s1, weighing the materials for later use according to the formula of the papermaking auxiliary agent based on the non-wood fibers based on parts by mass;

s2, sequentially adding the filler, oxalic acid, alkyl sulfonic acid, sodium nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate and isooctyl polyoxyethylene ether into a stirring type reaction kettle, adding a proper amount of distilled water, and stirring at a high speed of 70-90 ℃ for 1-1.5 hours to prepare prefabricated slurry;

s3, standing the prefabricated slurry, cooling the prefabricated slurry to a temperature below 60 ℃ and higher than 30 ℃, adding metal peroxide, stirring, and stirring at a medium speed for 15-20 minutes;

s5, adding metal peroxide into the prefabricated slurry, stirring at a medium speed, adjusting the stirring type reaction kettle to a low speed, stirring, and slowly adding an emulsifier;

Background

Papermaking aids are auxiliary chemicals added during the pulping process to impart certain properties to the process and product.

s1, weighing the materials for later use according to the formula of the papermaking auxiliary agent based on the non-wood fibers based on parts by mass;

s2, sequentially adding the filler, oxalic acid, alkyl sulfonic acid, sodium nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate and isooctyl polyoxyethylene ether into a stirring type reaction kettle, adding a proper amount of distilled water, and stirring at a high speed of 70-90 ℃ for 1-1.5 hours to prepare prefabricated slurry;

s3, standing the prefabricated slurry, cooling the prefabricated slurry to a temperature below 60 ℃ and higher than 30 ℃, adding metal peroxide, stirring, and stirring at a medium speed for 15-20 minutes;
