Background

At present, the commonly used roof waterproof method generally adopts the following two modes: 1. the rigid material waterproof refers to a cement mortar concrete waterproof material with certain permeation resistance prepared by taking cement and sandstone as raw materials or adding a small amount of materials such as additives, high molecular polymers and the like into the cement and sandstone, and adjusting the mixing proportion, inhibiting or reducing the porosity, changing the pore characteristics, increasing the compactness among interfaces of the raw materials and the like; 2. the flexible waterproof material is also called asphalt felt coiled material waterproof, and is a waterproof layer formed by adhering various adhesive materials such as asphalt and the like on a roof structural plate by using a coiled material made of asphalt felt, polyester cloth, glass fiber cloth and the like as a base.

Because there is certain drawback in current waterproof system: due to poor weather resistance, ultraviolet resistance and ageing resistance, the coating can crack and seep water after being exposed for a period of time. the anti-aging layer is formed by spraying rigid waterproof glue solution prepared from 30-50 parts of acrylate emulsion, 10-20 parts of rigid resin and flexible resin, 6-12 parts of carborundum, 8-15 parts of film forming agent, 2-6 parts of thickening agent, 2-6 parts of mildew preventive, 3-7 parts of anti-aging agent, 2-6 parts of defoaming agent and 2-6 parts of toner.

The granularity of the carborundum is 2000-2500 meshes; according to the specification of the grain size and the composition of the GB2477-83 grinding tool, the carborundum consists of metal mineral aggregate with certain grain composition or extremely wear-resistant nonferrous metal aggregate and special additives.

The ratio of the rigid resin to the flexible resin is 6: 4.

The polymer waterproof coiled material used in the invention is a three-layer composite structure which is formed by using polyester filament cloth as a base, impregnating high-molecular polymer emulsion on two surfaces of the base and drying the base.

The composite waterproof system disclosed by the invention is rigid and flexible, and has strong weather resistance and wear resistance. The carborundum is added into the anti-aging layer on the surface and is mixed with the rigid resin and the flexible resin, so that the rigidity and the wear resistance of the rigid waterproof glue solution are greatly improved, the anti-aging layer on the outer layer has extremely strong aging resistance, the protective layer independently constructed on the original roof can be completely replaced, the waterproof protection can be formed at one time for the roof of the people, and the construction and the maintenance are convenient; if different color agents are added, the color paste can be used in different occasions, and the appearance is strong.

Detailed Description

The present invention is described in more detail below with reference to specific examples to facilitate understanding for those skilled in the art.

Unless otherwise specified, the various materials used in the present invention are commercially available in a method conventional in the art.

As shown in fig. 1, the composite waterproof system for a roof of a person above includes a flexible waterproof adhesive layer 2 coated on a base layer 1, a polymer waterproof roll 3 laid on the flexible waterproof adhesive layer 2, and an anti-aging layer 4 coated outside the polymer waterproof roll 3, wherein: the flexible waterproof adhesive layer 2 is formed by spraying flexible waterproof emulsion prepared from 40-60 parts of raw material acrylate emulsion, 8-15 parts of film forming agent, 2-6 parts of thickening agent, 2-6 parts of mildew preventive, 3-7 parts of anti-aging agent, 2-6 parts of defoaming agent and 8-15 parts of flexible agent; when the flexible waterproof emulsion is actually prepared, the optimal mixture ratio of the raw materials is as follows: 40 parts of acrylate emulsion, 10 parts of film forming agent, 4 parts of thickening agent, 4 parts of mildew preventive, 5 parts of anti-aging agent, 4 parts of defoaming agent and 12 parts of flexibilizer.

The anti-aging layer 4 is formed by spraying rigid waterproof glue solution prepared from 30-50 parts of acrylate emulsion, 10-20 parts of rigid resin and flexible resin, 6-12 parts of carborundum with the granularity of 2000-2500 meshes, 8-15 parts of film-forming agent, 2-6 parts of thickening agent, 2-6 parts of mildew preventive, 3-7 parts of anti-aging agent, 2-6 parts of defoaming agent and 2-6 parts of coloring agent, and when the rigid waterproof glue solution is actually prepared, the optimal proportion of the raw materials is as follows: 30 parts of acrylate emulsion, 15 parts of rigid resin and flexible resin (the proportion of the rigid resin to the flexible resin is 6: 4), 9 parts of carborundum with the granularity of 2000-2500 meshes, 12 parts of film-forming agent, 4 parts of thickening agent, 4 parts of mildew preventive, 5 parts of anti-aging agent, 4 parts of defoaming agent and 4 parts of coloring agent.

When the flexible waterproof emulsion and the rigid waterproof glue solution are actually prepared, the preparation method can be carried out according to the following method (the two methods are general):

(1) mixing acrylic resin and water in a reactor according to the proportion of 1:0.2, rotating at 300rpm, and dispersing for 10 minutes;

(2) sequentially adding a film forming agent, a mildew inhibitor, an anti-aging agent, a defoaming agent and the like under a stirring state, and dispersing for 10 minutes;

(3) continuously adding carborundum, rigid and flexible resin under the stirring state, increasing the rotating speed to 1000rpm, and dispersing for 60 minutes; the step is omitted when the flexible waterproof emulsion is used;

(4) keeping the rotating speed at 300rpm, adding the thickening agent and the coloring agent, dispersing for 20 minutes, and then packaging and storing.

The polymer waterproof coiled material 3 used in the invention is a three-layer composite structure which is formed by using polyester filament cloth as a base and soaking high molecular polymer emulsion on two sides and then drying, for example, an LSL (zero leakage) polymer waterproof coiled material can be adopted.

The invention relates to a construction method of a composite waterproof system for a accessible roof, which comprises the following steps:

firstly, finishing the surface of a foundation layer 1 to be laid (in actual construction, if the foundation layer is damaged, loosened or not flat, the cement waterproof mortar is required to be used for finishing), and cleaning and removing floating dust, oil stains and impurities;

fourthly, after the polymer waterproof coiled material is firmly bonded (generally naturally dried for about 48 hours), spraying rigid waterproof glue solution on the upper surface of the polymer waterproof coiled material to form an anti-aging layer, wherein the spraying amount of the rigid waterproof glue solution is 1.0-1.2kg/m for ensuring the anti-aging effect of the anti-aging layer2The spraying thickness is more than or equal to 1.2mm (generally 1.5 mm); and naturally drying for 24 hours after the spraying is finished, and finishing the construction. The finished waterproof system needs to be inspected according to construction technical rules, and if unqualified parts are found, the finished waterproof system needs to be reworked immediately until all projects are qualified.

Compared with the traditional protective layer, the performance comparison of the anti-aging layer in the composite waterproof system for the accessible roof is shown in the following table:

as can be seen from the data in the table: the system has the advantages of lower load, lower price, one-step forming and more convenient later maintenance under the condition of the same area. The system has larger construction area under the condition of the same load, and the area of the system is more than 3 times of that of roof bricks or fine stone concrete under the condition of the same price, so that the surface layer can play a good protection role while the waterproof requirement is met.
