Detailed Description

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the propeller blade root of the present embodiment includes a composite material layer 3 composed of a blade shank 2, a foam core 4, a carbon beam, and a skin. The stop block 15 is located in the hub root mounting hole and has a root head receiving hole 24 on the outer end surface. The outer circular surface of the metal hub inner sleeve 21 and the thrust bearing 18 inner sleeve are fixedly connected together in a compression joint mode. The inner hole of the hub inner sleeve 21 is matched with the excircle of the propeller root 25, and the outer end part of the hub inner sleeve is provided with a through fixing hole at the position corresponding to the bolt connecting hole 5 of the propeller root. The propeller root 25 penetrates through an inner hole of the propeller hub inner sleeve 21, the head of the propeller root is locked and fixed on the inner end wall of the propeller hub inner sleeve 21 through a locking sheet 16 and a nut I22 which is in threaded connection with the external thread of the propeller root head, one of two wings of the locking sheet 16 is bent and clamped on the nut I22, and the other wing is bent and clamped in a key groove 6 at the head of the propeller root 25. The bolt 19 penetrates through the fixing hole of the hub inner sleeve 21 and the bolt connecting hole 5 of the propeller root and is locked and fixed by the nut II 20.
