Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of locks, in particular to a case lock.

Background

The luggage is a general term for bags, and is a general term for various bags for holding articles, including general shopping bags, handbags, purses, backpacks, rucksacks, satchels, waist bags, various draw-bar cases and the like, wherein the backpacks and the draw-bar cases are widely used for traveling and going out due to convenient use, and carrying clothes and the like, and the commonly used backpacks and draw-bar cases adopt the opening and closing mode of the zippers in view of the convenience of opening and closing, and in daily application, a buckle lock structure is usually arranged at the positions of the zipper heads in view of anti-theft and preventing the zippers from being easily opened, so that the two zipper heads are locked, the zipper heads are prevented from being easily opened, and the anti-theft function is effectively achieved. However, the buckle lock structure on many current draw-bar traveling cases is inconvenient to open and buckle, wastes time and labor, has low structural strength, is easy to damage and has a short service life.

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present designer is actively making research and innovation to create a new structure of lock for suitcase, so that the lock has more industrial utility value.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a case lock which can be used for conveniently opening and buckling a zipper puller and has a good locking effect on a zipper.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a case lock, includes lock body, zip fastener piece, locking closure and locking closure control assembly, wherein:

the end part of the lock body is provided with a slot for inserting the zipper sheet;

the lock cover is rotatably connected with the lock body and can rotate between a first position and a second position in a reciprocating mode, the zipper strips can be inserted into and separated from the slots when the lock cover is located at the first position, and the zipper strips are limited in the slots when the lock cover is located at the second position;

the lock cover control assembly is connected with the lock body and can lock and unlock the lock cover when the lock cover is located at the first position and the second position.

As a preferable solution of the above luggage lock, the lock cover control assembly includes a button and an elastic member, the button is inserted into the lock body, and the button has a lock tongue configured to be locked and unlocked with the lock cover; one end of the elastic piece is connected with the inside of the lock body, and the other end of the elastic piece is connected with the part of the button extending into the lock body.

As a preferred scheme of the above luggage lock, the lock cover is provided with a rotating shaft rotatably connected with the lock body and a guide groove coaxial with the rotating shaft, and the guide groove is in sliding fit with the lock tongue and is provided with two notches at intervals; when the lock cover is located at the second position, the lock tongue can enter and exit one corresponding notch; when the locking cover is located at the first position, the bolt can enter and exit the other notch.

In a preferred embodiment of the luggage lock, a side wall of at least one of the notches is provided with a guide slope extending to a groove wall of the guide groove.

As a preferable scheme of the luggage lock, the button is inserted into a side wall of the lock body, and the bolt extends out of the top of the lock body; the lock cover is located on the top of the lock body.

As a preferable scheme of the above luggage lock, the lock body is provided with a shaft hole corresponding to the position of the rotating shaft, the shaft hole is connected with a connecting pin, and the connecting pin is sleeved with the rotating shaft.

As a preferable scheme of the luggage lock, the lock body is further provided with a limiting groove coaxial with the shaft hole, and the lock cover is provided with a limiting column in sliding fit with the limiting groove.

As a preferable scheme of the luggage lock, the radian range of the limiting groove is pi/3-2 pi/3.

As a preferable mode of the luggage lock, a cylindrical chuck is provided at a free end of the zipper piece, the slot has a narrow portion and an open portion which are communicated with each other, a width of the narrow portion is smaller than a diameter of the cylindrical chuck, and an inner diameter of the open portion is greater than or equal to the diameter of the cylindrical chuck.

As a preferable scheme of the luggage lock, the number of the slots is two, and the slots are arranged in parallel.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the zipper plate is locked on the lock body in an inserting mode, so that the operation is convenient; in addition, the zipper plate can be limited in the lock body or the limitation on the zipper plate can be removed by rotating the lock cover, so that the zipper plate can be conveniently inserted into the lock body and is locked with the lock body; the rotation control of the lock cover is realized by utilizing the lock cover control assembly, so that the locking and unlocking operations of the luggage lock are realized.

In order to make the technical problems solved, technical solutions adopted and technical effects achieved by the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the luggage lock of the present invention includes a lock body 10, a zipper strip 20, a lock cover 30, and a lock cover control assembly. Wherein, the end of the lock body 10 has a slot 11 for inserting the zipper strip 20; the lock cover 30 is rotatably connected with the lock body 10, the lock cover 30 can rotate between a first position and a second position in a reciprocating manner, when the lock cover 30 is located at the first position, the zipper strip 20 can be inserted into and separated from the slot 11, and when the lock cover 30 is located at the second position, the zipper strip 20 is limited in the slot 11; the locking cover control assembly is connected to the lock body 10, and the locking cover control assembly can lock and unlock the locking cover 30 when the locking cover 30 is located at the first position and the second position. The zipper plate 20 is locked on the lock body 10 in an inserting mode, so that the operation is convenient; in addition, the zipper piece 20 can be limited to the lock body 10 or the limitation to the zipper piece 20 can be released by rotating the lock cover 30, so that the zipper piece 20 can be conveniently inserted into the lock body 10 and locked with the lock body 10; the rotation control of the lock cover 30 is realized by the lock cover control component, so that the locking and unlocking operations of the luggage lock are realized.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the locking cover control assembly includes a button 41 and an elastic member, the button 41 is inserted into the lock body 10, and the button 41 has a locking tongue 42, the locking tongue 42 is configured to be locked and unlocked with the locking cover 30; one end of the elastic member is connected to the inside of the lock body 10 and the other end is connected to a portion of the button 41 extending into the lock body 10. Preferably, the button 41 is inserted through the side wall of the lock body 10, and the latch tongue 42 extends out of the top of the lock body 10; the locking cap 30 is located on top of the lock body 10. That is, the latch 42 is locked and unlocked with the lock cover 30 by the elastic member by pressing the button 41.

In order to facilitate the locking and unlocking of the locking tongue 42 on the locking cover 30, the corresponding locking cover structure is shown in fig. 5, the locking cover 30 is provided with a rotating shaft 31 rotatably connected with the lock body 10 and a guide groove 32 coaxial with the rotating shaft 31, and the guide groove 32 is in sliding fit with the locking tongue 42 and is provided with two notches 33 at intervals; when the lock cover 30 is located at the second position, the locking tongue 42 can enter and exit a corresponding one of the notches 33; when the locking cap 30 is in the first position, the locking tongue 42 can enter and exit the other notch 33. When the locking cover 30 is located at the first position, the locking cover 30 is deviated from the slot 11 of the lock body 10, and the locking tongue 42 is clamped in the corresponding notch 33; when the zipper piece 20 is inserted into the slot 11 from the top of the slot 11, the button 41 is pressed, the latch 42 is separated from the notch 33, the locking cover 30 is rotated, the latch 42 is tightly attached to the side wall of the guide groove 32, the guide groove 32 is in sliding contact with the latch 42 in the rotation process of the locking cover 30 until the locking cover 30 rotates to the second position, at the moment, the latch 42 is aligned with the other notch 33, and the latch 42 is automatically clamped into the notch 33 under the action of the elastic element; in the second position, the locking cover 30 completely covers the top of the slot 11, the zipper strip 20 cannot be separated from the top of the slot 11, and the locking cover 30 cannot rotate due to the locking tongue 42 being blocked in the corresponding notch 33, so as to lock the zipper strip 20 with the lock body 10. When unlocking, the button 41 is pressed to disengage the button 41 from the notch 33, and the locking cover 30 is rotated.

In order to easily rotate the locking cap 30, the side wall of at least one of the notches 33 in the present invention is provided with a guide slope 34 extending to the wall of the guide groove 32. The inclined surface 34 of the wire can make the lock tongue 42 slide out of the notch 33, and only slight force is needed when the lock cover 30 is rotated.

As for the structure of the lock body 10, as shown in fig. 3, the lock body 10 is provided with a shaft hole 12 corresponding to the position of the rotating shaft 31, and the shaft hole 12 is connected with a connecting pin which is sleeved with the rotating shaft 31. In this way, the lock cover 30 can stably rotate relative to the lock body 10 and will not be separated from the lock body 10 under the action of the connecting pin.

In order to precisely rotate the lock cover 30 to the first position and the second position, the lock body 10 of the present invention is further provided with a limiting groove 13 coaxial with the shaft hole 12, and the lock cover 30 is provided with a limiting post 35 slidably engaged with the limiting groove 13. The rotation angle of the lock cover 30 is limited by the limiting groove 13, and two ends of the limiting groove 13 respectively correspond to the first position and the second position.

Preferably, the radian range of the limiting groove 13 in the invention is pi/3-2 pi/3. The arc range is set to completely expose or completely cover the slot 11 when the locking cover 30 is rotated to the first position or the second position.

In the structure of the fastener element 20, as shown in fig. 6, the free end of the fastener element 20 of the present invention is provided with the columnar engaging head 21, and correspondingly, as shown in fig. 3, the insertion groove 11 has a narrow part 111 and an open part 112 communicating with each other, the width of the narrow part 111 is smaller than the diameter of the columnar engaging head 21, and the inner diameter of the open part 112 is equal to or larger than the diameter of the columnar engaging head 21. In this way, the fastener element 20 can be inserted into or removed from only the tip of the slot 11, and cannot enter or exit from the side of the slot 11.

In order to match two zippers of a case, the lock body 10 of the case lock is provided with two slots 1 so as to lock two zipper pieces 20.

In conclusion, the luggage lock is very convenient to open and buckle the zipper head, and has a good locking effect on the zipper.
