of the water storage tray 715 where the water is stored, so that the maintenance construction complexity is reduced, and the maintenance speed is increased.

When a large amount of water seeps, along with the increasing of the water amount, when the water amount overflows the first drainage hole 714, the water starts to be filled into the extension pipe 712, when the gravity of the water is greater than the repulsive force of the first drainage sheet 7163 and the second drainage sheet 7164, the first drainage sheet 7163 moves downwards, the water flows to the connecting pipe 73 from the second drainage hole 7165, the drainage effect is realized, and when no water or little water exists at the upper end of the first drainage sheet 7163, the water inlet of the sleeve 7161 can be blocked by the ferrule 7162, the water collection at the inner side of the toilet subbase caused by the back water backflushing of the outer drainage mechanism 7 can be prevented, and the service life of the toilet subbase is ensured.
