The embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: the non-pressure-reduction valve changer and the use method thereof are structurally as shown in fig. 1, and comprise a threaded rod 1, a threaded sleeve 2 and a connecting seat 3, wherein the threaded sleeve 2 is in threaded connection with the threaded rod 1, the connecting seat 3 is in threaded connection with the threaded sleeve 2, a lower washer nut 5 is in threaded connection with the lower end of the threaded rod 1, a rubber sleeve 4 is sleeved on the threaded rod 1 and positioned between the threaded sleeve 2 and the lower washer nut 5, an upper washer nut 6 is in threaded connection with the lower end of the threaded rod 1, and the upper washer nut 6 is welded and fixed with the upper end of the threaded sleeve 2. The upper end of the threaded rod 1 is provided with a hexagonal head 7 which is connected with the threaded rod 1 into a whole. step three, disassembling the connecting seat 3 and the ball valve to be replaced in sequence, and then fixedly connecting a new ball valve with the gas pipeline; when the connecting seat 3 is disassembled, the threaded sleeve 2 is kept fixed, so that gas leakage caused by loosening of the rubber sleeve 4 is avoided;

step four, connecting the connecting seat 3 and the new ball valve together through threads, then reversely rotating the threaded sleeve 2 to enable the rubber sleeve 4 at the lower end of the threaded sleeve 2 to withdraw from the new ball valve, closing a valve of the new ball valve, and finally disassembling the connecting seat 3 and the threaded sleeve 2 together to finish the replacement work of the new ball valve.
